Chapter 1: 9th Grade Ninja And... Phantom?
Summary:
A weird day for a certain half ghost boy and a certain ninja.
Notes:
(See the end of the chapter for notes.)
Chapter Text
A boy is getting shaken awake by his friend, as he sits up and rubbs his eyes. He looks around, and something feels off, he is in a different school for one thing. A school he has never seen.
"…What the-?" The boy asked, looking around the room.
"Mister Fenton, I'd really appreciate it if you stayed awake during my class." The teacher said, the boy did not recognize her at all.
He whispers to his friends, who are sitting next to his seat, looking bored, "Sam? Tucker? Do you… notice anything weird?" He asked.
"Weird like what?.." Sam asked.
"You're not making any sense dude."
"I mean. I don't recognize this classroom at all!" The boy retorted.
"Danny, what are you talking about? We’ve always gone to here." Sam explained shortly.
Danny freezes, he quickly starts to go along and pay attention to the class. But after it was over, he immediately pulls out his phone, and calls his sister. She answers on the other end.
"Jazz! Please tell me we’re still in Amity Park."
"Danny, are you okay? We’ve lived in Norrisville our whole lives. Did you hit your head again?" Jazz asked.
Danny slowly lowers the phone, staring blankly, and instantly hangs up. Sam and Tucker exchange a glance like “what’s his deal?”
Students fill the hallways. Danny walks cautiously, noticing kids he recognizes from Amity Park… but they’re mixed with students he absolutely does not recognize.
"Okay… either I’m going crazy... Or the world is crazy." Danny talks to himself. As he walks, not oaying attention to where he is going, lost in his thoughts. He bumps into another boy.
"Whoa, watch it!"
Danny instantly loosk apologetic, "Sorry, sorry-"
They both pause. Randy’s eyes narrow as he studies Danny. Danny’s hand turns invisible for a moment before he forces it down.
"Do you... See it too?" The other boy asks.
"You remember Amity Park?" Danny quickly asks, looking hopeful.
"No clue what that place is. But I know half of this school is filled with shoobs I have never seen in my life."
"Shoobs?"
They glance around. And they see classmates they have never seen before in their schools. The other boy sees his best friend, Howard goof off with some 'new classmates.' And everyone acts like it’s just another normal day.
"Everyone else… they don’t notice." Danny says.
The other boy says, "I guess it's just us."
They exchange a look, a silent agreement. The bell rings, but neither of them move.
"Looks like we’re the only ones left to figure this out... I'm Danny by the way." Danny holds his hand out for the boy to shake.
"Randy." He answers, shaking Danny's hand.
They walk down the hall together. Their footsteps echoing.
“So… what do we do now?” Randy asks, glancing over his shoulder to look at the crowds of students who don’t even seem to notice anything strange.
Danny shrugs, biting his lip. “I don’t know. But something tells me this isn’t just a ‘weird dream’… I think we got pulled into some kind of… Time rift thing..."
Randy raises an eyebrow. “A what? Like, magical?"
Danny nods slowly. “Yeah… I mean, there was that green and red energy."
“And maybe that’s why I’m seeing things and people I’m not supposed to… maybe it’s me too.”
Danny frowns. “You’ve got powers?”
Randy hesitates, then starts explaining. "Kind of. I'll... Explain it later."
Danny feels a chill run down his spine. “So we’re not imagining it. Something’s really happening.”
Randy looks grim. “We need to find someone who understands this. A teacher maybe, or… someone who knows about these shoobs and whatever else is happening here.”
Danny bites his lip, scanning the hallway. “Yeah… but who? Everyone else seems… completely normal. Even the teachers act like nothing’s wrong.”
Randy glances around, then smirks faintly. “Then I guess it’s just us.”
Danny’s stomach twists. “Yeah… just us.”
The two exchange one last look before going to their classes, albeit, Danny's path takes longer to get to, since he is lost in the halls.
Notes:
You might all ask "But where is Jake Long? He is in the Secret Trio too!"
Shhhh. Sh. Sh. Shush. He'll appear in the 2nd chapter once it's done, and once I'M done re-watching American Dragon. I only watched it when I was young. So I only have a small bit of memory about Jake Long and the storyline of American Dragon. Soooo.
