Chapter 1: Winter.
Chapter Text
She didn't know why.
She didn't know why she was left out here, but she felt as if it was incomprehensible.
But she was a child. She did not know. But it all blurred so fast.
All she could remember was the panicked yells and screams of people, the care of her mother, the comfort of her father.
But they were gone.
Gone forever. And now her tiny body was shivering in the snow, the trees, black, yet still having leaves standing ominously behind her. The little girl looked back at what was a lifepod. Battered and broken. She walked over to the crashed piece of metal and dug out a plush animal. A bunny specifically. She walked away from the crash site. Barefoot. Cold.
Alone.
Although it, or rather, he was said to be hollow, The Hollow Knight, wasn't exactly at all, hollow. Having Radiance diffused from his mind made things a lot better. Once a Vessel, then infected...then brought back to his senses. He was travelling alongside The Knight...or as he called himself Ghost. And Hornet...Hollow's sister. The three had traversed far more than usual...
Mainly because they felt something crash more than a million miles away. That crash had ruptured possibly throughout all of earth. Not just Hallownest. Quirrel had informed that he and the others will be joining them soon to figure out what on earth was that ripple in the atmosphere. But for now, it was only the three of them.
The sounds of snow crunching and the howling winds of the snowstorm were roaring through trio's ears. It was only a few steps until they were out of the storm.
"I can see the end! We are almost there!" Hornet called out. Ghost nodded. He stepped through the storm, while also shielding himself-well technically his eyes-from the sheer amount of snow. Almost there. The three were almost-
They had made it out. Luckily. They hadn't experienced a snowstorm that intense since Hallownest's winter solstice. Hornet was right behind Hollow, who led the way. Hollow suddenly stopped in his tracks. "Hollow...? Why did you stop?" Hornet asked her sibling. Hornet, and Ghost stepped aside and found the something- no, the someone Hollow was looking at.
A little girl.
A little girl no older than possibly Six to Seven. She was...oddly peculiar to say the least. She had This, pure white hair, pale ivory-colored skin with blotches of...white on her skin? And she was wearing a dress.
Huh. Why a dress of all things? Wasn't it cold out? The small girl tilted her head, with a questioning expression. Wondering, and innocent.
The child was walking forward. Well, she only took a few steps towards the Hallownest residents. She spoke in an airy voice.
"H-hello?" She spoke. Holding her hand up and slightly waving.
Hollow, confused at her gesture, waved back. "Who are you? Where's my...mama and papa?" She said looking around.
Oh. She was lost. Hornet decided to take this one.
"Did you remember where you have last seen them, little one?" She said, kneeling to reach the child's height. "I uh...the- the last time I saw them was when I was launched into one of those pod-thingies..."
Oh.
Oh.
Oh gods.
Hornet was surprised at first, for the child had understood. But when the child went further into her story...oh lord.
"...but then I saw a space thingy...and it burst into white light."
Great. Just great. Hornet cursed internally. She tried to word this very carefully, the girl was six after all. "They...they might be...gone...I'm sorry...little one." Hornet said, almost a whisper. "Oh." The little girl said sadly. Tears forming at the child's eyes. Hornet put a hand on the girl's shoulder, but nearly- just, nearly jumped, when she saw the sight of the child's tears.
They were glowing bluish white.
Hornet shook it off and pulled the girl into a hug. The little girl hugged back.
Hornet pulled away and stood up. "What is your name, young one?"
"U-uh... Winter."
"My name's Winter."

Chapter Text
The young college student tapped her foot impatiently, waiting for her friends. It's almost 8:00 AM and her friends weren't here yet. Leave it to yourself to schedule a plane for 8 In the morning.
The student looked over her shoulder to see the sun on the horizon behind. Golden light reflecting on the student's brunette hair. "Maria!" A voice called. Thank lord. They were here. It was 7:50.
"Took you guys long enough." The student, Maria said.
"Someone wanted to stop for chocolate chip muffins." A Blue-haired girl, 'Kailah' said.
She pointed at the boy with maroon hair ('Francis').
"Sorry, but the bakery here makes them so good!" Francis replied.
"Well, it was only, well, 5 minutes for them to make." Another maroon haired boy of color ('Elliot') said.
