This is a story exploring Way and Sonic's platonic relationship. This will explore as an AU, so while some things are similar, a lot will be changed. The Way you're used to, is not operating the exact same canonically. I wanted something different while keeping only some things accurate. This will focus on PeteWay and NorthSonic as couples, but focus on Way & Sonic as a duo. I feel that Sonic loved Way a lot more than the other boys, and I wanted to make something out of it.
Intro: Way had decided to go into the garage early before Alan and Babe showed up, but it turns out that Alan had beaten him to it. The only thing that was off was there was a new guy. “Alan, what’s going on? who’s this,” Way had questioned directly. He had never seen this person let alone met them. He was a lanky boy, young looking, and he wore bright colors. What an interesting person, and Way could tell immediately that he was an omega. Has Alan done it again? Had Alan really taken in another kid off the street to mentor for their group as a mechanic? Way had shaken his head when Alan had introduced their new mechanic, Sonic.