And also, this is a crossover fanfic. Meaning. These three aren't the ONLY characters who'll appear in the fanfic. You can debate or guess who those will be. But I'll be entirely "shhh" about it. Soooo. Byeee.
Chapter 2: Oh look! It's his Dragonness!
Summary:
Chapter 2, gonna be a short chapter. But I tried everything to make it longer. But I ran out of ideas. But I'll make the other future chapters longer. Sooo.
Chapter Text
Danny walks through the hallways, still shaken by the strange things earlier. Every corner feels off to him. Students shuffle past like everything is normal.
He was about to walk to a classroom, but he almost bumps into another teenage boy, with black hair and a red jacket, he even had green highlighting on his hair. The guy stops mid-walk and catches Danny before he could fall.
"Whoa…" Danny trues to get back to his feet. "I'm so sorry about that.”
“You okay, dude? You look like you just saw a ghost." The other boy said.
Danny sighs, “It's just the weirdness here. The people who don’t belong. This school… something’s off. Something’s wrong.”
The boy puts his hands into his jacket's pockets. "You've got that ‘I know what’s happening but nobody else does’ look. I get that a lot. Name’s Jake Long. And yes... I notices that we aren't supposed to be in this place. Like how I shouldn't even go to this school either."
"Wait what?" Danny looks absolutely shocked and confused.
“Yes. I know. Shocking." Jake said, and he shrugged it all off. “I know enough. Dragons, magic, monsters… This place is full of weird stuff."
Danny glances down the hallway, noticing students he recognizes mixed with completely foreign faces. “It’s… not just me seeing this. Half of this school doesn’t exist in my world. Or maybe… my world doesn’t exist here."
Jake nods to what Danny said. “Yeah, sounds like a multiverse mash-up."
“Finally. Someone who understands. I thought I was going crazy." Danny exhales finally.
“Trust me, you're not crazy." Jake said.
The two start to walk through the hallways.
Danny adjusts his backpack nervously, glancing around as if expecting something to jump out at them from the lockers. “So… you’ve seen this before? Other worlds colliding into this one?”
Jake smirks, running a hand through his messy hair. “Not exactly. But stuff like this tends to happen. Portals, rifts, things that shouldn’t exist popping up… it’s kind of my thing.”
Danny raises an eyebrow. “Your thing? You’re some kind of… what, monster hunter?”
Jake chuckles a tad bit too nervously, and he starts shaking his head. “Not exactly."
"You know. We aren't the only ones who know about this. There's this other guy called Randy." Danny explains to Jake.
"Who?" Is all Jake managed to say.
"Yeah. I don't know him either, but he told me his name. And he also knows something is wrong." Danny replies.
Jake pauses mid-step, his brow furrowing. “Another one? Great."
Danny and Jake walk through the hallway, trying so hard to look normal, a bit too much trying, but they manage.
"So. This Randy guy, where is he?" Jake asks, looking Danny.
"I have no idea. But I think we should be in class right now." Danny mentions. The two stop in their tracks.
"Oh shoot." Was all Jake said before they rushed to get to class.
Chapter 3: Finally a trio!
Summary:
The three boys finally meet! Yayyy.
Chapter Text
Danny and Jake finally managed to find their ways into their classroom, trying to keep a low profile. The moment they step through the door, the teacher immediately looks at them.
“You two are late,” she says sharply, her pen tapping against the desk. “Care to explain why?"
Danny swallows and forces a smile. “Sorry uhm... Ma’am. We just got... Lost in the halls.”
Jake shrugs, leaning against the wall. “Yeah, the layout’s a little tricky."
The teacher doesn’t buy it one bit, but she moves on with a warning glance towards the boys. Danny slides into his seat, still uneasy.
Jake leans toward him. “See? Everybody else’s oblivious, but that tension in the air? Seriously."
Danny glances around. Students are chatting, opening books, acting normal, but half of them are faces he doesn’t recognize. A few of the familiar ones from Amity Park are here too, like Tucker, goofing off with strangers.
Across the room, Randy sits in his own seat, unable to concentrate. He glances at the window and for a split second.
Randy leans back, jaw tight. “Definitely not just me…” he mutters.
Howard nudges him. “What’s not just you?”
Randy shakes his head. “Forget it.”
