Godzilla vs Pokemon

Summary:

Two worlds that were never supposed to meet. One filled with powerful beings known as Pokemon led by their alpha Arcues have been locked in combat with one another until they are transported into the next universe. The other universe is filled to the brim with a battery of god-like monsters known as Titans or Kaiju. After the Pokemon arrive in their world Arceus and Godzilla, the king of the monsters, will go head to head. Alpha vs alpha. A god vs a god.

Before someone says something, the Pokemon are nerfed in this so Godzilla doesn't get wiped off the face of the universe.

Chapter 1: The Begining

Chapter Text

There is no black. There is no color. There is nothing. That is until a golden light shines through everything. The light is revealed to be an egg. A yellow and golden egg. From it comes no sound but a crack as whatever was inside hatches. From the egg's shelled husk was a white creature. It had four graceful legs, a long and flexible tail, a tall neck that had green eyes at the top and a small mouth. On the creatures back was a golden arch filled with many colored gems. This was the Alpha Pokemon, Arceus. With her powers she created her universe with Earth being the crown jewel that held all her creations. Pokemon and humans. She had a Pokemon for everything. One for time, distortion, space, fear, dreams, land, sea, sky, wish, victory, etc. Humans had eventually gained this ability to create, they brought back ancient Pokemon and even used a Legendary Pokemon's DNA to make Mewtwo. Things didn't start becoming that much of a problem, that was addressed when Groudon and Kyorge nearly destroyed the planet until Reyquza put them to a stop. The very first event was when Darkrai stole the Time Gears, the Pokemon no one wanted who was but a shadow to their light. Created for humans and Pokemon to conquer their fears, all he received was hate. Arceus was one of his only defenders. This was the build up to a war. The Time Gears Darkrai floated above the ground of some ancient ruins. Some water trickled through the cracks. Rain had been pouring down for days. He liked it like this. He had been working around the clock to collect the time gears. Now he finally had them all and he could create his own reality of darkness. Where he was superior and he wouldn't be hated by others. That was all he wanted. The universe would not have it that way though. Multiple Pokemon had come to stop him, including Cresselia.

"Darkrai! Stop these actions at once." She told him.

"I don't listen to you. Besides, you are too late to stop me. Soon the universe will be rewritten to my liking." Darkrai turned to his counterpart as he spoke.

"You are mad! You really are just like everyone says, evil." Cresselia spouted at him.

"Of course you would think that." He turned away from her. She roared out and sent an attack straight toward him. He countered it with his own. He then began to charge another attack when a new Pokemon appeared. Palkia, the space Pokemon.

"You meddling waste of space! Be gone from our world!" Palkia shouted and blasted Darkrai into the portal behind him. The Time Gears were taken and Darkrai spiraled out of control when he eventually ended up in the future. He was humiliated and decided to change his mind on making his own world. He played dumb for a while until he was "given" his memories back. Even then after he kept up his true act, most hated him. Cresselia warmed up to him, Giratina already was on his side, even before his outrageous move, and Arceus forgave him as well.

Most other Pokemon hated in and with that he ended up leaving to a town known as Alamos Town. There he was even attacked by Pokemon and after he suffered a beating before hand he was nearly out of the fight. Luckily a kind girl healed him up and made him feel welcomed in the Garden, it was everyone's after all. Eventually he watched over the granddaughter of that girl after she passed on, they were like copies of each other. Eventually the peaceful life he had made in the Garden was going to be disrupted by a depute as old as Time and Space.

The Rise of Darkrai

It got even more crazy when Palkia and Dialga had a disagreement. "You are meddling with time." Dialga claimed.

"You dare accuse me, you are meddling with space." Palkia told his brother.

"Time is more important." Dialga gloated.

"You fool, space is where you live, without it, time is nothing." Palkia roared.

The two fired a beam toward each other. As they clashed the two went on and on with one another. All the while Darkrai watched. He knew what he had to do. He disappeared into the shadows.

Darkrai flew into a special garden where a kind girl had shown kindness to him and allowed him to stay as she healed him from the other pokemon attacks. That time was long over and the garden, the one for everyone, was meddled with.

He faded away into some trees where humans became scared and tried to attack him. he stopped them and the process repeated with everything that went to him. Humans were such a nuisance. He couldn't blame them all that much though, his appearance and purpose were unpleasant to all.

A shield went over the island and they were transported into another dimension. Palkia was hiding. "Go away!." He said, he sent his void attack that sent nearby Pokemon to sleep and some humans as well. This would keep them away from them. He flew directly at Palkia who had a shield over him. He was sent back into the ground, causing a crater. He kept attacking Palkia who soon stopped his hiding and went to attack him. They only fought for a little as Dialga roared into the battle.

Dialga roared out as he landed down on a building and crushed it. "Face me, Palkia! I will end you!" He roared at the top of his lungs.

"Fine then, brother. Come at me!" Palkia roared and shot a purple slash of energy at him. Buildings crumbled and people and Pokemon roared. The two kept it up for many long minutes. Roars sounded through the entire city as it began to deteriorate.

"Stop it!" Darkrai shouted out to the two and he fired a plethora of his void attack. The legendarys ignored him and fired at one another. A girl, related to the kind one he saved called for the two to stop, instead they were taking the battle toward her.

Quickly Darkrai flew in front of them and used a huge dark cyclone to push the two back from her. "Leave here, now!" He shouted out as he sent a huge shadow ball at them.

The two fired as him causing him to shield himself and deflect both blast back at them. "Darkrai?" Palkia questioned.

"Leave us, nightmare." Dialga commanded.

Darkrai only growled and readied another shadow ball. "You interfere, then Arceus will send his wrath upon you." Palkia warned.

"I would expect so." Darkrai said and sent his ball toward them. They moved and shot two beams at him. He shielded himself and then sent it right back at them. "Look at what you've done." Darkrai said as he struck the two.

