Both Scientist Shouted at the Same time right at the Engineer who was Standing a few feet away from them, WheelJack Smile behind his Mask… trying not to laugh at anything “Why Not Just Send Him to ScatterShot?!” The Crimson Mech point at the Decepticon a few Feet away from him “that Would be a Better Decision to make” The Decepticon nod agreeing with him “Oh What? You two can’t handle Each other?~ Come On the wars Over and ScatterShot already have His Servo full of Phase Sixers, SixChangers and Megatron” WheelJack chuckle

“Being With Lord Megatron would be better than working with… an Autobot” The Decepticon Spoke “Hey! My brother is an Autobot too!” The Crimson Mech glared “From the Things I’ve heard… I don’t think he’s a True Autobot… Autobot” one Red Optics glare back “you take that back! No matter what He’s an Autobot!” LightSpeed shouted, WheelJack never Seen His Grandson Yell like that… hell When was the Last time LightSpeed raise His Voice at anyone?! He was always the Perfect and Gentle Mech…

And To see him shout at Someone Like this? And His Aura send A Whole lot of Warning… he’s definitely about to Snap any moment now and WheelJack wasn’t sure how Horrible that would be… An Angry NoseCone was already unique and Here it is now he’s standing In front of one of his Grandson, Who’s known to be A Gentle Mech and a soft spoken One… yelling at A Decepticon that Could Clearly end his life…

“Oh did I struck a nerve?” ShockWave asked In a Monotone Voice “Crimson Prince?” that one was definitely a Taunt and LightSpeed snapped, He was About to Tackle ShockWave but His Body was grabbed from behind and pulled back “LET ME GO PERCEPTOR! I NEED TO DESTROY THAT SMUG LOOK ON HIS FACE!” LightSpeed shouted, ShockWave blink before He Let out an amused Chuckle.

For someone who just met him… LightSpeed knew His Emotions by just observing his single eye? How amusing “Calm down LightSpeed he’s just Taunting you” Perceptor Shouted trying to calm the younger Scientist down “HE DARED TO CALL MY BROTHER A DECEPTICON-“ “Truthfully, I didn’t say he’s a Decepticon I said He’s N O T a true Autobot” ShockWave Corrected him.

LightSpeed never snapped at anyone even if they call ScatterShot a Not Autobot… but Something about ShockWave… He Hated it… How Dare ShockWave say things like that about his Brother?! “YOU BITCH” “WOW! WOW! LIGHTSPEED! WATCH YOUR WORD!” AfterBurner spoke amusedly by how Angry his brother is right now, this was the first Time LightSpeed ever Snapped and it’s amusing.

“WheelJack do something!” Ratchet Punch The Engineer’s Shoulder “ow! Hey Now don’t ask me what to do I didn’t expect this reaction from LightSpeed, To be honest I was Expecting ShockWave to be the one Snapping not… him” WheelJack motion to point at his Grandson that was being held back by Perceptor and Now Blast Off. “I can work with this” ShockWave Turn to look at WheelJack while Folding his Arm under his Chest.

“I CAN’T! I’M NOT WORKING WITH HIM! NO WAY! I RATHER WORK WITH BRAINSTORM” LightSpeed shouted “Hey~ I would Accept that Offer but Sadly I already have my own Lab Partner” Brainstorm smirk while Leaning Up to Perceptor who let out an Annoyed Grunt “What About AfterBurner?! Why not pair him up with AfterBurner instead?!” LightSpeed asked, He’s trying so hard to get himself out of this Situation.

AfterBurner look away “Ehhh me and Him? We work on… different Type of Science and It’s the one that can clash” AfterBurner Wave his servo in front of his chest “That is true” “HE WORKS ON ANY TYPE OF SCIENCE! I WONT EVEN BE SURPRISED IF HE HAVE A PHD OR HE’S A VET! OR IF HE’S A POLITICIAN” LightSpeed shouted, The others just shrugged “I still don’t want to take him as a Lab Partner, Plus I travel from Places to places… not sure if he can keep up” AfterBurner Shook his helm, ShockWave said nothing to Denied that.