After a while, the bell rings, and the hallway floods with students. This time, Danny, Jake, and Randy’s paths cross near the cafeteria. Danny spots Randy first, and instinctively gestures toward him. The three walk to each other and sit down at a table.
Randy eyes Jake suspiciously. “And who are you?”
“Jake Long. Nice to meet you." Jake replies, his tone calm but confident. “Looks like we’ve all been dropped into the same mess.”
Danny glances at both of them, his chest tightening. “We need to figure out what’s going on before it gets worse. And we meet after school. Somewhere private.”
They all nod, a silent agreement forming between the three of them.
"But first. Let's just... Talk about ourselves first! Yeah?.." Jake suggests, trying to lighten the mood. "Since we seem to know about all about this weird mashing together thing that's going on. We can just... Reveal any secret. Right?.."
Danny raises his hand, "I can go first if you want." The other two nod, and so, he begins talking "My name's Danny Fenton. And-" He gets cut off by his arm dissapearing. "Uhm..."
"You're a ghost?.." Randy asks, suprised, and pointing at the boy's arm.
"Kinda... Not really... Half..." Danny corrects him.
"Oookay..." Jake said, and then, he began to talk, "I am Jake Long. I am a dragon."
"Cool." Randy said.
"Nice." Danny complimented, fixing his arm.
"My turn now." Randy raised his hand and began talking, "Randy Cunningham. Hi. And I-" He says, and he begins to whisper, "I am the Norrisville Ninja."
Danny looks puzzled, "Who?"
Jake had to ask, "What?"
"Oh come on! I didn't react to either of you like that! Also. We are taking all of this too well." Randy comments.
"I mean... After all of-" Jake motions to the entire cafeteria, which is full of students. "-This. I wouldn't be suprised if a giant cyborg came to try and kill us." He commented.
"That would really tick me off." Randy replied, while smiling a tad bit too smugly.
"Better than ghost attacks. Believe me. I know those." Danny commented as well.

Chapter Text
Outside of Norrisville High, students are standing infront of the school, some of them are walking into the building. Until they see a certain car pull up to the parking lot.
They see what looks like a freshman of all ages get out of the car. And some of the students started to stare.
"What the cheese?" Was the first thing Howard of all students said, before he rushed inside to find his best friend and tell him all about this. "Cunningham!"
"Howard!" Randy jolted up, and closed his locker. "What is it? I'm kinda busy." He said.
"Guess what, Cunningham. There's a new kid in school now. And they have a car!" Howard said.
"Howard, just because someone has a car, doesn't automatically mean they're 'cool'." Randy told his best buddy, before walking off into his classroom.
Howard grabbed his hand and tried to pull him back, "Come on! You gotta see it too!" He whined.
"No. I'm too busy for that." Randy said, annoyed a bit.
Later, inside of a classroom, the trio are sitting near a window and whispering to each other. But they stop when they see the teacher come inside the room.
"Alright class. I have exciting news to tell." The teacher came inside, "We have a new student to welcome." She pointed to a girl, who was waving at them.
"Hii. I'm Sari Sumdac!" She said.
Back with the trio, they started to whisper to each other again.
"I just hope she isn't like... A ghost trying to destroy everything." Danny said.
"Or a hunter." Jake added.
"Either way. Both are terrible outcomes from what you guys told me." Randy said.
Later, in the halls, Sari is walking to her fresh new locker. Until she saw the three boys looking at her when she turns a corner.
"Uhm... Can I help you?.." She asked.
"Hi. Yeah. No. But we can show you around school!" Randy says. "I'm Randy. And these are Danny and Jake."
"Wow. 'These'?" Danny asked, offended. "How rude!" Jake said, also offended.
"Well uhm... Sure... I guess. Why not?.." Sari said. "Besides, it would be good to have people show me around." She added.
The four of them walked down the hall, until Howard popped out from behind them, nearly making them jump.
"There she is!" Howard exclaimed. "The mystery car girl! Randy, you owe me. She’s cool!"
"Howard, relax," Randy muttered, shoving him aside.
Sari raised a brow. "Mystery car girl?"
Howard grinned. "Yes. You pulled up in a car like you were in some action movie. Nobody here does that! Especially not a freshman!"
Sari chuckled nervously, scratching the back of her head. "Oh… yeah. It’s just something my dad fixed up for me."