"You've done much more, parasite. No one asked for you." Dialga roared and blasted him in the back. Palkia joined in and Darkrai moved back. They blasted again which sent him crashing into a river, rendering him unconscious for now.

"Now, where were we?" Dialga asked as he rammed his brother's cracked shoulder. Palkia slapped his brother away from him and the two readied to collide again. That's when Darkrai woke back up and flew in between them.

"The Garden is for everyone!" He said and sent his shadow ball at them which engulfed the two into a deep sleep. He couldn't hold this forever though. Eventually it wore out and the two fired on him in unison. Darkrai sent one last attack toward them and he then turned into purple particles.

"Finally, we are done with that pest!" Dialga growled and readied his biggest attack yet. Palkia did the same. That's when a song began to play, the Song of Peace is what the Pokemon called it. Oracion. The two of them stopped their onslaught against each other.

"What have we done?" Palkia asked, ashamed.

"A terrible mistake, goodbye brother, you can fix this." Dialga said and flew off. Palkia did fix the island and he departed much to the joy of all the citizens and Pokemon.

When Darkrai reformed he saw the shadow realm. "This looks like home." Darkrai said as he floated about.

"It's not the one you want." Giratina said in his firm tone.

"Maybe. It's not all bad, I would have you for company." Darkrai told his friend.

"Indeed. It's still like a prison to me though." Giratina said to him.

"You're not the only misjudged one, Darkrai. I am the evil counterpart to Arceus many say. Go home, let Cresselia heal you." Giratina told him.

"Alright. I knew that already but alright." Darkrai said as he decided that it would be best to do that. He faded out. Then a red glow went over Giratina and she groaned. Darkrai arrived back in the town and looked at the humans and silently he thanked them for saving the garden.

Darkrai faded back to his lunar counterpart. Even reformed he was extremely weakened. He floated to the side of a tree and Cresselia soon spotted him. "Darkrai?" She questioned.

"So what'll it be? Kill the beast or heal the monster?" Darkrai asked. They were still uneasy with one another afterall.

"Every time I hear something about you it's always you picking a fight these days. I know we haven't interacted on the best f terms before but I can see you're sick of it. What you did against Palkia and Dialga was admirable but please don't do something like that again, not alone." Cresslia said to him surprising the living nightmare maker.

"What does it matter to you?" He asked, he said it rather harshly.

"Let's fix you up." Cresselia shook her head and healed Darkrai who was not pleased by having to be healed.

Hoopa and the Clash of Ages

This near universe destruction was overlooked by Arceus somehow but not what came next. A human had gained the bounded capsule of Hoopa and freed him into a giant form and his greed was just as much so he brought about many controlled legionaries onto his control.

"Let's see, Giratina, Dialga, Palkia, Kyurem, Groudon, Kyogre, Zekrom, and Reshiram. This will do nicely." Hoopa said and took control of them all. "Hoopa is the strongest there is." He gloated.

Luckily his other half brought about Rayquaza and the eon duo with Lugia. They all fought hard against each other. "Snap out of it." Lugia called out to Kyurem as she shot him.

He roared and leapt at her. She dodged and flapped up. Rayquaza then slammed him into a building and went mega mode. Just then Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre approached and shot many beams at him. He roared as the beams seared his skin. Lugia moved him aside as the blast struck her down. "No!" He called out and shot at the two.

They fell just as the eon duo tried to escape the creation trio. "Come here." Hoopa bellowed as he used his rings to try and catch them. They barely dodged. Hoopa grimaced as he missed them. The area started to deteriorate because of them all since they were stuck in the city which Hoopa has a shield over.

The creation trio fired and blasted toward the non-controlled ones. They were sent back when Hoopa roared. "No!" A purple light broke from his eyes and he was good again and saved everyone.

"What happened?" Palkia asked.

"We were controlled." Giratina growled.

"You were what?" Arceus roared out from a portal she conjured up.

"Nothing." Dialga lied.

"We were just talking." Hoopa lied. The other pokemon nodded quickly.

"Fine, head home." She commanded and left. They all sighed and Hoopa sent them back.

Sometime after that however came some bold humans. Brave but they would cause the biggest mistake in human history. They tried to catch Arceus which failed and angered the alpha pokemon so much that she used her judgement attack upon them and killed many humans and pokemon. This sparked a war between two sides as one member would use this to his advantage.

 Pokemon War

Arceus in a fit of rage called all legandaries and mythicals to the Hall of Origin. Once they arrived she vented her frustration. They surrounded a globe like table housing the regions. He commanded it to zoom back in time to the capture.

"You see what the humans have done. I am the Alpha and they thought they could capture me!" She roared.

"Why would they attempt such a foolish act?" Palkia asked himself.

"We won't have to worry about it. Instead we will wipe them off the face of the Earth." Arceus roared.

"A little hasty, don't you think, mother?" Dialga asked.

"Hasty. Child, why should we dwell when the problem presents itself?" Arceus asked.

Dialga tried to form a response but couldn't. Luckily Giratina did. "Arceus, you are letting your personal viewings cloud your mind. These were a few bad apples among the many good ones." She proclaimed.

"What? Would you support them?" Arceus asked.

She nodded. "Tell me my fellow pokemon, haven't there been many good humans?" She asked.

Many told the good while others were enraged she would disagree with the alpha. Some kept quiet however. "Giratina, if you wish to stop my progress then you will have to stop me and all who follow me. You can perish with humans if you so desire." The alpha screeched.

"Don't make the wrong choice, sister." Palkia sneered.

"I won't." She said and stepped away from Arceus. She was aghast.

"Who else wants to join in this sin?" Arceus asked the others.

"I will stay with my sister." Dialga said and took his place with Giratina. Next came Arcutiono. which the other birds sneered at, minus Ho-Oh for he wasn't even there. Mew and Mewtwo, surprisingly enough were next. Raikou, Suicune, and Entei joined them as well. Lugia of course joined in on helping the humans. The regi trio did as well. The playful eon duo sided with the pro humans too. Kyogre did as well much to the annoyance of the weather trio's other members. Cresselia also did since she helped humans in their dreams so it was fitting. Each of the deer-like legendaries and mythicals joined. Genesect followed along with Zekrom. Xerneas did too and so did Hoopa.