“And If ShockWave is a Politician the World would Start Crying and Burning, we’re all will be dead” WheelJack answer with a laugh “Is that so? Maybe being a politician wont be a bad idea” ShockWave murmured “Oh for Primus sake please don’t” Blast Off hissed, He have enough of StarScream- He doesn’t need ShockWave to Joined the Weird Loop of Politics.

“why do you even choose to work here?” LightSpeed asked After breaking the Silence between the two of them, ShockWave was occupied with his Invention he didn’t look up from it “I wasn’t, Lord Megatron Suggested this For me” ShockWave simply answer, They both Have Separate Desk and Was a few meter away from Each other… thankfully- they both need their own Space and Far from each other!

LightSpeed lean his Helm to his arm “Bet you want to work on your own, Back home” He Sigh “Logically Yes” ShockWave nod “why didn’t you?” LightSpeed asked “Lord Megatron’s order” “He’s No longer your Leader AftHelm! You can do what you want as long as it’s not a crime” LightSpeed rolled his optics annoyed “He's still is to me” ShockWave huffed.

And the silence came back falling between them, they both work in silence… working on their own Work and Their own Project, Small talks wasn’t something ShockWave liked to do and It wasn’t something LightSpeed have the energy to do when it’s just to talk to this one eyes Decepticon.

Time has passed…

ShockWave was lost of Time, He didn’t look to see what time is it the next thing he notice was that LightSpeed was standing next to where he was Sitting and handed him an Energon Cube “It’s 11 Pm, Here” LightSpeed push the Energon Cube to His Servo, ShockWave Accepted it with a Dazed confused look and LightSpeed seems to Read that “You haven’t move from this spot for hours, So I’m just Handing you an Energon cube so you wont faint in the middle of working, I’m going to go home now” LightSpeed answer his Unspoken Question.

The Technobot step back before leaving the room “Make sure to lock the Lab door” He Shouted at the Decepticon scientist, ShockWave didn’t answer but it seems like his silence means a ‘Yes’ to LightSpeed who already left… ShockWave look down at the Energon Cube before sliding it to the desk, He’ll Refuel later when his System warned him about it.

11 Pm, Damn He’s tired as Hell… LightSpeed let out a Yawn before he step outside the Building, he Open his Phone to see if He have any new Text… No… None… it felt so strange, He search inside the bond and It wasn’t Quiet but it can be called that… it was more quiet than when the war was Happening. He let out a sigh before transforming and driving away.

He Drive passed NoseCone And Dead End, They look as Happy as usual… Last time ScatterShot send him a Text about Returning back to earth Next Week because SixShot has been Begging him to go back to earth… saying That Cybertron is too crowded with Cybertronian- but they all Know SixShot was Just Too Jealous of How many Cybertronians asking ScatterShot for Help and Explanation-

NoseCone, Strafe and ScatterShot has Been busy with their own Life now… AfterBurner was Traveling around… while LightSpeed was stuck in Place, Wasn’t sure what to do other than work in the Lab-

He was Planning on Changing his Frame to a Fly build but Then… He always end up doubling back on the idea And Decide to stay as a Race car, even if his spark yearn to fly up high… to reach the Unknown, To float Freely in the Wide Galaxy.

Even if LightSpeed Is Popular and can easily get anyone’s attention if he wants… he always felt trapped and Alone, his life felt so dull… no matter how many Mech and Femme had Turn their attention to him, asking him out, Giving him gifts, Trying to Steal his Attention… LightSpeed still felt lost and Alone… All the Attention Made it worse if he can be honest about it…

When he Entered the Building there was a Femme Talking to WheelJack and she turn around the Moment WheelJack nervously wave at LightSpeed, Crap! “LightSpeed!” the Femme Called, She was holding Something in her servo.