"Well, everybody's here. The plane's leaving in like, 10 minutes!" Maria replied. She checked her watch again. "Oh sh- SCRATCH THAT! It's leaving in 6!" Maria yelled. The four friends ran with their luggage, barely making it to the plane.
That was a close one.
They were about 30 minutes in of their flight. Their - permanent - destination was California.
"Man I wonder if there's going to be a Mo-VIE-!"
Kailah said, then suddenly, the plane shook violently for a few seconds, turning her sentence into a yelp. The sudden shake left the passengers confused and terrified. Suddenly the pilot responded.
"Don't worry folks it was only a little turbulence! The rest of the flight is smooth sailing." The passengers calmed down. There was only one response to this for Maria.
"What. The. Fu-"
Thankfully there was no turbulence anymore. They were 4 hours into their flight. The stars were glistening like a treasure chest in the twilight sky. "Wow! Are you seeing this view-"
Maria said, then find that Elliot was texting his mom...and playing games, Kailah was sound asleep, and Francis was busy with a movie.
Welp. But being honest she had done this herself a few times too, so Maria can't blame them. She looked out at the starry sky. And she found herself feeling tired. Oh well.
Let's see what's in store tomorrow.
"Bestie. Bestie! Bestie wake up!" Kailah said.
"Huh? What-?" Maria questioned. The plane has landed.
"The plane landed 5 minutes ago! C'mon! We gotta make it to that cottage you bought." Kailah said running out.
Maria followed close behind. Their luggage was already out. It's time to explore California!
Somewhere in Philadelphia
"So, uh...our job is to...find out whatever's living in the mansion...?" A young boy (presumably 26) with caramel-brown hair, who went by the name 'Avier' said.
"Yes. There have been reports that many people had gone missing there...and it was rumored that many bodies have been hidden." The General said.
"Okay. I see. Sir, you haven't told me what exactly to do if anything's living there..." Avier said.
"Right. If the rumors are true-do not tell anyone about this. We don't know what 'she' and her little workers might possibly do if they got their hands on this information. I can still recall 2005...a year of hell that's what it was." The General said.
"...Ah." Avier spoke.
"You'll be going with Kathy on this mission too." The General said to the boy.
"Yes Sir." Avier replied. Okay, he'd dealt with these types of stuff before. Surely, he'd be able to handle this one right?
Right??
Chapter 3: The Mansion of Philadelphia
Summary:
Avier's and Katherine's mission continues from the N.E.T. (Unknown Acronym) Organization to the haunted mansion to secure the secret if there are anthropomorphic beings in there. And protect them from the lab that killed Avier's mother trying to defend him...
OR: I take the Roblox game 'ALONE', add in other entities and spice things up a little
Chapter Text
Avier, driving the car next to his enthusiastic best friend/'partner in crime' had the sights set on the road. Meanwhile Katherine was chatting away.
"EEEE! This is my FIRST ever mission today bestie!! Oh my god! I wonder what secrets we might find there!!" She squealed. She has the mentality of a 15-year-old, but in reality, she's 22, and her 23rd birthday is JUST around the corner.
"Yeah...so do I." Avier replied. For some funny feeling, Avier felt like something bigger was going on.
The pair got there quicker than Avier expected, but Kathy was feeling cloud nine right now. "Yesyesyesyes!! Let's go!" The 22-year-old girl said pulling Avier with her.
"Wait hold on a minute-! Never mind...at least we have the backpacks." Avier said. They entered the two-story building.
The phone, for some odd reason started ringing. "Huh." Avier said. He picked it up. Someone began talking out the other end.
"Hey kid. You might not know me, but my name is Bill, and I'm the watchman of this mansion." A slight gruff voice said.
Okay. Luckily, they're not alone. There was a watchman. That's good! That's totally...fine.
"I see." Avier replied. Though Katherine was beaming with excitement she decided to stay quiet and best let Avier do the talking. This was a delicate case to be handled.
"Listen to me carefully kid. You have to turn on the generator, that's in the basement." Bill said.
Avier heard another voice...that was a little girl. She was singing 'ring-around-the-rosy'. His mother used to sing that to Avier when he was a child...No, no. Now's not the time to start getting Mnemophobic.