Arceus growled. "Now who will join me?" She asked. Immediately Palkia joined her side along with Zapdos and Moltres. Groudon and Rayquaza of course helped the alpha. Heatran and Regigigas walked over next. Reshiram and Kyurem went over to the alpha next. Next was Zygarde which was a slight bit surprising. After him was Yveltal who did this fitting to his nature of death, or did he really join them?

Deoxys immediately fled from this along with the others. There was only one member left who hadn't left or joined and that was Darkrai. "Well, what are you waiting for? It's not like humans care for you anyway." Arceus called to him.

"Yeah, all they do is spread nasty rumors and only speak negatively about you." Palkia growled.

"Darkrai, the choice is yours." Giratina told him.

He nodded. Cresselia looked at him pleadingly. He turned and moved toward Arceus. "I knew it." Arceus smirked.

"You all treat me the same way," Darkrai said to them. "I have been feared by everyone and been seen as the dark phantom I am. For doing what I was made to do. Humans have shown and given me a chance. Just like a few other pokemon." Darkrai said. His eyes looked back at Cresselia and Giratina.

"You have the nerve to say this to my face?" Arceus asked him.

Darkrai grunted. "I also have the nerve to do this!" He then used a shadow ball on the alpha. A shockwave went out and everyone was shocked. Darkrai readied another one just in time to block an attack from Arceus.

"Hoopa, ring." Dialga told him.

Hoopa got a ring out. "A Hoopa ring." He roared and sent them through much to the displeasure of the even more frustrated Arceus.

"Find them!" Arceus growled. During this the pokemon of death slipped away.

The world became even more dangerous afterwards as each time one powerful being showed up, another came to fight. Some towns were leveled in the regions. Each time it was usually a rival and another rival. Some Pokemon and their trainers would try and stop them but none succeeded.

Darkrai and Cresselia used their attacks on Groudon and Rayquaza making them back down. Kyogre chased them away to make sure they left. Cresselia sat herself down and looked at the full moon as a cloud covered half of it. Darkrai also looked at it.

"You know you won't be forgiven by Arceus." Cresselia told him.

"I know." He said to her.

"What will you do?" She asked.

"Fight, the others have always wanted me dead so eventually death will come, not by Yvetals talons though." Darkrai said to her, that last bit being a joke.

"Darkrai!" She gasped.

"What?" He asked.

"You can't do that to us, to me." Cresselia told him and stopped quickly after that last word.

Darkrai turned to her. "I was unaware you cared that much about me. I create such a hassle for you." Darkrai told her.

"That's because it's your job. It's not how I see you. I know how you really are." Cresselia told him.

He looked down. "Do you really?" He asked.

"Yes, I do." Cresselia cried out to him.

"Why do you care? I'm a monster either way. No good comes to me." He lied.

"You are only viewed as a monster. I know you can be kind. You were to that human. Good does come to you. I'm right here after all." Cresselia told the phantom.

"Do you mean that? That was respect," He lied. "Am I only a monster to protect those I care about." He muttered the last bit.

"I believe so, Darkrai." The dream legendary said and moved to him. He looked at her and his eyes darted away. "It's okay. I'll be okay." She told him.

"Why would I care about you?" Darkrai asked her.

Cresselia was shocked by this but answered it nonetheless. "Because I know, deep down, you like having me around."

He looked at his hands and thought. I'm only like this because they made me think this. He formed a shadow ball in his hand. "Everyone wants to fight back and thinks it makes you look strong but you make multiple enemies. Pain envelopes you and you don't always have a way to escape. But it's the thrill of battle and of a challenge that keeps me going." He told her.

"Let me give you a way to escape." Cresselia chittred. "But please, stop always picking fights." She scolded.

Darkrai turned back away from her. Cresselia then looked away, saddened. "Thank you, Cress. You truly are one of the reasons I still keep fighting." He told her.

"You're welcome. It's just too bad Oracion won't make the others calm down though." Cresselia mentioned.

"Arceus is just too stubborn for that." Darkrai growled.

Elsewhere the others had side conversations but Yveltal was busy. Where the lunar pair was is where he was heading. Almost as if the death pokemon was coming to nip Darkrai for his comment. Just to prove he would be his killer after all.

He got close and roared. "I'm back." To which he received whispers. The lunar duo saw him and fired upon him. He dodged and fired back.

"Ignore them, complete what you promised." A dark voice whispered.

"Of course, don't worry." He said and dove into a ravine that was a very small crack. He made it to the bottom and fired a blast at point blank. A rock wall deep into the crust cracked and fell apart releasing a mysterious group named The Fourteen.

"Were free." A humanoid one said. "As per our agreement, what do you want?" He asked.

"To rule with you, send Arceus away, reign over death and destruction." The death pokemon said.

"Well then, here you go." He said. A rupture occurred in the area making rocks fall. This knocked out and trapped the group again as a portal sucked the Pokemon in the area up elsewhere. Each trying to help one another. The war was going off dimension.

