well, i've been reading a lot to distract myself, read some books and manga, also fanfic cuz we know that's the superior literary genre

to be honest!

i found kim namjoon cuz one of my fave fic authors recommended them, and they don't write fics (that i know of 👀) but their novels are so good!!! so interesting and deep. i can't get enough!!!

and they do it for free! like, it's all right there for people to read!!! i mean, i've sent them tips so many times cuz i wanna give back, ya know? but other than that everything is out there on the internet

i mean that's pretty cool, but also kinda sad. if they're as good as you say they are, they should be getting paid for it tho maybe they do it as a hobby?

i'm so happy when i read their stuff. their ongoing novel, Moonchild, is a magical realism+suspense kinda thing with an unsolved case and a detective and his friends helping to solve the mystery. and it is just so good! so wholesome and well written!

it's updated once a month and i've been waiting for it ever since i discovered the author. it makes me forget how i feel for a bit. makes my life more bearable, in a way.....

it's just such a good story and it's helping me deal with everything so much that i kinda wish i could give back to the author, help them out in this time of need
