They haven't seen Cucurucho in awhile, or any Federation members, though he's heard Pepito mention a silly looking person with a white mask and fluffy blonde hair roaming around. So.. maybe they're still around.
Ramón wants to kill them. Kill them all, or atleast Cucurucho and that dumb duck. He knows for a fact that stupid bear took his dad, his family, and it's even hurt him and his siblings.
Or, Ramón is determined to find his father.