She rush to Him “I was About to give this to you last night, But I don’t seems to Know where your lab is” She Spoke before Handing him The unknown Box she was Holding, LightSpeed gave her his usual smile and lifted a servo up to push the box back to her “Ah, I’m sure my lab isn’t that secretive but please… I thought there’s a rule about not giving gifts while in work hour” LightSpeed scolded but his voice was calm and Soft it sounded more like He was A Kindergarten teacher telling their kids not to do something bad without raising a Voice.

“I know that, But 12 Am is not your Work hour, When I went to your lab there was Only…” The femme shudder “ShockWave” She seems to fear him… who doesn’t ?! ShockWave was well known for the horrible things he did- “ah I see, Please forgive me but I don’t accept gift when work hour” “But I-“

“Heard What he said, He’s not Interested in your Disgusting little Frame”

That Voice, LightSpeed wanted to punch that damn Voice! The Femme flinch and Hold the Box close to her chest “ShockWave! Good Morning” WheelJack greeted as The Decepticon Scientist appear from the Hallway leading to their lab… so ShockWave never Came home? He’s been in the lab for a whole day? “ShockWave… Please Watch your Vocalizer or I’ll have to Operate you and That Horrible Voice of yours” LightSpeed Smile at Him but there was a hint of Venom there.

LightSpeed gently grabbed the box from the femme “on second thought, This is my apology for his word, I’ll accept this one gift and no more” LightSpeed smile at the femme “then please excuse me I have work to do” He gave a slight bow to the femme before walking away toward ShockWave direction and Didn’t missed to bump ShockWave’s shoulder Hard enough to move the other Mech.

ShockWave turn to glare at him and LightSpeed return the glare with another Glare… WheelJack let out a Low laugh “I wonder what other kind of Shenanigans these two would bring to the lab” He Whisper “You assigned them in the same lab was all for your own Entertainment isn’t it WheelJack” Perceptor Asked annoyed “Eh~ Come on That might be true but you have to admit it that you’re entertained too!” he Pointed at the ex Wrecker.

Perceptor took a moment to think for an answer before he gave up and sigh “You’re Not Wrong” He agreed, for the first day LightSpeed and ShockWave already have an agreement of Disagreement, both can’t get along and At the same time both knew that so they decide to butt out of Each other business, they have mutual understanding but at the same time they Have Mutual Dislike and annoyance.

Both popular but with Different reasons, Both smart but Have different views of the World and their Findings… They’re so alike at the same time so Opposite, It’s fun to watch when there’s nothing much happening in the Lab “Ok so, Let’s talk about You and BrainStorm’s incident Yesterday” “eh you know when both Engineer and Weapon specialist in the same room we just gotta… Try something out y’Know” WheelJack nervously laugh while Perceptor shot him an Unamused glare.

“You both blew up half of the Building” He spoke “We did but We also fixed it!” “After you burn it down” “ok Calm down… at least we fixed it” WheelJack playfully smack Perceptor’s Chess “you both are walking disaster” Perceptor whisper.

LightSpeed stormed back to his Lab annoyed “why the frag did you have to say that?!” he Shouted behind him “Because It was the truth, Did your Creator ever told you not to lie?” ShockWave Spoke Bluntly, what made it more frustrating was the Fact that ShockWave said it in a Monotone Voice… there was no hint of emotions in his voice making LightSpeed more and more frustrated

“Not to lie? From you? I’m surprised it’s coming from you out of all People in this Damn Universe” LightSpeed rolled his optics “oh You’ll be Surprised how Little I have Lied in My Life” ShockWave Chuckle, LightSpeed wanted to punch that Stupid Smug Expression from the damn Decepticon! “Do tell Me When I ever Give a Frag about your life” LightSpeed huffed before Slamming the door shut right behind him