"Stay quiet Stacy." Bill told the little girl, Stacy. "No, no, it's fine. My younger sister used to do that as well." Avier replied. It was quiet for a moment. Then Bill spoke again.
"The mansion will be losing its power. You do not wanna be in the dark, all Alone..." He spoke. Then the call ended.
Okayyy that was weird. Avier's and Katherine's first priority were to find if these beings are here, and the second? Well, that's the turn on the generator so they could avoid being in the dark where they can't see,
But the supposed beings could see them.
Okay, this was a problem. The two were nowhere near finding the beings nor could they unlock the basement. They had forgotten a hammer. 'Sweet cream and Cookies!' Said Kathy.
They were now finding a hammer when the lights flickered. Then they heard a high-pitched scream. Oh. Oh no.
Looks like they had found the so-called beings the general told them about-and they quickly hid where the being couldn't see them. The thing had passed but it broke every single one of the lights.
High pitched scream...yep Avier and Kathy could definitely check the entity 'Speed' off the list their general gave. If Speed was here...possibly the other entity 'Rebound' was here too?
"S-sir...we can definitely confirm these entities are here..."
Avier said, breath still shaky.
Yep, this would be one hell of a night.

"Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit..." Mike cursed.
This was bad. The animatronics were onto them at all corners. Jeremy was trembling. He had never experienced this type of stuff before. I mean he'd dealt with it already but not this intense! The animatronics were getting more and more aggressive!
Vincent heard Foxy running down the hall and immediately pressed the button that closes the door. Good to know he was taking things seriously this time. Fritz was panicking, checking every single one of his cameras. Scott on the other hand...
----
Flashback
"Hello, hello! Hey, hey wow day 4! I knew you could do it. Uh, hey listen, I may not be around to send you a message tomorrow."
The banging sound was stronger this time. Oh no. Oh no, no, no, no. Was he going to die here? At least it wouldn't be painful...would it?
"It's, it's been a bad night here. For me..." Scott said through the phone, the banging continued on the door. Okay. Don't worry. Maybe the person would notice? And call 9-1-1?
"Um, I-I'm kinda glad that I recorded my messages for you, *cough* when I did." Scott said. The banging continued. Oh shit. Oh shit. Oh shit...
"Uh, hey, do me a favor. Maybe sometime, uh, you could check inside those suits? In the backroom? I'm gonna try and hold out until someone, checks. Maybe it won't be so bad. I-I-I-I always wondered what was in all those empty heads, back there. You know?" Scott continued. The banging stopped. And then...
The chime played.
"Oh No." Scott spoke into the phone. There was groaning. 'I'm sorry Fritz...' he thought.
"Oh No."
He couldn't remember anything after that.
----
Scott snapped out of it. Before the five males knew it, there was a chime, and a cheer.
The shift had ended.
The five heaved a sigh of relief. They got out of the creepy pizzeria as fast as possible.
Mike was driving, Jeremy was fast asleep, Fritz was stress-eating, Vincent kept tapping his nails on the car, and Scott seemed to be zoned out...or not.
"Hey, uh, Scott? Man? You good?" Mike asked. "H-Huh? Oh, sorry Mike. Just uh...zoned out there for a second." Scott replied. They may be sort of 'frenemies', but hey, still friends.
Scott was not sure if he was really okay or if he was just lying to himself. Hoping it was the first one, he shook it off. They were home.
_____
They opened the door and...
There they were. Their roommates.
Vanessa was playing video games with Chris, Joshua was on the phone...with someone, Doll was cooking, Abigail was helping Doll, and Luis was handling the bills. "Papaaaaaaaa! Uncleeeeessss!" A little girl with wavy peach-colored hair and a white-polka-dot and yellow dress ran up to them, with a cute little smile on her face. Her name was Shelley. The crew adopted her five years ago. The others welcomed them back. Abigail however-
"Scott! Oh my god thank goodness you're okay!" Abigail said running to Scott. She's always been afraid for her 'friend' ever since uh...Night 4. Abigail didn't trust Scott alone ever again in that place.
