Six year old Catra Leandros has just lost her parents, inherited a metric fuckton of ghosts/psychological trauma, discovered herself through music and fought hard to be accepted into the Right Zone Academy of Arts. And if there's one thing she's learned from the experience, it's that when life seems to stop kicking you in the teeth, it's probably just gearing up to gut punch you instead.
Still, she wasn't expecting that some of the echoes inside her head wouldn't just stay there. Or that the dream girl she's been following around for months is apparently flesh and blood too, along with her nightmares.