Right in front of ShockWave’s face, ShockWave had to Hold the urge to shoot down the Door and Kill The Technobot For Being so Disrespectful! From all the Good thing he heard about LightSpeed… this Attitude he’s been giving ShockWave was definitely not one of them- it’s like ShockWave Just Manage to Rip all The Patience and Gentleness in LightSpeed by just existing in his Life…

ShockWave took a deep breath before Entering the code and the door slide open, LightSpeed was Standing Not far from the door one Optic raise behind his Visor and arms Folded In front of his Chest “and Here I thought you’re going to stay out there and Think about your Horrible Life Choices ” The Technobot Sarcastically said before Stepping back and turn around and went to Sat in his Side of the Lab.

ShockWave didn’t answer just giving him a Glare, Yea they definitely not going to get along anytime Soon! Why did WheelJack think this was a good Idea?! Hell why did Megatron think this was a good idea?! He could probably get along better with ScatterShot Instead of this two faced Child who seems to have a grudge against him! He didn’t even know what he did, Seems like what ever he do It will only appear as wrong in LightSpeed’s point of View…

How Illogical!

And so not worth his time…

LightSpeed placed the box under his desk and Ignore it for the Rest of the day, He didn’t want to be rude but Honestly… he was sick of it… all the gifts these... Femmes and mechs gave him, He never really use them or if it’s food he never eat or drink it, In his defense he doesn’t want other to get the wrong Idea of him, Most gifts that was left in his workplace are placed in the Workplace’s basement… still In their wraps and Like no one have touched it.

If it’s fuel he’ll probably threw it away at some point after all… he’s allergic to mostly everything.

It’s rude but it has to be done, He’s not an actress or some kind of important person but people seems to keep getting interested… he’s just a simple scientist Working In a Regular Lab… he’s just a Member of The Technobot.

After a few hours of silence the door slam open

“Hey~ Hey~”

LightSpeed smile and turn his helm to look at the new Comer “Welcome DragStrip, Do you need anything?” he asked in his Usual Friendly and Kind Tone “Hey Speed! Can you clock out early? I have a Race I’m about to do and I want you to be there to see it! Like today around 5 pm, I have a new trick I need to show you” DragStrip seems to ignore ShockWave existence in the Lab as he made his way to LightSpeed’s desk.

He lean down, One servo hold the desk and the other one on LightSpeed’s chair “5 Pm… hm, I can leave early” LightSpeed nod “Cool! Cool! WildRider will be there too, the usual place! Don’t be late” DragStrip threw him a Finger gun before Patting his Shoulder and left “Good luck with your work” He Wave before the door closed behind him.

LightSpeed just nod before going back to his work… 5 pm… he could finish all of this before 5 pm… he look at the stack of Datapads that was placed on his desk… yes he definitely can! It might burn his system a bit but He can!.

After another few Hours, He finally finished he look at the Clock '4:10 pm’.

He raise both Arm in the Air making a childish Gesture of Success! He blink when An Energon cube and his LSA (Lead Sulfide Additive) was Placed in front of him, He look up to see ShockWave “huh?” “you have to start driving off anytime soon, you’ll need to refuel before that” ShockWave simply said “oh… uh… Thank you” LightSpeed Try to give him his usual smile but it end up showing a nervous and unsure one, ShockWave didn’t seems to care he just shrugged before leaving the lab maybe to get his own fuel or Something.

LightSpeed turn to look at the Energon and LSA, wait… how did ShockWave knew he was allergic to Energon? How did he know LightSpeed need this kind of Medicine??? Was ShockWave More observant than he give credit for? That certainly is strange but LightSpeed shake his helm and Went to mix The LSA with the Energon.

He took a Quick Refuel before Leaving the Lab “SHOCKWAVE IM LEAVING! DON’T FORGET TO REFUEL AT NIGHT” LightSpeed shouted as he ran pass the open cafeteria.