Another Universe

The formation of this universe was slow and time consuming. Many billions of years passed before the first bits of life finally emerged. When the Earth began it's mass production of life, some such creatures were a mega fauna called Kaiju or Titans. They were an ancient and powerful group of creatures, the only thing that could stop them was another titan. There were a few distinct groups as time passed. The Titans would always fight one another and there were two sides in the beginning. The Earth Defenders and the Mutants. The Mutants where barely anything during the Mesozoic Era. The Earth Defenders were led by a powerful ruler, capable of great power. An alpha predator among alpha predators. He was called Godzilla. He was the King of the Monsters. A massive bipedal saurian with a long tail, a row of jagged spikes, small but powerful arms, and a small reptilian head. He was nothing to push over. A battery of god-like monsters accompanied him in a long running roster of Titans. Together they would take down the vile forces of Megalon and Megagurius, and their bug armada, they would handle the MUTO's when they got out of hand. Then the aliens came, specifically that Godzilla would end up hating. King Ghidorah. The two would fight for years, many Titans would die, then Ghidorah was imprisoned in ice thanks to Shimo's help. Afterwards Godzilla would fight Shinomura, Hokmuto and Femuto, MUTO Prime, Ion Dragon, and kill Ghiodrah and make sure he was known as King once again. Elsewhere a massive ape was growing up on Skull Island which was being covered by an infinite storm made by Ghidorah and made worse from Camazotz. He would be taken off his island to find a new home in Hollow Earth but Godzilla and him kept fighting. Godzilla won and was beat to a pulp by MechaGodzilla, a new faction, the Mechs/Humanity, Kong and him would take down MechaGodzilla and would later separate. That's when Kong would find more of his kind, led by a ruthless ape known as the Skar King who committed every crime imaginable just because he wanted too, with him was Shimo, a titan with the capacity to freeze anything in an instant, she made the last ice age. Godzilla was already getting ready to stop them, defeating Scylla and Timiat, to do so. He would evolve and briefly fight Kong until Mothra had them team up, again, and fight Skar King and Shimo. Shimo was freed, Skar was defeated and fled. Afterwards more aliens were on route and more mutants were being created.

Modern Day

Godzilla felt something was off with the Earth, the humans again. He swam onto the shore and glared at the city. It was being attacked by Megagurius. She had awoken from her deep slumber to cause havoc. "What is the meaning of this?" Godzilla asked her.

"Oh, your majesty. Quite the occasion you've found yourself in. Currently, it's not because I was after you. I was actually going to attack humans, for fun. Then I found their new toy." Megagurius chuckled.

Godzilla looked up to see this disk with the dark panels. It was pointing directly onto them. He could tell this is where the source of the disturbance was from. Suddenly an explosion went off across his face. He turned to see one of those human tanks firing at him. More were on the way. "They certainly want to protect it. Take care of the air threats, I'll handle the land and sea." Godzilla told her, making a truce with her.

She obliged and flew at super sonic speeds, killing them with a mere flap of her wings. Godzilla meanwhile unloaded his atomic breath down onto the tanks and ships. he then looked up at the thing above. The Dimension Tide was glowing and suddenly it fired a beam down. At first nothing happened but afterwards, a black hole opened up. Godzilla gripped the ground tightly and roared out. Megagurius flapped over to him and clamped her claws around his spines. Godzilla fired his atomic breath into the black hole and it blew up, destroying the city. The Dimension Tide was also lost in the explosion.

Godzilla got up and sighed. "Those humans don't know what they're messing around with. I still wonder why Mothra keeps them alive to this day." He snarled.

"You know, if I was queen, I would have killed them a few centuries ago." Megagurius smiled at him, although she was shaking from the near death of being turned into spaghetti.

Godzilla glared at her. "I'm only sparing you because we both survived that, if you keep talking I'll change my mind." Godzilla told her.

"Alright, I hear you." She held her claws up and buzzed off into the horizon.

Godzilla swam away from the demolished city and once he was gone, a portal spouted the legendary Pokemon out. They were all dazed and nearly unconscious. They did manage to each move away from one another, all but two. Arcutino and Moltres.

Chapter 2: Fire and Ice Meet

Chapter Text

Articuno was unconscious, her body naturally freezing the beach she had crashed on. Next to her was her fiery sister Moltres whose natural heat steamed the ocean next to her and turned the beach sand to glass. Articuno flinched in her dream.

It wasn't a nightmare or a good dream but something clouded and vague. She was flying over a bright ocean and the water froze beneath her. She felt happy and more free than she's ever been before. That was until the world went dark and full of flames. She was scared as beams of purple energy fired at her as dark shadows chased her. That was until huge wings circled her and kept her shielded. Kept her safe. She looked to see what saved her but she didn't see a face. She only felt herself calming down.

"Well, what do you know?" Moltres asked as she rose up to see her sister. The beach they were on was empty except for them two. Arcutino moved back, heading another voice to wake her from the strange dream. "I bet you regret the side you choose now, don't you." Moltres flared her flames outward.

"No, I don't regret it." She cawed at Moltres, she wasn’t about to back down like in the past.

"You've made a big mistake sis, that’s for sure." Moltres said, preparing to attack her.

"Moltres, we shouldn't fight, we should help one another. This isn't the same place we last saw." Arcutino said to her fiery sister-enemy.

Moltres stopped her advance with a hiss and popping sound like a bonfire. "You're right. Let's go look around, until we find our leaders." Moltres screeched, flapping her large wings and propelling herself into the sky.

"Of course." Arcutino agreed. The two took off and went over the sea. The sea wasn't filled with pokemon. It had humans still but the creatures were like theirs but still vastly different. Not to mention the humans smites their weapons at them before they freeze over from Arricuno’s natural cooling.

Elsewhere in a volcano was the fire demon, Rodan. He was resting and dealing with the feeling of rejection by most titans. Godzilla has decreed it and only Mothra and Angurius truly forgave him for what he did. In truth though, he hated himself for it. He didn't regret his destruction but only that he sided with Ghidorah and hurt Mothra, he wished to redeem himself so much but there was never any opportunity Godzilla called him to be at.

In truth the only thing in life for him were occasional visits and helping the planet with his fiery destruction. That could easily be Baragon’s or Varan’s niche though. There was not much for him whatsoever. He then heard the human jets outside and a disturbance, screeches from new creatures, big ones. The new creatures approached him. Finally, something to take his mind off those thoughts.

He climbed up and the volcano exploded and ash was spread over the area. He growled and turned his head to the creatures who weren't in visible range yet. He roared out to them and took off.