"Are you alright? No injures? No broken bones?" She said concerningly.
"Abigail, I'm fine." Scott replied.
'...She has to be in love with him.' Everyone thought internally.
"Oh, you guys too! Are you okay?" Abigail replied to the other four. "Nah, we're fine." "A-All G-good!" "We're Gucci." "Doing alright."
----Time Skip----
Everyone was asleep. Well...everyone except for Scott. He couldn't stop thinking about that day. Where he lost his brother. His sister.
His Parents. Why? why wasn't he able to sleep? He just wants to forget...
Scott's PTSD was kicking in. For the second time today. Oh God. Please. No.
No.
no.
no.
no.
no.
No, No, No, No, NO, NO, NO, NO-
"Scott?" A voice whispered.
Oh.
Abigail.
"Abigail...don't worry about me please. I'll be fine." Scott replied.
"Okay...but I'm hugging you while sleeping." The brunette said.
"Fine." Scott said. He felt her arms wrap around him. Okay this night, they're all going to get through without any nightmares.
At least Scott hopes so.
Darkness.
That's all they ever saw.
Weren't they supposed to be in the bedroom? Sleeping?
"Do you still remember?"
"1985?"
"The day the children died?"
"The day WE died?"
"Nothing's permanent."
"Our death wasn't permanent."
"Neither were the Aftons'."
"Wake up."
"I T ' S M E . "
Everyone jolted up as if they'd been all electrically shocked at once. Mike was panting and sweating after waking up, Doll's reaction was the same. Jeremy woke up with a scared squeal, and Mike and Doll comforted him. Fritz put his hand on his chest, Joshua put his hands on his head, Vanessa did a confused yell for a second (Luis was there and was concerned for Ness), Scott and Abigail both woke up each other's arms, sitting up immediately, and Chris and Vincent let out girly screams. By the time the screams were over, Chris and Vincent were stared at by the whole crew.
"Did...did you just scream like little girls?" Mike asked, stifling back his laughter.
"...No." "You never heard me." They replied.
The window curtains were illuminated by the blocked sunlight coming through. Vanessa checked the alarm clock. "...Welp, 8:32 AM." She spoke. Oh well. AT least five of them got at least some sleep.
Today is another day.
Or so it seemed...

Chapter 5: 🚪THE HOTEL🚪
Summary:
Guiding Light was doing his average job in this hotel. It was the same thing every time. Awaken, Guide/Help the citizens, Join/Host the entity meeting by the end of the week, then return to slumber, repeat. Strict, uptight and boring as it may seem, Guiding knew that this was a necessary thing to be done every day.
A certain prophecy-and delivery-seem to think otherwise.

Chapter Text
"You have died to Figure." The angel says.
This was just a typical day at the Moonlit White Rose Hotel...for the tenth year. That's right. This mysterious figure, known as Guiding Light, has been trapped here a decade. Along with the other anomalies that reside in this hotel.
These anomalies-entities to be more specific-were once human, and they've lost it all to insanity.
And HER.
That same godamned...no. He shouldn't think these types of things. Stay strong. What time was it?
5:32 AM
Nobody would be coming into the hotel after 4:32. Guiding Light and the entities don't exactly need sleep but still do it every other week. Or they have naps. Naps were good.
The indigo sky filled the room with purplish-blue as Guiding Light was resting-well actually sitting-on the couch of a room. He sighed.
He took the locket from the side table, holding it.
'Eleanor... My dear... I wish I could see you again...'
Guiding Light thought. He knew that he might never be able to see the fair girl, he had considered a friend again.
Then there was a knock on the door.
Odd.
"Coming..." Guiding Light said.
Opening the entrance door gingerly. Huh. Nobody was here. But that's when he heard it.
A sniffling sound.
What? Hold on-
The angel looked down to see a... basket. With a light-orange color. He picked it up and pulled the blanket which was covering the lump in the said basket.
"Oh...my...-"
"-GOD!? I mean, intruders are one thing but a BABY!? We're not cut-out to be parental figures!" Curious Light frantically yelled.
"Curious is right. Who in the right mind would leave a baby here!? They know it's abandoned! It's been ten years!" A-90 agreed.
