Chapter Text

Sunny has told the truth to his friends. As excepted, of course they'll lash out on him which was an unexpected outcome for him. However, he just can't take all this guilt he had consumed for four years and Sunny had all the encouragement and bravery to finally say it. Hero was deeply devastated, Kel became more quiet and less outgoing, Aubrey got more agitated and extremely depressed and for Basil, his guilt did not leave him. All these years after the group fell apart not knowing where they are now was awfully difficult for Sunny that he lost everything. Everything is the best description. Sunny still lives with his mother.

He reached 18 years old waking up in his room panting and sweating of a nightmare he had. The nightmare was reliving the moment of seeing SOMETHING in his eyes completely terrorizing him forever. No matter what he tries to do anything. Then he wanted to ignore it as much as he can as if nothing had ever happened. "…" he is speaking in his mind "I wonder where they're at now?" genuinely curious where they went. Looking and observing that he is still laying down in his comfy bed, he thinks about wishing for physical affection and deeply misses his big sister Mari's cuddles and how she comforts him whenever he would get nightmares. 

However, Sunny can't just lay down in his bed doing nothing at all so after that. He gets up still thinking and holding back his tears about losing almost everything. "Why?" he thinks "This is all my fault. "I should've not done that.." the thoughts lingered inside his brain completely trying to eat him up. 

His brain constantly tries to go under OMORI's influence. Saying mean and hurtful things that will destroy his already wrecked self-confidence in himself. Then he thought "well, nobodies here right now. Everything is going to be okay".  

When he went down stairs, the first thing is checking the voicemail call as per usual from his mother. 

"Hi Sunny, This is MOMMY. Are you doing okay? Don't get worried if I come home late, I am working full time now. I'm sorry darling but I will try to talk to you as much as I can.

Love you, xoxo" 

After that, Sunny just walked away from the voicemail. He still tries to heal from the overwhelming guilt even after they all moved on.. or did they?

Sunny still thinks dearly about his friends, especially his dear friend Basil. The one who he did cherish the most in his hearts.

With him being bored.. not sure what to do next.

The black haired, pale skinned boy, Still dreams about his friends. Especially his beloved Kel, he truly misses him the most. And Basil, his soft-hearted personality and a kind boy. Though OMORI has partially vanished from his headspace. Sunny tries to make things the way they were back then, back when they were genuinely happy, back when they had fun, back then they had... Mari. Back then everything is okay. His dreams were still the same, regardless of OMORI's defeat. It had SWEETHEART and the others here, but they were altered for it to be less whimsical and more mature like to his age. "See ya later, Sunshine!" Headspace Kel happily tells him in their dreams.

"The alarm goes off."

Sunny woke up, they became a little startled but that's okay for him. After all, he hasn't been hearing an alarm for a while now.
