    Takemichi is a Beta.
    A group of people that were mostly the bottom feeders, the ones that followed the command of Alphas and Omegas, whose instincts, resilience, and senses far surpassed that of a Beta.
    Betas were expandable in their large number and mostly the epitome of boring. Both Alphas and Omegas were faster and stronger than Betas, and thus were the foundation of packs and needed their superior physique and abilities to ensure the survival of their young.
    It wasn’t as if Betas didn't have offspring. It was more so that the inner cycles of packs consisted mostly of Alphas and Omegas while Betas entered a couple constellations, being subservient to the inner cycle.

    And somehow he gets ropped into Toman, where the upper echelons only consist of A's and O's.
    Nothing can go wrong there.

    chifuyu developed an infatuation with baji keisuke ever since he first laid eyes on him. from his first interaction with him to baji standing up for him only moments later. he represented everything that he wanted in a mate, strong, loyal, out-going, and strong willed. it was almost as if baji had been perfectly crafted for chifuyu to cherish and hold, until... until chifuyu found out that someone had already filled his spot, his destined position in baji's life.

    but, it's okay. baji will realize sooner or later that he belongs to chifuyu, that no one can cherish him like chifuyu can.