Jake and Danny exchanged a look, their whispers low. "A dad who builds cars? Sounds… suspicious."
Randy gave them both a side eye. "Guys. Chill. She’s just new here."
"Well," she said quickly, "are you gonna give me that tour or not?"
The group nodded. But once again, someone stopped the group.
"Danny. We've been looking for you all day!" Danny's friend, Tucker said. As he and Sam ran up to Danny.
"Yeah. Are you trying to replace us with those two?" Sam asked, pointing at Randy and Jake.
Danny froze mid-step. "Wait, what? No! Of course not." He saidy holding up his hands in defense.
Randy leaned toward Jake and whispered, “Awkward…”
“Yeah..." Jake said.
Sari tilted her head, watching the exchange curiously. “Uhm… you all know each other?”
“Unfortunately,” Sam muttered, glaring at Randy and Jake. "But who are you again?"
“This is Sari, she’s new.” Danny said, pointing at Sari.
Tucker raised an eyebrow. “Cool… cool. So she’s the one with the car?”
Sari shrugged, a little unsure of how to respond. “Uh… yeah. That’s me.”
Howard couldn’t contain himself and practically leapt into the conversation. “Told you! Mystery car girl!”
Tucker and Sam exchanged looks. “Huh. Interesting,” Sam muttered.
“So, she’s the new… ‘action-movie freshman,’ huh?” Tucker asked, a little too excitedly.
Sari laughed softly, trying to hide her nervousness. “I guess… if you want to call it that.”
Danny stepped slightly in front of the group, shielding Sari from the full intensity of Tucker and Sam’s stares. “Okay, enough. Let’s actually show her the school. Come on.”
"Oh no. You're not leaving yet, Daniel. Explain everything." Sam said, grabbing Danny's wrist angrily
Notes:
I know. I know. I know. I KNOW!
"Sari Sumdac? Really? Don't you have a fanfiction involving her ALREADY?!"
I do. But can you BLAME me?! She's my favorite character in Transformers. I can't help it. Plus, she won't play a HUUUUGEEEEE role until MUCH later! So it's cool. Atleast for me. And for another plus, where there's a Rift, there's either a Sari, or a Miko. So I had to. So much had to.
Forgive meh ;(. ( :).).
Fun faaact.: The teacher that always talks is Mrs. Driscoll. I am just too lazy to write her name anywhere.
Chapter 5: Wait what?..
Summary:
The trio let their friends in on the secrets too! Yayyy.

Chapter Text
The teens just stand there, staring at each other for a few minutes. Before Danny speaks up. "Well uhm..."
"I can't believe you, Danny!" Tucker said, starting to look a bit angry. "You're leaving us for these two?!" He questions, before adding, "No offense."
"Eh." Randy shrugs it off.
"None taken." Jake said nonchalantly.
"Guys. Just... Chill down. Okay?.. I can explain everything and I will..." Danny says, holding his hands up defense, "Uhm... During lunchtime! Yeah!" He quickly adds.
"Why not now?" Sam asks, angry.
"Because there are too many people here." Danny answers.
Sam and Tucker look at each other, but then Sam sighs, and Tucker just gives a nod.
"Fine." Sam says.
"Yeah." Tucker adds.
"Awesome." Danny cheers.
Time seemed to pass by a bit too quickly for Danny. As lunchtime arrives, Danny quickly sits down with Randy and Jake.
"Okay. So-" Danny was about to speak, when the trio hear three more people sittind down beside them. It's an angry Sam & Tucker. And Howard.
"So..." Danny began.
Danny groaned, running a hand through his hair. “I’m serious! I wouldn’t joke about something like this!”
Tucker snorted, leaning back in his chair. “Danny, come on… you’re telling us our universes clashed and we just magically ended up here? That’s… that’s insane.”
“It’s not insane!” Danny snapped, a little panicked now. “I mean, yes, it sounds crazy, but it happened! There’s a Rift, some kind of tear between worlds, and somehow we all got pulled into... Here!" He motions to all of Norrisville by throwing his hands up. "No offense, Randy."
Randy just shrugs it off, nonchalantly.
Sam crossed her arms, still skeptical. “And let me guess… you have the master plan, right?”