Someone, for some reason, left a newborn girl on the doorstep, in the cold morning air. Tanned skin (not too much), Orangey-Ginger hair, peaceful eyes closed and resting.
"I do not know why they left her here, and we cannot leave her outside. It's far too dangerous." Guiding Light said.
"Maybe she could stay in the infirmary with me?" Revive suggested.
"Revive is correct, the baby will do well in the infirmary." Guiding Light said. Everyone agreed. With that, they left.
Guiding Light was walking down the halls of doors 70-80, but on the 80th door there was a sparkling sound.
But it didn't sound like Curious, or Secretive.
The Architect walked towards the sparkling sound and realized that it was coming from behind a wall. A hollow wall.
He briefly put pressure, and just like that, the entrance glimmered open and there it was. Okay, this was weird.
Very weird.
Guiding Light remained calm and stepped inside. Guiding Light didn't want the others to know about this before he checked it first. All it was, was...
Darkness.
Going inside further, Guiding Light could feel tingling down his spine. Don't panic. Stay strong.
The sparkling sound was growing louder and louder. While it was, Guiding saw... a faint glow.
That couldn't be the rift. The glow was blue, but it was different. Guiding couldn't quite remember what it might be but-
This ambience...was familiar.
Too familiar.
Once Guiding Light reached the end of the halls, he saw a pedestal with a... glowing turquoise crystal?
Nope. That's enough crazy for one day. But...Guiding Light was reaching out to it. He didn't know why. The very moment The Light touched the stone something rose up behind it. He remained calm. He didn't know how, but he remained calm.
It was a scroll.
Guiding Light took the paper and left the crystal. He figured it might not be his to take. The pedestal slid back down. The glow was now directing the way out. Okay. Whatever that was, Guiding is holding a meeting early.
"So. You're telling us, that there was an entrance where this scroll was held? And a crystal was on a pedestal in there?" Seek asked.
"Yes. I do not know why. And that crystal might be part of something." Guiding Light said.
"Well, c'mon let's open it!" Screech said. Guiding Light opened the scroll but...
"Aw man! It's in Architectian?!" Screech pouted.
"Don't worry, I will read it out." Guiding Light said.
"Thank you, Guiding Light." Figure spoke.
"Down we go into the depths of the Sea"
"You'll find beings just like you and me"
"But you'll see that they weren't always cryptids."
"The backstory will shock you, dear apprentice"
Guiding Light tried to open it further, but it was stuck.
"It's stuck." The Architect said.
"No wait, maybe it needs a little force?" Curious said, Guiding gave his little brother the scroll and tried to open it up as well, but it was stuck like glue.
"Yyyyyeah it's stuck." He spoke.
While the entities try to figure out what to do, a new storm was brewing...
Somewhere cold.

Chapter 6: A Tumble with Metal, Energon, and Oil
Summary:
The gang after the battle just cannot catch a break. First The Solver was after them, then in the past CYN almost killed Tessa and The Solver Nearly Blew Up Earth, then lives are changing left, right, corners and center!
And now they have to deal with some galactic bullsh-
Notes:
Jacelyn is my MD OC. She's human like Tessa and made herself mechanical wings (Like the Disassembly drones. She also has their powers, but she doesn't know- nobody does really, the abilities are still hidden)
(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)
Chapter Text
It's been a few days since 'the shaking of Copper 9'. Uzi called it 'The Rumble'. It fit better in her opinion.
The young drone was on her bed. Bored out of her endoskeleton.
There was nothing to do! Man. Maybe she could- Go for a walk? Or a fly.
Okay, screw it. She's going for a walk with N and V.
And Tessa...and Jace
"Oh man, it's been a while since I used to take walks like this. After the Solver, er, destroyed everything. On Copper 9." Tessa said.
The young woman had been saved by an unexpected ally before CYN could kill her. She informed the others, but they don't know the mysterious vigilante. Or who they could be.
"Well not really 'everything' everything. We're still here." V said.
"Honestly, I thought you had died when you cut the elevator." Jacelyn said. "Well effective drones were cloned more." V replied, chuckling at the end.
Suddenly they heard a clattering bang. "What was that?" N spoke. "Whatever it was." Uzi replied.