“So… You two get along well?” MixMaster Asked Amused “not really” ShockWave Spoke calmly before turning to look at the open cafeteria door “DON’T RUN IN THE HALLWAY OR YOU’LL FALL” he Shouted back they both could clearly Hear LightSpeed yelling something back (definitely a swear Word) “We don’t get along” ShockWave Nod to himself.

Blast Off and MixMaster share a look before They heard a Snort coming from BrainStorm.

“We Can’t handle each other existence” ShockWave Blankly said.

LightSpeed HAD to forced himself up! To sat up from his berth… went to the Washrack… and Drive to his workplace.

And when he arrived he notice a bunch of Boxes next to his Lab door… Not Again he doesn’t have time or energy to deal with these! “Oh you Already arrive, Pretty late for someone Like you, But I wont judge”

“Not Right Now ShockWave, I don’t have time for your Bullshit…” He Shake his helm tiredly before clicking the code in and The door slide open, He walk into the Lab to his favor ShockWave didn’t say anything else or disturb him for the rest of the day…

After a few hours LightSpeed wasn’t sure how or when but he apparently had fallen into recharge, And when he was stirring awake He heard a Unfamiliar Conversation.

“This is work Hours, He doesn’t accept present”

“h-he Seems tired, I was just about to leave this Energon goodi-“

“How do you know he look tired? I didn’t recall Him Meeting anyone in his way here”

“I-“

“Stalking is a Very bad Habit, What would he think if he found out?”

LightSpeed Knew one of those Voice but he can’t recall the other one… probably someone he doesn’t know… one of those Creepy Stalker Fan or something.

“Please Get out with that thing you’re disturbing us, Before I decide to use you as my next experiment”

Then he heard a set of Pedes running out of the room accompany by a loud terrified squeak, a moment later he felt something warm Cover his frame… he wanted to Wake up but His Frame Was too tired to move instead he return back to his deep recharge.

The Moment he have enough energy to Online his optics and move his frame, He sat up slowly and a Blanket fall of his Back… a Blanket

“Good Evening, How are you feeling Sleeping beauty?” that same voice…

LightSpeed turn to look at ShockWave who was Placing a Energon cube and His LSA next to it “You seems to have fallen into recharge hours ago, Honestly I should’ve woken you up-“ “But you didn’t” LightSpeed mutter before taking the Energon and Mixed it with his LSA “I just had to rethink my Options and you look too tired… don’t want to wake up to Scary Little Lion”

“I’m not sure if that’s a Word of Care, Insults, Mockery or Tease” LightSpeed turn to give him an Unamused stare “Mockery and Insults are similar thing”

“They’re not” LightSpeed shake his helm, ShockWave let out a Hmm before he just nod “I will not argue with you about such a childish topic” He Spoke before walking away back to his own side of the lab.

A month Had Passed since they Had been in the same lab Together, As expected there weren’t any much violence but There was a lot of Harsh and dirty word being thrown at Each other in front or behind their back, ShockWave and LightSpeed could NOT Get along…

But at some point they seems to know one and another more than they let out, the others observe their situation and… they think it’s hilarious, they got to agree with WheelJack that Having ShockWave Around LightSpeed was a huge entertainment-

“OI! You Idiot! You misspelled” LightSpeed push a Datapad right to ShockWave’s Chest like it was nothing… like ShockWave wasn’t the guy that would strap him down on an operation table and start Turning him inside out. ShockWave look down at the Datapad before grabbing it “Illogical, I never Misspelled” ShockWave Huffed “Too bad Mr. Cyclops you did, I’m not accepting that Until you know what the fuck you misspelled” LightSpeed sarcastically said.

His Word has been… colorful when it comes to Talking To ShockWave… very Colorful till People start to think It wasn’t even him talking and It was AfterBurner- “Tch! Fine” ShockWave glare at him, The others around them start to step back away from the two… fearing one of them might start to attack to other one but it never came… it never happen.