Arcutino and Moltres heard a loud roar. "That's not a Pokemon I recognise." Moltres noted to her ice cold sister.

"Could be dangerous." Arcutino told Moltres.

Moltres scoffed. "I'm sure we can handle it. I am literally on fire, how many creatures can deal with that. Plus you can freeze them." Moltres spoke confidently, causing Arcutino to nod.

As they flew closer they realized that a volcano had gone off. Human jets flew close to them. Moltres, remembering Arceus' decision, took them down with her flames flared out just as Arcutino got close to them. "Moltres, they haven't done anything." She yelled at her with a loud screech.

"I'm sure they did something bad." Moltres huffed at her sister’s, to her, childish antics.

"They didn't attack Arceus or us." Arcutino retorted and moved around her temporary friend. The sky darkened more and embers fell from above. A gust of air passed them. It was hot and Arcutino coughed. Ash clogged her wings.

He saw the two below. A bird that was literally on fire and attacked a human jet. The other was angry about that, she was also blue and had a long feathery tail. He tilted his head at these newcomers. He knew everyone but these two were completely new to him.

Now was the time to strike though. He dove down in one single dive and that knocked a jet out from the sky and it landed on the fire bird. He came down from the clouds. "Moltres, look out." The blue bird cried.

He turned to her for giving away his ambush. He outstretched his talons and grabbed her by the chest and flew up with her. She then shrieked and sent a frost attack out with a gust of her wings which made his own wings heavy for a brief second before he melted it off.

"Not so easy.” He laughed. “Who are you." Rodan asked as he thrashed her about through the air.

"Hey, get off her, you mutated Aerodactyl." Moltres roared, following up with a concentrated pillar of fire fire from her maw at him. He snorted and dropped the bird from the sky and slammed his head into her. "What?" She asked herself as she didn't see him burst into flames. She then saw his magma skin and realized how much trouble she was in.

He pinned her onto the ground they had got close to. "Now, wanna try that again?" Rodan asked as he scratched her chest. She grunted in pain and from the weight on her chest.

"Get the hell off me!" She roared at him. He growled and tightened his grip before roaring into her face. She roared back with defiance, something he knew all to well.

The blue one dove down and pushed him off. He flapped his wings right as Moltres sent her fire pillar toward him. Glass droplets, from their combined temperatures on the sand, fell from the sky in a dazzling display. The two hovered in the air infront of him and he was on the opposite side, staring at them with frustration.

He flapped up to them and rolled his wings at them, sending a huge gust of warm wind. They dodged and used a fusion attack, a gust of cold air and the fire pillar. They cancelled each other out so all it did was make steam cloud the air. Moltres then scratched his back, taking advantage of the cover, but it didn't pierce his magma rock skin.

The blue bird then blinded him with her tail, slapping his eyes shut with a frost that reminded him of Shimo’s frost breath. As that happened she froze his wings with a concentrated energy attack, in which her whole body enveloped with an icy arrow around her head and ending at her legs, and made him fall. "The name is Arcutino by the way." She told him with a proud huff.

He melted the ice and flapped up with a smile. He then had purple lighting move about his horns as he used his volcanic beam on her and Moltres, something he hadn’t done in a long time. "Rodan, the fire demon, it's a pleasure to meet you." He introduced himself, with a chuckle, to them as they fell down from midair.

Arcutino was very wounded as she landed down on the hard rock with a gasp followed by a pained groan. Moltres took the hit better than she did. Rodan landed down and roared at them loudly, flaring his wings outward. They still got up. He vented steam out from his wings flaps to make himself look more intimidating to them.

Godzilla roared out for him, and others, to come to Monster Island. "Well, ladies, I'll see you later." He told them in a charming way. Clearly they didn't know who he was and he didn't know them so he would give them a pass this time.

He flew over to the king wondering what could be going on. Nothing good he figured. Moltres and Arcutino watched him fly off. "You okay?" Moltres asked her sister, though withholding disdain.

"Been better." She coughed.

"That guy has some explaining to do. Let's try and find our leaders, so they can kick his ass." Moltres screeched and flew away with a mighty flap of her wings.

Arcutino stood there and worked on numbing the burn she was given. Rodan, the fire demon, as he called himself, seemed a mystery. Many emotions were inside him. It looked as if he was charming but miserable somehow. He was kind of interesting to say the least. She flew after Moltres. Rodan was going to be on her mind for a long while, she thought to herself.

Monster Island

Rodan swooped in and saw other titans make their way in. In the center was Godzilla, Mothra, Angurius, and Zilla. Battra was still dormant probably. He landed down a ways away from the king. He also saw that Godzilla Junior was close. Godzilla definitely didn't want him around if his son was here. Not after what he did to Mothra.

Mothra flew over to him. "Rodan!" She happily cheered as she glowed her wings.

"Hola, querido Mothra." He spoke to her in Spanish, making her chuckle. Mothra, at one point, seemed like a possible mate to him but Godzilla got to her first, he was fine with that. He had once told Mothra how he "used" to feel about her but she told him that she didn't see him that way. Indeed Rodan felt lonely at times but he understood.

"Godzilla, what have you summoned us for?" Angurius asked his old friend, his voice aged deeper than the spry one it used to be.

"A day ago, me and Megagurius attacked some humans that used a black hole against us. I want us all on high alert." Godzilla explained. His battle with humans with Megagurius is quickly forgotten by the notion of a black hole.

"That may explain why I encountered new creatures we've never seen." Rodan told the king.

"How many?" Mothra asked.

"Two, could be more somewhere." Rodan told her.

"So that's where you gained those marks." Angurius told him, having observed his wounds on his back and across his chest and brow ridge. Rodan nodded in confirmation.

"Keep an eye out for these creatures then, thank you, Rodan." Godzilla nodded, giving Rodan a boost of confidence.

"I shall take Junior somewhere safe." Zilla told her which received a nod from the Alpha Titan.

