They Not saying that it’s a bad thing but they want you to expand this group not friends by adding more people into the friend group.

JoJo: Not be rude or anything but I don’t want random strangers, especially random medical students that I have never met in my life to be suddenly involved in our friend group. I’m good.

However adding a few more people to OUR friend group will bring more diversity to us.