Instead LightSpeed smile Sweetly “see it’s not hard saying that Is it oh great and Mighty Logic man” that was definitely an insult and LightSpeed walk away, The Datapad on ShockWave Servo Crack before the mech close his optics trying to calm himself down “Don’t forget to give those Datapads on your desk to WheelJack!” He reminded LightSpeed who was walking away

LightSpeed lifted a Servo and Gave him the middle Digit The Audacity In him- and Yet ShockWave didn’t attack him… lucky-

ShockWave huffed before looking down at the Datapads and turned it on, He had to hold the urge not to shoot LightSpeed! Because the Mech just had to Circle his Misspelled word with Red like He was some kind of Kindergarten student getting his test back from it’s teacher… and there’s a small note at the end saying

‘Try better next time ^w^- LightSpeed’

H O W DARE HE!!!!

ShockWave was Visibly Shaking with Anger and The others decide to run away from the Location “INSULENT CHILD!!!!!” ShockWave Roared, His Voice can be heard By Everyone in the Building and probably even everyone Nearby the Science University Building could heard Him Roar.

“Ah, another Friday, I love my job” WheelJack chuckle and took a sip of his energon as he watch most Scientists, engineer and Medic ran out of the Building “We’re going to lose so much Staff if this keeps up, You know how Scary ShockWave Can be” Ratchet sigh “Don’t you Have A Samurai-Kitty to Deal with?” WheelJack sarcastically talk back, raising one eyebrow “Where is he by the way? I haven’t met him since 3 month ago” he added.

Ratchet huffed “He’s Doing fine, and he have his own work” “Ah So Rodimus decide to drag your Kitty around? Too bad I was Hoping to hang out with him” WheelJack sigh in defeat “DON’T YOU DARE!!! LAST TIME YOU MET HIM YOU GAVE HIM A DANGEROUS WEAPON! I’M NOT DEALING WITH THAT AGAIN” Ratchet snapped, WheelJack let out a laugh until he fall out of his chair.

“IT’S NOT FUNNY WHEELJACK! THAT THING ALMOST KILLED SOMEONE” “Isn’t that what a Weapon is for?” WheelJack asked amused looking up at The Medic, Ratchet’s optic Twitch before he try to calm down. “BRAT!!! WHERE ARE YOU?!” they both Heard ShockWave Shouted.

WheelJack stand back up and fixed his chair “Should he follow him to stop him from killing ‘Our’ Grandchild?” Ratchet Asked Glancing at The Engineer “Nah~ trust me… he wont Harm LightSpeed” WheelJack smile behind his battle mask “how are you always so Positive about this… about everything? I never understand You” Ratchet Sigh Shaking his helm. “Because I know My intuition are always right” WheelJack point at himself proudly.

“I hope you’re right…” Ratchet whisper while looking away, WheelJack glance at him and his smile became softer “I said the same About SixShot didn’t I? That ScatterShot would be Fine… and Look where He is now, He’s one of the Most important Cybertronian in Cybertron” He Spoke Softly “But Before this all SixShot Hurt him… WheelJack-“ “But they’re ok now and That’s what matters, They left the past behind and we should too” WheelJack interrupted.

“Strafe is fine now too-“ “CUTTHROAT TRIED TO KILL HIM!... AND EVERYONE CLOSE TO HIM!” Ratchet Shouted, Standing up from where he was seated “CutThroat… Harm him… worse than Anyone ever did, He Broke Him! All the Nights I have to see Him Suffer WheelJack! All those Night… Where he cried, I had to hold him in my Arm while Trying to Stop Him from Harming Himself!” Ratchet was Trembling… WheelJack wasn’t sure if it was with rage, fear or Despair…

WheelJack let out a Loud Sigh “I know… I was there too” He Calmly said “I understand your pain” “No you don’t, You always ignore these situations! You always act like everything will be ok and Now You Push ShockWave Into LightSpeed’s Life!” Ratchet point at the door “I did” WheelJack nod calmly “You were the one that Encourage Strafe To Meet CutThroat that Night! You’re the one that Tell ScatterShot SixShot Isn’t a Threat!” Ratchet shouted again.

