Chapter Text

"Good work today Miss Cerydra. "

A loud of applause echoed in the plaza, a group of reporters soothe her with questions that please her a lot

During mid questioning, a soft melody was heard. Although Cerydra thought she heard it before, she could not help but anxiously turn of an exit

Of course there wasn't. She was surrounded by the crowd. Soon, it began expanding and she started to get irritated

The melody soon began to faint. and slowly began distancing itself from Cerydra ears.

She doesn't know why she acts this way over a faint glimmer of music.

but she knows who belonged that to.

By the time the interview was done, the crowd slowly began dispersing which gave Cerydra a chance to breathe soothely

"The cognition data you've collected during your time on space has been successfully transferred into the data, thank you for your hardwork"

Before they could speak any further, Cerydra slammed the door shut, as if they have nothing to do in her life

The knocking never stopped which made her even mad. Or even rage building up against her

She felt like she's gonna blow

or so not.

She heard a melody again. No. This time it was even closer than before

She can hear children giggling, or even birds chirping beside her, but it didn't made any sense

Because she was nowhere besides the city or near it. She secluded herself on a sound proof room with no access beside herself.

The melody began to dissperse once more which made Cerydra sigh. Or maybe it's just curiousity that lifted her courage to traverse the outside world once again

She has been on Space for quite some time now, gathering immaculate data for the so-called scientific data

Although for some reason the melody made her at ease for some reason.

But she somehow needs a way to escape this imprisoning room

But she can't do that with the researchers eagerly waiting outside the room

Somehow she decided to play smart about it, instead of  complaining or confronting them immediately she patiently waited in the room

She slowly paved herself into the door, Soon she could hear the researchers talking

Some seemed to hesitate while others were eagerly waiting for her, She chuckled herself as a victory

By the time break arrived they were still there, voices louder and angrier

BANG.

a loud kick was shoved in the door which made Cerydra startle actually

BANG

BANG

another bang was heard, although it was sound proof she could hear the voice  harmonizing, and their complaints was heard

"Ugh please Miss Cerydra we don't have time!"

"Dude open this door! We just want to talk!"

"No."

Her voice was barely a whisper, and they were getting irritated

She quietly curled herself, not wanting to deal with their useless bait

Her mind was going insane, going through different directions, and even recalling that faint memory of hers

"my mona—??? "

"my ligh!?! @((*("

"huh."

She widened, hands dropped dead as she heard a faint melody in her memory once more

She blinked furiously, tears dripping through her face, she doesn't know why and she doesn't need to know why

She recall a girl drumming her violin gracefully, humming delicately, her gaze never left  hers, and her never left that nameless face

She wiped that tears away and stood on her ground

She doesn't know why that unfamiliar distant memories of her are coming back to life

Somehow, that melody gave her hope

But..

why does that melody only appear when she's anxious.

Chapter Text

Gradually, the researchers began disspersing one by one, they began to leave which made Cerydra feel at ease

But also felt satisfied with a hint of desperation and irritation on their voices

So by the time they left, she secretly changed to her casual outfit, nothing special to be exact, just a plain t-shirt, long sky-blue jacket, with a hat and mask, not just because of her identity but also to avoid paparazzi

She calmed herself down and went along with her plan.

But the time she reached destination it was already night, city lights flashing but for some reason everything seemed lively

She found a  bench nearby and sat on it, reminiscing her thoughts she recalled the times people mistaking her as a lost child and had to show her I.D multiple times

The starry night sky was still exceedingly beautiful.

For a moment she thought about someone, not to be specific but someone in her mind for some quite of time

that someone, in her mind during her breakdown

She took Deep breathe thinking back, she thought about herself being dramatic, no one litteraly cries over something small but that made her a hinch of fear in those knocks

She wag her legs, staring deep in the skies before hearing a noise that made her flinch

"oh my!! Fancy seeing you here"

She turned around face dropped as she stared of the 3 red haired girls in front of her

"Eee, why are you silent!!"

The one talk, no they talked

"Ah, what coincidence bumping to you three there"

She mumbled, arms crossed before removing her accessories, thankfully no one was really occupied on that time so she relaxed for a bit

".. Tribbie, Trianne, Trinnon"

"Hehe! You got ittt"

Trianne scratched her cheek in amusement, wondering why would someone like her be in this area

"Alright, alright I know what you're thinking so you guys can drop the act"

She said annoyed, Cerydra turned to them displeased giving them chills

"Haha, so what got you here Cece?" Tribbie questioned in suprise

"We normally don't see you around here"

Trinnon asked puzzled but Cerydra brushed it off

"Ahh it's nothing to be exact, just-.. Just someone on my mind"

The three of them looked at each other, nodding like they accepted the answer easily

"Okay!" Trianne giggled "but why would you be here? Is it someone important"

Tribbie asked, looking genuinely concerned but curiously got in her way

"Ugh why do you have to be such fancy talks" Cerydra sighed in Defiance

"Just taking a fresh air, actually, something also got in to me"

She whispered, a wryly smiled appeared on Cerydra face, No! She should not be doing this

"EPP!! Cece is smiling!" Trianne squeak, before she could say any further, Cerydra shot a death glare at her

"Alright! Alright calm down" Trinnon comforted Trianne who is in a stage of terror

Cerydra talked them out, about her situation, and faint flashing of memories came flooding in, Normally they would just nod as always but they just stood puzzled

"Cece.."