"I want all Titans to be careful and notify one another when you encounter these creatures." Godzilla told them. Everyone present nodded.

Rodan fidgeted with his claws. "I suppose I should leave?" He asked and turned away.

"No, stay here. There is no reason for you to drench yourself in sorrow and lava again." Godzilla smiled at him. Mothra smiled at Godzilla in response. Rodan smiled back, glad Mothra helped his case and for Godzilla trusting him again.

The Anti-Human Group

Arceus sat in the middle of a forest where her loyal Pokemon were. "I'm not sure why we are here or where here is. I do know that we will get home. I also know that I must speak with Yvetal." Arceus declared.

Just then Moltres flapped on through the trees, now set ablaze. "My alpha, there are powerful creatures in this world." She breathed out after flying so fast.

"I see, we will handle them when the time comes." Arceus dismissed the thought.

"I'm not sure you understand. They have high power levels that match our own. They have their own alpha." Moltres explained.

"I will handle this alpha then, in due time." Arceus told the fire bird as she spoke with the death Pokemon.

The Pro-Human group

Arcutino flew into the hidden cave behind a waterfall that was big enough to hold the group of Pokemon inside. She had split form Moltres an hour ago, getting a few hours of a head start before Moltres would alert her allies. Immediately she was asked about the burn mark on her chest. "How did this happen?" Cresselia asked as she began to heal the icy flier.

"Me and Moltres briefly made a truce when we were attacked by a new creature. He wasn't really Pokemon-like. He was like an aerodactyl but covered in magma and could breathe out lava too. He said his name was Rodan, he was quite charming when fighting us." She explained to them.

"We should be weary of him then." Mewtwo spoke up.

"He also has an alpha." Arcutino told them all.

"Arceus will soon fight this alpha. I'm not sure if I want her to win or lose though." Giratina grumbled.

"Depends on who this alpha is." Dialga decided.

Apex Cybernetics

In a human factory were the remains of Ghidorah, one skull. They had begun construction of a Mecha Ghidorah because MechaGodzilla went so well. Speaking of that mech, it was also rebuilt along with another MechaGodzilla. This one was made from the bones of Dagon and named Kiryu.

Hollow Earth

Under the surface of Earth and in the Hollow Earth was a massive figure. He was 600 feet in size and imposing. This was Destroyah who hadn't changed at all. "So, Ghidorah will be back." He huffed out some flames and looked at Hedorah who grumbled in response.

"It appears something else is coming." Megalon chittered as he crushed a rock with his claw.

"Really, what would that be?" Destroyah asked, not caring about what needed to be said.

"Queen Megagurius tells me that a black hole had nearly hit her and the alpha, they survived, and something came through. More opponents or new minions." Megalon told him.

Destroyah glowed his mouth a deep purple. "Bring me one of these creatures. I want to speak with them. The king will fall and his skull will be but a little trinket when we are through with him." He smiled and Megalon backed away.

"Of course, devil incarnate." Megalon nodded and dug into the mountains above them. From afar was Kong, sleeping when he woke up after his nap. He yawned and looked around, rising up with a big stretch. He growled and moved his axe close. Something felt off to him, a deep itch in him he felt.

Challenger Deep

The last creature that none had seen since the Titan War against Ghidorah was hidden in a trench. A protector of the world but arguably the most violent. He truly didn't put up with anything that disrupted balance and right now he had to fix it.

He blasted out from his little area and moved up to the surface. He broke the water and roared. His eyes glowing red as he approached land. "Who dares challenge Battra?" He asked, referring to himself.

What he felt was not of this world but not an alien. It was wrong and needed to be eliminated soon. He was confident he could take it on in his current larvae form. He narrowed his eyes and warmed himself up by killing some humans in Paris.

Chapter Text

Paris, mid day

Lighting zapped all along the area as Battra reigned over Paris. Bit by bit it was nearly gone, zapped by his lighting. He roared as maser tanks opened fire on him, the lasers burned into his exoskeleton. He destroyed them with ease though and roared out. He was not going to be deterred from doing a job the others could not do. He crushed the masers with his little legs as they tried to slow him down. The road was raked up and his tail spikes tore down light poles that crushed cars and damaged buildings. Trains tried to escape from him but he destroyed the monorails and land tracks with his glowing horn that shot out purple lightning. Nothing was safe from his destruction here.

Laying on Monster Island was the Queen of the Monsters, Mothra. Presently, she was watching Zilla and Junior walk into the sea to a safer location. Godzilla showed up from behind. "I cannot feel these enemies." He spoke dully.

"I do not feel them either." Mothra told him as she picked herself up onto her mantis-like legs.

"I do feel trouble of another kind, you know who it is." Godzilla looked down at her. She looked down and her wings dimmed.

"I know, I will go stop him." Mothra whined but was prepared to fly up and confront the attacker.

"Wouldn't you want me to help you?" Godzilla asked.

"Thanks for the offer, but this is a battle between me and my brother, watch out for any other creatures." Mothra told him and glided off. She didn't want to fight her brother, through the whole flight there she kept having a pit forming in her stomach. Dread of having to possibly hurt her brother to get him to stop, hurt him a lot. She had to do this though, for the humans.

Pro Human Cave

In the cave of the human supporters lay Xerneas. She was a peaceful Pokemon so it was fitting for her to be the Pokemon that watched and gave life. Unlike the belief that female creatures like her, such as Deerling, were not supposed to have antlers but she did. Helping humans was a good and quick decision for her and she didn't regret a thing. One thing she did keep thinking about were her two counterparts. Zygarde and Yveltal, he was the reason they were here, in this world. He kept it under wraps with the others but in their battles he kept saying stuff about the Fourteen. She didn't know who they were, she just knew if he wanted it then it was bad.

Her antlers shimmered and glowed red. She rose up and felt a presence of darkness causing destruction. She left the cave quickly so no one could see her go and made her way across the sea and over to where she was sure Yveltal was at. This was just like him. Human vessels joined her on her journey. Their guns aimed toward her. She eventually made landfall and wherever she stepped, life followed.