"Relax, it's probably just a Sentinel or another drone-" Tessa spoke but heard a screeching sound. This did not sound like a drone, or a Sentinel, at all.
"Never mind, everybody back to the schoolhouse base! Move, move, move!" Jacelyn screamed, starting up her mechanical wings. She picked up Tessa. And Jacelyn, Tessa, N, Uzi, and V took to the skies.
"Phew, I think the worst is o-VER!!" Jacelyn said starting to calm down, but then suddenly a mechanical claw was coming straight for them! The crew dodged numerous of these claws, until it struck N's wing, and Uzi was flying after him. "N!" Tessa and Jacelyn screamed, flying down in a blur. V followed close behind. She was still his friend after all.
Luckily Uzi caught him. "N! What did that thing do to you?!" Uzi asked with concern. "I-it's fine, it's only my wing." N reassured her.
"We have to get out of here, now!" Jacelyn said. "Ya think Jace? Ya think?" Uzi replied. The screams continued and they sounded a LOT closer.
"Yes, I think." The other girl said.
Fortunately, the team made it back safely.
The question lingered in Jacelyn's mind-what were those things? And whatever they were she hoped that she or her friends will not see them again.
To calm down everyone was doing their own thing. Uzi was listening to music, N was yapping about stuff he liked with Tessa, V was reading, and Jacelyn, well she was writing in her journal. All her thoughts.
'So uh, hey Journal. So we've gotten a pretty serious encounter with some metal claws and screeches, and we barely escaped alive. Luckily, we're here now! Safe and sound. Hopefully nothing will happen,'
She was writing when there was a muffled 'boom' outside.
"It's probably-" Jacelyn said when that same metal claw from earlier ripped off the whole goddamn roof.
"Run."
Everyone was running outside like the solver had invaded again.
"I'm scared!" "What are those things!?" "Oh god it just killed 7 drones at once!" They screamed.
Uzi was busy tearing one apart, while N, J, and V tried to team-tag dismantle another. Tessa and Jacelyn took cover while also counterattacking & distracting them.
This fight seemed like it had no end. This was a lose-lose battle. There were too many of the things.
They were near losing when a plasma blast shot through one of the metal things. One by one they were getting destroyed. They started to retreat.
Copper 9 was safe again, but the battlefield looked messy. Oil coating various things, glass was shattered, metal was torn and ripped.
"Did any of you drones do all the blasting?" Jacelyn asked.
"Only some, but not that many!" V replied.
Tessa was looking into the distance. Were those-
Vehicles?
The vehicles were getting closer when they stopped. Everyone was silent.
"W-...Who are you?" Jacelyn asked.
The vehicles were transforming into something that looked like... giant robots?
"Holy shi-"

Chapter Text
9:30 AM, Monterey Bay, California; Cozy Cottages
"Ahh this is the life! Having the furniture to be pre-moved here was a great idea, Cecilia." Francis said.
"Dude, your feet are on our coffee table. Gross." Kailah said.
The four friends shared a laugh-this felt just like middle school.
The doorbell rang. "I'll get it." Cecilia said.
She opened the door-
But no one was there.
"Is...Is this a prank?" The brunette wondered out loud. She looked down. Ah.
A book.
Cecilia picked it up and brought it inside.
"Did any of you guys order a book? Earlier? Same day delivery?" Cecilia asked, holding it up.
"No? I was online shopping for jewelry." Kailah said.
"The only pages I was hoping to read were the newspaper though." Elliot replied.
"I was more focused on the Choco-chip muffins we packed." Francis spoke.
"Huh." Cecilia replied.
"The Myth of the Seafoam Zirconia." Ceilia read out.
"Should we read it? It doesn't seem to have an address." Kailah suggested. With that, Ceilia opened the book. And began to tell the tale.
"Long, long ago when the year was the 1900's, there was a Galleon called ' Seafoam Zirconia '."
"Aboard were some of the greatest pirates in all of the Atlantic Ocean."
"The best in combat out of all of them was Captain Swordfish-and his adoptive daughter, First Mate Calypso."
"Calypso's mother had died through childbirth. Her father unfortunately committed suicide when Calypso was a few months old."
