Jaime/Lyanna is one of those rare pairings that I really like. I'm really interested to see how you handle it in this story. What will their relationship be like? How will Aemon interact with both of them, and any half-siblings he may have? What will Aemon's relationship with the Lannisters be like as a whole, and them with him? etc. Not expecting any answers here. Just some of my thoughts.

It's hard to talk about their relationship without giving spoilers, as Aemon's dynamic with Lyanna will be a big part of the story, and how it defines Aemon as a character. But I can give a tip. We can say that Lyanna had postpartum depression after birthing Aemon.
As for Jaime and Lyanna. I think both of them can understand each other, making them a healthy couple in Westerosi median.