Through all the smoke, Battra was still going through with his destruction of Paris. He roared and saw a light. Immediately it seemed his sister had come to face him again. He turned to face her. "You're too late, sister." He called out.

He held his mouth open when he saw a majestic, blue deer with shimmering antlers walk out, the antlers almost blinding. She glared at him. He saw life behind her and glared back. "You're the one behind this?" She asked, sounding slightly surprised.

"Indeed I am, who the hell are you?" He asked her.

"My name is Xerneas. I am the Pokemon of life." Xerneas proclaimed.

"I am Battra and I regret asking. If you try and stop me from killing these humans to save the world then I won't hesitate to kick your ass." Battra roared.

"Good luck trying to get a kick in, I'm too fast and you're too short." She taunted. Battra roared and sent lightning her way. She jumped away and missiles hit him straight in the face. He roared and shot back. They turned just in time to avoid being destroyed but they lost their power. Before he could continue though he was kicked down by his new opponent.

Xerneas huffed and sent sharp rays of light from her horns into Battra’s side. "The fuck?" Battra questioned vulgarly as it sliced his armor spikes. The giant deer charged him. He instantly slammed his tail into her face, causing her to recoil back before swiping her head to the right while also moving for an upward strike. She stabbed her horns into his stomach. He screeched in pain.

"What's wrong, having some height problems?" Xerneas joked. Battra then roared to the sky. A cloud came over and lightning barreled down onto the two. The life pokemon was sent into a building from the shockwave while Battra turned into a red crystal.

Xerneas moved over to it and tapped it with her hoof. Another bolt of lightning hit the crystal structure and out came Battra in his flying form. Immediately he roared out and flew high into the sky. Battra shot his crimson beams from his eyes and dodged her own light beam attack.

She jumped away from him coming to slam into her but he was quick enough to grab her with his legs. "Ain't laughing so much now, bitch? The games are over." He smiled, his filthy words clear in Xerneas ear. He dropped her. She was then kicked in her rear by the back legs and slammed down into the ground. He flew over with a vengeance and craved to defeat her for good, charging up lighting across his wings.

He shot down onto her which made her roar out in pain. Battra readied his tail spikes and hovered closer, releasing destruction. She stood up on shaky legs and launched her attack toward him. It sliced into his skin but he kept going, running on adrenaline. That was until two beams shot him down. A shriek filled the air as Mothra flew down.

"Bout time." Battra grumbled and flew at her.

"Here we go again." Mothra muttered and the two locked claws. Mothra instantly shot silk onto Battra's eyes making him momentarily blind. She then raked her claws down his side, cutting him. He roared and used his sharp wingtips to scratch out some of her fur. Mothra roared and flashed her wings. Clouds were pushed back from that. Battra roared out and was dropped down from the sky by his sister. Mothra wasn't done as she swooped in again.

Battra fired at her before Xerneas joined in on the offense against him. She roared out when Mothra silked her face. "You stay away from him!" She yelled as her wings flashed bright red. She slashed her claws into the ground.

"He hurt you and humans, aren't you a protector of life?" The deer asked, obviously piecing together this was this planet's giver of life.

"I am a protector but you have hurt my brother. Leave before this gets worse!" Mothra warned.

Battra rose up and roared. Mothra turned back and swung her claw at him. He charged her and stabbed his horn into her fluffy body. She screeched out and used her twin antennae beams on him. "Let me do my job this time, allow me to finish what you cannot!" Battra roared at her.

"I cannot let you endanger anymore human lives." Mothra told him.

"They poisoned the planet, they have no use to the world!" Battra yelled at her.

"Enough!" Mothra yelled and flashed some dust at him. He coughed and flew up, moving it away with his wings. A dark shadow was cast over the area and the ships gained power and fired on Battra immediately. He roared out and then a ship was picked up and dropped from the sky towards him.

A shadow moved over the area and with it came the destruction of all the ships. A screech sounded off and Xerneas fired her attack at it. The attack missed the creature and the creature slammed into Mothra until she used her flash to make it move away. Battra then fired on it.

"Mind your business." Battra told it as the shadow flew over.

"Get down here, Yveltal." Xerneas called out.

Yveltal did so and sent a red, curved beam her way with black dust following it. It slammed into her and he landed onto his two legs.

"As you wish." He said and grabbed her by the throat with his talons. He roared at her and tried to bite her head but received an antler to the side of his face instead. Battra then slammed Yvetal down and bit at his strange shadowy right wing.

Yveltal dropped Xerneas and roared in pain. "You hurt my sister, you have to pay for it." Battra told him as he blasted a concentrated crimson beam onto his back. Yveltal slapped him off with his tail and flew up, with little care to deal with him.

Mothra flew next to her brother and the two Pokemon decided it was best to run back and heal than fight these two and each other. This brother-sister duo was too powerful together against either of them. "We will meet again." Yveltal screeched as he disappeared into the dark sky again.

"Goodbye." Xerneas told them galloped away.

"So, sis, any chance I can come back and fight these things. Can't kill humans if they kill them or me, can I?" Battra joked.

"There's always a place for you, brother." Mothra smiled and the two flew home.

Thanks for coming back to read. I have a few chapters pre written and I need to add more.

Chapter Text

1 Week Since Arrival/Invasion

Pollen particles flew around a field that the Swords of Justice decided to make a temporary home at. It had many flowers and lots of hills, similar to their original home. Virizion liked it the most of course. Currently the three rested on their bellies. "Did you hear about Xerneas encounter last week?" The female of the group asked.

"No, I don't believe I have." Cobalion told her, he tone laced with a sense of fakeness.

"How, all the pokemon have been discussing it?" Terrakion asked.

"That was sarcasm." Cobalion told him.

"Oh, I hear it now?" Terrakion grumbled with his head down.

"I actually thought you hadn't heard of it for a second there." Virizion told him.