Danny froze, realizing he hadn’t thought that far ahead. “Uh… kind of? I mean, I know some things, but-”
Tucker cut in, smirking, “So you’re telling us, we’re all in some dangerous, universe-colliding mess, and you have no plans?"
“I didn’t say that!” Danny protested.
Sam shook her head, but the edge of a smile appeared. “This is very interesting now." She said. "And what are their deals? Hm?" Sam asked, pointing at Randy and Jake.
Jake perked up at the mention of his name, leaning forward on the table. “Name’s Jake Long. American Dragon." He gave Sam a small smirk, trying to look cool but clearly sizing everyone up. “Guess your buddy here ain’t the only one with a double life.”
Sam raised an eyebrow. “American Dragon?”
“Yup.” Jake’s grin widened. “Like, actual dragon. Wings, fire, scales, the whole deal. No fake cosplay stuff.”
Randy, meanwhile, gave an awkward wave. “Randy Cunningham. Ninja of Norrisville. Y’know, secret protector of the town. Also totally not supposed to be telling strangers this, but…” He shot Danny a glare, “…someone decided to spill everything.”
Howard snorted, shoving a sandwich into his mouth. “Yeah, ‘cause keeping secrets always goes great for you, Cunningham.”
Sam blinked, trying to piece it all together. “So let me get this straight, Danny’s a half-ghost superhero, you’re a dragon, he’s a ninja, and apparently the universe decided to mash all of us into one spot? That’s… actually kind of awesome.”
“Or really bad,” Tucker muttered, still skeptical but clearly intrigued.
Danny sighed, rubbing his temples. “Exactly. Look, it’s not just a mash-up."
Randy puffs his chest a little. "Then fear not, we will save the worlds!" He says as he stands up while pointing up for dramatic effect.
Howard slapped his forehead. “Subtle, Cunningham. Real subtle.”
"Whatever, Howard!" Randy responds, and sits back down.

Inside of a secret Lab, Sari has just finished writing something on the computer.
Finally..." Sari exclaimed, cracking her knuckles, satisfied. "I'm done."
"With what?" Dani asks, looking at the computer.
"Oh. Just the code for this new machine me and Mabel are building." Sari explained.
"Can I see it?" Dani asked, hope in her adorable little eyes.
"Well... Sure. I guess. Why not?" Sari responded. She leads Dani to the machine.
Dani looked at the machine. "So what is it?"
"It's a particle accelerator. It's small. But it works fine." Sari explained.
"It's really small yeah... But wait. You said that Mabel if all people is helping you. How?.." Dani had to ask. It didn't make any sense to her.
"She helps. But with coding it or building it. Nah. She helps with the colors and making it look good..." Sari explained again. Then she remembers something important. "Oh. And snacks to keep me up at night." She said, laughing. "I haven't slept in almost three days now."
Dani looks shocked as Sari begins to fall asleep and also almost fall to the floor. "Okay... here we go..." She catches Sari and leads her out. "Here we go..."
As the two girls walk out, Dani leads Sari to a couch to rest on. But the door to the lab opens, and Randy walks into the room. He looks around, and instantly spots the machine.
"Oooh..." He says, stepping onto the particle accelerator. And starts acting like a shoob. "Let's rock and roll!"
As Randy was doing what he was doing, being an idiot, he accidentally presses a red button. Which causes a robotic voice to say. "404. Error."
"What?.." Randy notices the things happening around him.
Downstairs, the lights flicker, this causes Sari to jump up.
"Hey... Why are the lights flickering?" Danny asks from the kitchen.
"Oh my Primus! Randy!" Sari yelled, running to her lab room, Danny following after her.
But by the time they reach there, Randy's gone.
"Oh no..." Sari whispered.
"Where's Randy?" Danny asks.
Meanwhile in Space. Randy's flying through space, while yelling. How does he still have oxygen? There's a barrier around him. After a while, he lands on some grass, and he passes out.
Back in the lab room. Sari paces around. "Oh no... This is bad! This is terrible!" She shakes Danny, panicking.
"Why?... Can't you bring him back?" Danny asks.
"It doesn't work that way!"
The two hear a loud bang outside. And look at the window. And find the others looking out the windows, and they see that the sky is red.
"What's going on?.." Dani asks, worried.
"The world is wrong now..." Sari says.