" 'Alas, it was sad to see them go. They were me first friends.' Second in command, Coral, had said. Coral was the one who took Calypso to the Captain."
"Having raised to be a pirate with a heart of gold, Calypso has rescued majority of sea dragons from hunter traps, even hunters themselves."
"One day a mission was to be completed by the Galleon-to rescue an ancient dragon from hunters."
"But this was the horrific day that led to the Seafoam Zirconia's downfall."
"The crew had fought-but the dragon hunters had no mercy on them. Killing them relentlessly, just to get what they wanted."
"Calypso and the Captain had been hiding, for the dragon hunters were on their ship."
"Suddenly a burst of power shot out, It was a shock-the dragon hunters had shocked the sea dragon."
"It sent glass flying. Calypso had been thrown across the room. Captain Swordfish wasn't so lucky."
"Calypso was shaken, crying for her father and mentor to wake but...she was fourteen. She had to let go, she knew."
"But there was no time for crying when they were under attack. Not only was Calypso saddened and shaken, she, was, FURIOUS."
"She reluctantly took her father's sword; and went into battle herself. Screams of rage escaping her,
Vengeance flowing through her veins like boiling hot water from the deepest depths of the Mariana trench."
"Calypso had killed most of the hunters, but she wasn't alone. When she was losing, two of her best friends have come to her aid-Juniper and Nicholas."
"The three had won in the end, but it was storming. When they thought the worst was over, lightning struck, splitting the Zirconia in half."
"The three friends couldn't get to each other in time, Calypso, Juniper, and Nicholas were separated."
"As for the Seafoam Zirconia? She was going down. Sinking into the depths. Calypso lost sight of the other teens."
"She never expected to be aided by the dragon she had saved."
"But Calypso was never seen again."
"Some say she's still out there. Others say she's been lost."
"Whatever the case, her last words were spoken to her friends on the brink of separation."
" 'Aye, it's been a long journey with you mateys. Perhaps we may meet again...alive...or in Davey Jones' locker.' "
"Woah." Cecilia said.
Everyone was awestruck. What turned into a nice morning had become a moment of a thrilling and intense story.
"No, way. And this actually happened." Elliot said.
"We're not sure if really happened. It did say it's a myth after all." Kailah replied.
"Okay, to change the tension that's thick enough that you could cut it with a knife, why were you looking up Jewelry online Kailah?" Cecilia said.
"Oh yeah, we have an upcoming party here, remember? A dance party." Kailah said.
Oh yeah...the party.
Every year for a shut-down hotel that was known worldwide, which for helping people in World War II, sheltering homeless families and more, every Thursday, exact same time, there was an annual party held in its honor to return the favor.
"Riiightttt....Uh, we may have to go shopping now. For- for dresses and suits. It's Wednesday." Cecilia replied.
"Well then? What are we waiting for?" Kailah replied cheerily.
This was going to be an awfully long afternoon.
7:47 PM, Philadelphia.
"Alright...checking Stare...and Malfunction off our list." Avier replied. He has not had a good investigation...nor evening. First when he saw the indigo glow behind him, he looked and got his eyes burned.
Then he and Kathy are teleported to another part of the mansion by a glitched-out humanoid figure and felt tingly- as in like pins-and-needles -for a second.
Well, that's one way to travel around. But the worst part? The generator switched off the second he took the said hammer!!
...At least they had flashlights. They were walking out of the room where they found the hammer and began walking to the room where the generator was. Suddenly they heard a screaming-glitching sound. "Hide, HIDE!" Avier said quietly. The duo got under the nearby fallen bookshelf that was back against the wall. This glow was...red...They had found another entity.
It passed several times. When it was finally gone, the glow was no more. They got out, and the two went back to finding the generator. Looks like Rebound is checked off the list.
Avier and Katherine reached the door. Avier put a hand to his mouth, 'stay quiet'. Kathy 'replied' with an 'OK' sign.
The boards broke like popsicle sticks. And they were walking down...
Down...
Down...
Down...
Down....
They had found the generator. Okay, good so far.
That's when the pair realized-the generator had no fuel. "Shit." Avier mumbled quietly.
What Now?