"Yes, mainly because of my serious demeanor all the time, right?” Cobalion smiled.

"I know we're gonna encounter something, just wonder what, where, why, and how, though." Terrakion told the group.

"I'm sure we could take whatever it is, no matter where." Virizion smiled at the group.

Swamp

From afar in a swamp-like area laid lots of fog. It was humid weather and what was inside gave off an eerie glow. The creature began to sing, calling out.

Monster Island

Sitting on Monster Island was the King of the Monsters. He looked out to sea and heard the call. Angurius walked up to him. "She's calling again?" He asked.

"Yes, not sure why? It's not for me." Godzilla told his best friend.

"Could be for Gigan. She did take a certain fondness for him when they met." Angurius growled.

"Don't remind me of that. I got rid of him quickly anyways." Godzilla snarled in disgust.

"No call from your brother?" Angurius asked.

"Nope, he must be in space." Godzilla looked up and breathed out some smoke. The two then turned around and walked off further into the island.

Japan

In another area was a frozen bulk of mass. Red in color. It heard the call and broke free of the ice. It responded back with a distraught roar. The creature responded back in sympathy and called the beast to meet up with it. The creature did so as he walked into the sea. Blood pouring down from his gills.

The Swords of Justice heard this call. "What is that?" Terrakion asked.

"A new monster, we should handle it." Cobalion huffed as he stood tall. The other two stood up next to him.

"What if Giratina finds out?" Virizion asked.

"She won't." Cobalion stated and they all galloped away.

Biollante sat in the swamp, waiting for her deathly acquaintance. Many had assumed she would be calling for either of her brothers or Gigan. They were nice but she didn't want to talk with them, not yet anyways. She heard some footsteps and roared out for her acquaintance. He responded but he was still very far away. Who was here then? She moved her vines out only to feel searing pain. She roared in pain. Her acquaintance roared out, hurrying himself.

"Take out these vines." Terrakion roared as he sliced one with his two horns. Just then one of the vines wrapped around him while another pitted his leg. He roared out in pain before Cobalion came and cut the vine with his own horns.

"You're welcome." The steel legendary told him. Terrakion nodded just as Virizion ran past them and hit another vine away.

"Don't relax yet." She told them.

They nodded and charged through the mist to see the creature that called them accidentally. She roared at them and they roared back. "This creature has done harm." Virizion glared as she saw the scattered boats around, partially wrecked.

She sent her vines at them and they sliced them all up in a single wave of their horns, glowing with glades of blue, green, and orange energy respectively. "Ain't gonna work on us." Terrakion roared as Cobalion hit her orange heart. Biollante roared out in pain as her plant blood oozed out.

She began to drop and wilt. "We've done it." Terrakion smiled. The others looked at the wilting Biollante when they saw her glow a little yellow. A blinding light came out as she formed into a much bigger version. A crocodile head, plant spines, and purple eyes. She roared and began to strangle them and slammed them down.

They eventually were dropped from high above just as the military showed up and fired on both targets. Each of them tanked the blast and continued their battle.

"She's a little bigger, doesn't mean anything." Cobalion grunted and quickly stabbed her vine arm again. Biollante roared and slapped him back. He grunted and hit a building, smashing through it. Virizion then tossed an anchor at Biollante who grabbed it and sent it right back. Terrakion charged and hit it away.

Tanks rolled in and fired on Biollante who roared and slammed her vine down and killed them. She tilted her head toward Virizion who charged again with green energy around her. When she hit Biollante in the chest she roared out before unleashing her acid breath onto her attacker. Virizion fell down and had to be moved by a recovered Cobalion.

"I'm starting to doubt we can take her." Terrakion panicked, moving some swamp grass with his horns as he tore up the ground. Biollante bit him with her toothed vine arms and moved him aside easily. Cablion stabbed his horn right into her chest making her roar in pain.

"You can't stop me." She told them as she sprayed her acid out. Cobalion and Terrakion dodged as Virizion leapt up and slammed her horns into the plants massive head. She landed back down with a tooth falling from Biollante's maw.

Biollante hissed and turned around rapidly. The Swords of Justice began to approach when another roar sounded off. A terrifying roar. Loud stomps were heard as the beast walked onto land. The creature was extremely tall and roared loudly at them.

"What the hell is that?" Terrakion asked in fear.

"Tha alpha, maybe." Virizion whispered. The creature waved his tail around in the air. Biollante began to move away right as the beast stopped and emitted a purple and black smoke from its mouth before lighting it with his fire breath as his pupils went black. The three moved back from an explosion.

A yellow ring appeared with a blue glow and the Swords of Justice retreated, very hurt. Hoopa and Giratina scolded them as they came through. The beast roared as the ring closed. "What you did was idiotic." Giratina scolded them.

"We at least know who the alpha is." Virizion kept her head slow, wincing as she talked.

"Could he really be the alpha?" Giratina wondered aloud. “The beast seems incapable of thinking.”

The beast made his way over to Biollante and bellowed. "Hello, my pained friend, how have you been?" Biollante asked as she moved her vines across the beast's back. He looked down at the destroyed, human, tanks and growled. Biollante growled at them too. "They won't bother either of us anymore, Shin." Biollante told her friend. The only response he made was heavy breathing.

The land he scorched was all black and empty but thankfully Biollante could fix it. Shin then turned his head to the sea and roared out. A warning for none to hurt his friend. He then closed his eyes and rested.

Monster Island

Godzilla heard the roar and looked up. He responded back. "Don't make a mistake, Shin." He warned and went back to sleeping the rest of the day away. No more troubles for him to put up with.

Notes:

Short yet again but these will get longer as time goes on.

Notes:

So I focused a lot on Darkrai in a story about two universes clashing, what can I say. I like his character a lot.

Now if I don't show your favorite titan, Kaiju, or Pokemon to the fullest, I'm sorry. I am also more educated on Godzilla than Pokemon.
