   OMG, what if... when he's wounded beyond regeneration he actually slips through all his regenerations, malfunctioning, so sometimes on his way he thinks he's Four, or Ten, or Eleven and comes to all kinds of conclusions and nonsense and only at the last minute he comes to reason and realizes that he has to crawl in that chamber and burn himself to get another copy... O.O

                  That's what I'm hoping with Time's Arrow as well, since they technically deal with the same threat in a way. Hopefully by the end of this story I'll know more what I'm doing with that other one. I do like the idea of the Heaven Sent scenes though. Not that I'm obsessed with that episode or anything...
