Chapter Text

Room 107. Uzumaki Naruto. Age 33. Omega. New patient. Presents today for intermittent blurry vision. 

The doctor let out a sigh before opening the door. 

"Naruto is it? I'm Dr. Uchiha. You're having intermittent blurry vision?” 

Sasuke stared at the blonde blankly, seemingly uninterested in what the omega had to say. The blonde trailed off from his explanation taking mental note of the doctor's unfriendly attitude. He was used to being treated differently as an omega. It was clear to him that Dr. Uchiha was an alpha...

The alpha grit his teeth too-throwing his phone on the bed to retrieve him. He came to a halt halfway through the living room at the sight of the alpha staring at him with an unreadable expression. Sasuke knew exactly how he felt as he continued to stare ahead before speaking.

It was evident the blonde was up to ears in stress. For the first time in months, he retorted back. 

His hands pushed onto his ears harder as the tears fell faster. "...I can't-this is too much...I can't take this! It keeps crying and-"

The alpha's eyes widened-he grabbed at the omega's hair pulling his face closer. "What have I told you about referring to our son as an it..?!" 

Too blinded by his rage and hurt-he failed to see how much Naruto was hurting at that moment too. 

"...I don't care-I don't care about that thing!" 
He looked to the ground eyes wide. "...that thing is here because of you!-so you deal with it...I'm not doing this anymore-I can't."

The alpha pushed him to the couch-he now lay flat on his back. "You don't have a choice. How many times do I have to pound that into you...?!" 

He scratched and thrashed at him barely making the alpha budge. "Let me go, you sick bastard...I hate you...! I hate you! You ruined everything for me...!"

The alpha stared at the omega bewildered-even in the beginning Naruto had never uttered those words-such hurtful words to him…hate?! Just because tears always failed to reach his eyes didn’t mean his words didn’t hurt-didn’t mean he didn’t hurt any less. He had enough. 

Lips pursed- Sasuke grabbed the blonde's neck as a warning. "Shut up! I've had enough of your whining and moping. Our son is 5 months old...you were pregnant for 9 months...You've had more than enough time to get it together..!"

His grip tightened. "...you're not leaving me or our children. If I have to be more forceful to get that through your thick skull then I'll do that." 

The alpha didn’t intend to let his suspicions spill-just like their first pregnancy the alpha noticed a shift in the blonde’s scent. If his suspicions were correct once more his little omega was pregnant again. 

The omega didn’t want to accept it until two lines appeared on the pregnancy test. Maybe this pregnancy would make him see things differently-make him understand that they were a family and he needed to start acting like they were one.

Years since the birth of their twins passed in the Uchiha household. Since then the two welcomed two more children and one more on the way. 

The family sat outside watching as the twins blew out their candles in celebration of turning eight. In an instant, the children rushed off to play-except for their two youngest who clung to the blonde’s arm. Now up from his seat, he reached down to pick his son and daughter up- both sitting on his hips as he walked to their backyard playground. 

Sasuke followed behind him-watching his omega in awe-catching the blonde’s attention. He turned his swollen belly-both kids on his hips. “Sasuke what are you do-“

The alpha pulled him in by the back of the head-he kissed passionately until a few ‘ews’ and groans were heard. 

He pulled away-red in the face. “Sasuke…what…what’s gotten into you…?”

He placed his hand on his belly. “…just remembering a time where I imagined you like this…a life like this with you…and you barefoot and pregnant…” 

He looked down at his mate's hand placement-growing redder in the face. “….you pervert…! I know exactly what you mean…this is the last one….! You promised…!”

The kids still on his hips giggled in unison singing. “Dad’s a pervert…!” 

The omega swayed his hips-his grip tightening on them. “…no! You guys…don’t go repeating what daddy says…alright?” 

The two continued to laugh to themselves after being brought down and running away to play with their siblings. The blonde turned to his mate-scratching the back of his head. “…well-at least they learned a new word…?”

Sasuke smiled pulling him into a hug. “… You idiot…now they think their dad’s a pervert…”

He hugged him back tighter. “…but you are…! Doesn’t mean I don’t like you for it…”

He placed a few kisses on the omegas forehead-tightening his grip as he swayed them back and forth. “Gee…thanks…you really hurt my feelings and my reputation-for that…I need a little pick me up, don’t you think?” 

He groaned before pulling away to look him in the face. “…seriously?! It’s the twins' birthday…”

The alpha ran his hands through his mate’s hair.“-I know…I know…later today-later…when the kids are asleep…” 

The blonde sighed earning a laugh from his mate. “-ok fine…hey! What’s so funny…?!”

“You’re a terrible liar Naruto…! You sigh like having sex with me is such a chore…but I can feel your lies rubbing against me…!”

He furrowed his brows. “Lies…? Sasuke what do you…mean?” 

The omega’s face reddened with realization. “The kids will be fine…you have needs I need to take care of too...now come on…”

Within an instant, the blonde was picked up and carried bridal style as they made their way inside the house. He turned his head-yelling out “Son and the twins…! Look out for your siblings for just a little while ‘kay?….daddy needs some help from me alright…?” 

They yelled a “…’kay..” in unison as they continued to play.

“….don’t specify that I need your help like that…!“

The alpha chuckled. “They’re kids…they don’t know a damned thing about that…”

“I know but…still…”

His grip tightened once more looking down at his mate with a smile. “….let me take care of you alright…? Just relax…” 

He looked up-blushed in the face and smiled back at him. “-oh…ok..alright Sasuke..” 

The alpha placed another kiss on his mate's forehead before entering their bedroom.