Tribbie widening ".. The person you just described looked somewhat familiar.."

Tribbie looked at Cerydra then at her phone, hesitating "Whats wrong?" Cerydra asked, concerned

"Ahh!! It's nothing!" Tribbie smiled shyly but looked determined

"Do you know the person that goes by the name.. Hysilens?"

"No never heard someone like that" She answered coldly but something in her felt familiarity that she can't just quite describe it.

"Alright!" Tribbie puffed her chest our, looking at Cerydra then at her phone, Them at her again. She did this a few times before turning at her at the end

"Here!" She replied shoving a contact information at her face, she flinched in irritation "Hey don't go on shoving people face like that!"

She demand staring at Tribbie who looked apologetically, "Sorry Cery!" She plead

"Oh God how are you guys giving me multiple nicknames.." She whispered angrily but kept her composure

She tooked the phone out of tribbie hands in amusement, "Whats this?" She questioned in confusion

"There someone we know that match the description of the person you just describe!"

"Thats one of our costumer!" Trianne finally talked

"Costumer?.." Cerydra asked, but then was ended with the realization

Of course, the three of them are detectives, so it's actually very normal for them to have costumers, but why would they be shoving contact information of a person she never knew about

Cerydra sighed, gradually accepting it, not for pity but for one step of figuring out the person helping her out despite this weird agitated feelings

.. but also the person she's being yearning for decades

Chapter Text

She set out her plannings, gripping the contact information on her hand like it was a death and life situation. Afraid it might slip away from her hands.

Hysilens POV:

she sipped her coffee, swaying her limbs onto the pavements, caressing a dove nearby. Checking her phone for more updates—

Nothing.

Hysilens sighed, looking down. She always thought about music helping others, she always dreamt of inspiring others.

But her mind kept wandering about a person whose destined to catch up with her someday

She glanced at her hand, wondering why it felt empty

Gone.

Her phone was gone.

She frantically searched around her, the doves were startled and flyed away but that didn't matter right away, but not until she heard a cocky laughter made her realized the mess

"Ahahaha!! You really are such an 'cautious' person" The person laughed intimidatily which made Hysilens mad but also relief

"Give that back kitty cat" She snatched the phone away from her hands

"Owh, I forgot how special that was to you" She sighed dramatically, sipping hot chocolate

"Hah, Cipher, could you please be nice and ask my phone if you wanted it?" Hysilens shouted quietly, mumbling something onto her breathe before spoking up calmly

"I will speak to Lady Aglaea if you keep pushing this attitude further."

Cipher spit out her drink, nodding frantically, for a moment Hysilens felt she seized victory as her confidence swelled up dramatically

"Woah! Woah— Woah!"

She shrieked, her tail trembling violently, "H-hey we can talk this out and, And!"

She yelped "and not talk about seamstress.." Hysilens chuckled, waving slightly as Cipher sighed in relief

"Hehe, she always has a nack on you" She teased, Cipher felt intimidated but could do nothing against her threat

"Alright why are you here" Hysilens stared at Cipher for a while, "Aren't you on patrol anyway?" She questioned wavering slightly to the birds

"No, no don't worry I got some permission to do this" She smiled excitedly, mumbling something under her breathe, "I only did this so I could take some time off—"

I heard that, she coughed, stiffing her persona off, "I came here to deliver a message from big-sis tribbie!"

She smiled handling a handful of folder, "whats this?" She titled, taking the folder away from her hands

"Err, she said that you might need it on your investigation"

"Inves—"

She stammered before straighten herself up, quietly opening the folder in front of her

She was shaking from her nervousness, right after she was about to get a good look from it, a toddler's voice was heard by

"Wahh!! It's birds!"

She reacted quickly, dashing her self forward and quickly shut the folder which made Cipher giggle from her action

"Someone is secretive" She teased but Hysilens gave her soft glare before speaking up in the most gentlest voice in human mankind

"Shut up."

Cipher scoffed. her eyes darting to the alleyway. Hysilens knew she wanted to leave as quickly as possible so she told her to go somewhere which made Cipher happy, her tail wagging from excitement

Hysilens giggled before waving at Cipher who was making her way through, is when Hysilens could take a relief out of her, clutching her folder

She took a sneak speak from it, sitting quietly in the alleyway and it almost took her breathe away from it

"From, Cerydra"

"From, Cerydra"

She mumbled, taking the folder closer from her face, No, absolutely not!

her chest thumped from excitement, already scattering the documents on the floor

There was a note, from it. It didn't say much just a number, name. and a time of date and place.

Hysilens couldn't believe it, the person whom she been finding was already one step ahead of her

Without a second thought, she dashed through her violin, gripping it as she was afraid she might drop it.

A flash of confidence and sweat was dripping from her face.

She went home excitedly.

she would surely find the person. Or should I say her dearest. My God.