Back with Randy. A giant bug is sniffing Randy's body... Weird... He slowly wakes up.
"Ugh... Howard... Stop with this..." Randy mu.bles, before seeing the giant bug. He screams and runs away. But the bug chases him.
"Oh sweet cheese..." Randy cursed to himself when he came to a dead end.
"Hey you!" Both Randy and the bug look to the side, and see a yellow pony. "Leave him alone you... You... Gigantic dumbhead!..." the Pony said, "Oh... Why did I say that... That was so mean..." The pony said again.
The bug screeches at the pony. Randy looks around, and remembers he is the Ninja. So he quickly puts his mask on and pulls out his katana. "Leave the pony alone! You uh..."
"Woah..."
The Ninja runs to the bug and slashes it, it screeches and runs away.
"You okay?" The Ninja turns to look down to the pony.
"Yeah." The pony nods.
"Okay. You yellow, talking mustang. Can you tell me where the cheese I am?" The Ninja asks.
"Firstly... My name's Fluttershy... And you are in Equestria!" The pony- Well, Fluttershy explained. "I have to tell this to Twilight! Let's go to Ponyville! Follow me!"
"Ookay..." The Ninja responded.
As the two walked together, they get followed by some shadow figure.
"Uhm... I wanna know... What are you?..." Fluttershy asked, looking up at The Ninja.
"Wha-? Oh uhm... Why, I'm the Ninja of course! But, if you're asking something else. I am human." Randy explained.
"A hooman?..." Fluttershy repeated, saying 'human' clearly wrong. "What's that?.."
"You've never seen one?" The Ninja asked, looking at Fluttershy.
"No... I uh... Never." Fluttershy responded. Then, she hides her face behind her hair.

The teens were sitting in the cafeteria. Eating food and talking about how the heck the world happened.
"Okay... So... He's a dragon. And that guy's a ghost?" Howard asks. Not believeing any of it.
"Yeah. Duh. It's that obvious." Randy replied.
"Well... This is all so very weird..." Tucker said, scratching the back of his head.
"Also. Anyone seen the new kid?" Howard asks.
"Howard. Just stop with this. Nobody is letting you ride in their cars-"
A massive explosion cuts Randy off before he can finish what she's saying. The cafeteria fills with smoke and dust. Kids are running and screaming, heading for the closest exit. The hole in the wall is quite big actually.
"Did you seriously have to destroy an entire school building?" Someone yelled at the one who destroyed the school's wall.
"It's not MY problem that fleshy schools are so small!" The one who destroyed the school's wall yells back.
The teen group is sitting at their seats.
"Oh not now! Ugh! Whatever." Randy complains. And runs off to turn into The Ninja.
"You giys get out of here, we'll take care of this-" Danny begins. But he gets cut off by-
"Leave our school alone!" Jake yells to the two figures.
"Are you talking to me, fleshy? I could I barely hear you talking." The figure pushes Jake away slighty with his giant hand. "Look at you! So small and an insignifican lifeform!"
Jake attempts to breath fire at them, but they pull away in time.
Randy, being transfored into the Ninia, appears infront of everyone. "Who even are you? Uhm... You giant robots!"
"Well... If you have to know my name... I AM STARSCREAM! FUTURE LEADER OF THE DECEPTICONS! AND GREATEST SEEKER OF ALL TIME!" He says. Then looks at the other one next to him. "Oh yeah... And this is Blackarachnia..." The seeker added.
"Wow. How nice of you to include me." Blackarachnia says, rolling her eyes.
Someone appears behind the others "If you all just ignore him. He'll go away."
"Wha-?!" They all jump up in shock.
"Oh hey. It's new kid." Howard says.
"First off. I have a name. Secondly. It's Sari."
"Oh look. It's you here. Why do we always meet?" Starscream said, pointing at Sari.
"SHOVE IT SEEKER!" Sari yells to the Seeker.
"Hah!" Blackarachnia laughed at that instantly.
"You know what? I'm not doing this today." Sari put her hands up. And transformed into her armored form.
"Woah." Tucker and Howard said at the same time.
"Now that's cool." Sam complimented.
"Tch. Showoff." The Ninja said, crossing his arms angrily.
"Now. Leave seeker." Sari demanded, and shot a blast at the two 'cons, both ended up dissapearing.
