Solar adopted Jack when they were 18/14. Jack's parents were mentally abusive but got physically abusive when he was diagnosed with autism.
They lived in France before moving to the USA to live with Sun, Moon, Earth, and Lunar

At 14/6 Eclipse blew up their parents house with Lunar inside, killing their parents and Lunar went deaf in his right ear.
Eclipse never got caught, police ruled it as a gas leak.
Eclipse got legal custody over Lunar at 18/10.

Lunar moved in with Sun, Moon and Earth when he turned 16.

Sun shot Bloody in defense when Bloody tried to attack him. He went to court but was charged innocent. Occasionally he will hallucinate Bloody and Harvest laughing at him. He has pills to calm them.

Bloody is still alive, Sun, Moon and Earth don’t know.

Lunar doesn’t know that the rest of the family knows of Bloody and Harvest. He doesn’t know that Sun had “killed” Bloody before.

Sun is an ex-alcoholic. He started drinking when he first noticed the hallucination and before he got medicated.

Creator is Sun, Moon and Earth's dad. Sun and Moon think he died while they were kids. Earth lived with him after Sun and Moon thought he died, doesn’t know he's in the mafia.

For 3 months, Jack and Solar lived in a hotel while the Celestials were renovating the house to accommodate the two of them, during that time, Lunar would visit him, since Solar reminded him of his brother.

Everyone is fluent in two (or more) languages, the first one being English

All of them work or have worked at the daycare (except Bloody & Harvest)

They all know sign language to a degree

Chapter Text

Apollo, or Sun as a nickname, uses he/they pronouns, though he identifies as a male since he feels demiboy or other genders doesn't fit him. He is straight, though, is on the asexual spectrum. He was conjoined twins with Moon until age 3.

He has coffee tan skin, with full body freckles and segmental vitiligo on the left side of his face, the section on his face almost looks like a crescent. His left eye is blue while his right eye is brown. He has blonde hair, that he dyes every month, his roots being a dark brown. It is a medium length, reaching his shoulders with a small braid on the right side of his shoulder, braided by Terra.

He has nyctalopia, Night Blindness. It makes it hard to see in dark or dim lighting, and to adjust between sudden bright lights and darkness.

He Age-regresses to deal with stress, loss of childhood and mental illnesses, usually between the ages 2 and 16. He becomes extremely hyper and is hard to calm down. He is mainly a happy kid, but he will occasionally break down, when he does it's loud. A lot of sobbing, throwing tantrums, breaking things and pushing loved ones away. After the breakdown he will usually sleep the rest of his regression off.

He would take care of the kids most of the day, watching them to make sure they don’t get hurt. During Art Time, Earth can’t be a part of it, only Sun can run it. Currently he runs around the floor, meeting new people and making sure they enjoy their time. Sometimes he would sit in the back.

Dislikes Gemini a lot, not quite hate (See Leo/Lunar chapter)

Sun has a degree in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Special Education. He got them when he was a young adult, around 19 to 25.

Fluent in English, ASL, Japanese, can converse in Koren. He is learning Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese and more.

The image of the dead kids haunts his dreams at night, feeling guilty for not being able to control the situation better. (See About Daycare Chapter)

Chapter Text

Artemis, or Moon, uses they/he and sometimes she pronouns. He identifies as non-binary, not caring for specific titles. They are aromantic, asexual. Since she was separated from Sun, he has no right eye and instead uses, glass eyes. Their glass eyes are all sorts of shapes, colors and designs.

His left eye is a blue color, his right eye is always changing due to it being fake. He has pale skin, though the universal vitiligo, caused by physical stress, covers most of his skin. He has multiple, velvet guarded boxes of glass eyes, though he usually uses a full black one. The kids, and even staff, love seeing which eye he is using. He has black hair that reaches the middle of his neck. usually in a high ponytail.

When he age regresses, he goes quiet. Either semi or fully mute. He does not express emotions, usually with a blank face or a small frown. However, he always gets mad if someone doesn't understand him, either not understanding his language or his feelings. When he does get mad, he will stomp into a corner and cry until someone comforts him. He will usually regress to the ages between 5 and 10, though once in a blue moon will he regress to ages 0 to 2. He regresses due to having to take care of Sun and himself at a very young age, having his childhood stripped away from him.

Took care of the kids at nap time, read nap-time stories and watched over the kids. Occasionally taught them something unique, like gymnastics, playing the violin, and solving a rubik's cube.

Currently goes to school to be an astrophysicist but works part time at the pizzeria. He mainly handles cash, orders and supply in the back, rarely does he go to the front.

He is fluent in English, ASL, German.

At 27, while driving to the daycare, Sun’s anger issues got the better of him (He fought with Eclipse) and he accidentally caused a crash. Moon knocked his head hard while they were tumbling, causing him to pass out. On the way to the hospital in the ambulance, they realized that he had a major brain bleed. He had to be put in a medical coma, where he died once before coming back to life. When he did, he did not remember anything. Memories came back in lapses, with migraine-inducing headaches, all of them came back a year later.

While not having his memories, he identified as pansexual yet kept questioning as to why when he tried getting in relationships he didn’t feel anything. When he got all his memories back, he came out as aroace again.