WheelJack only nod “This is why we Never work out, You’re Always Running around Playing God! Believing you’re right! But all you do is Hurting 'Our' Family!” “Calm down Ratchet” WheelJack sigh before looking at the door “I encourage Strafe to meet CutThroat that Night because I know He was about to apologize, Asking to start over… SixShot was never a Threat if you didn’t see him as one… do you ever Think of what would happen if ScatterShot and SixShot never Became Conjunx? Ever think of What happened if Strafe and CutThroat never made peace?” WheelJack asked.

“Megatron wouldn’t be alive… None of the Phase Sixers will, SixShot will die, Halianta would be heartbroken and goes on a Rampage… we wouldn’t want that would we? Strafe would never made peace with his Own Mind and… he would’ve… “ WheelJack didn’t finish his word but Ratchet knew what he was About to say… The medic drew back And look away. “we never work out because we were never together in the first place, We became Family because we made the Dinobot... Also I’m not playing god, StarScream is” WheelJack spoke again, Hinting the last part as a joke.

LightSpeed shrugged ”It has been on my mind lately… I wonder if any of you always have difficulty on understanding me” LightSpeed spoke “We don’t? if I have to be Honest LightSpeed you’re as Difficult as Strafe is but The problem is Maybe because all of us are unstable… there’s always that side of us that we can’t understand but sometimes Other Person can” NoseCone answer calmly.

“You’re always so Conflicted because your mind never stays in one place but your frame does, you wanted to reach the impossible knowing it’s impossible… but once you have the chance to do so you back down and Decide to stay. Like a bird in a cage wanting to fly free but once that cage door is opened for you… you’re too afraid to fly away” NoseCone spoke again, He’s not wrong.

How does he do it?

How can ShockWave be so Blunt and so Honest?

Being Honest was one of his weakness LightSpeed always too afraid to hurt others feelings… something about that Honest bluntness coming from ShockWave ticks him off the wrong way.

He hate how the mech doesn’t seems to care about others feelings, How the mech doesn’t seems to be bothered by other existence and only need himself.

He can be so focused on himself and his work that he forgot He’s not alone in the room… that he forgot he’s not alone in the lab, LightSpeed didn’t point it out but ShockWave Sometimes murmured things when he’s so caught up in his work.

And sometimes when he’s conflicted he gently tap whatever he’s holding to his desk or Datapad.

One time it was a Grenade and LightSpeed Had to Throw something at him to get his Attention, It apparently work and ShockWave was taken out of his conflicted though… he stop tapping the grenade to the desk- thankfully.

But in return he Throw petty insults at LightSpeed who insulted him back, But LightSpeed never points out his little Habits. It was ShockWave’s Privacy so he’s not going to Meddle with it unless it’s going to hurt someone… ShockWave is dangerous when he’s either conscious or unconscious.

But Surprisingly he made less damage than WheelJack and Brainstorm (Combine or not).

ShockWave let out an annoyed grumble when WheelJack called him a Cyclops, LightSpeed sigh “Alright… I’ll go with you” He Finally Agreed.

The Bar was crowded of course not as crowded as Maccadam, but it’s definitely crowded, LightSpeed never minded crowd places after all he’s always crowded by people no matter where he goes at least one Cybertronian knew who he is or one Cybertronian find him attractive.

He kept Stealing Glances at ShockWave direction, ShockWave seems to look calm but something tells him that the mech was Troubled… others stays away from him but that’s not what’s troubling ShockWave, It was the fact that the room was crowded and Loud… the fact that everyone guards seems to be down and any type of incident could happen.

There’s A reason why he appreciate it when ShockWave decide to acknowledge that LightSpeed is a living being that needs refuel and decide to bring an energon cube to his lab… LightSpeed dislike refueling in the Cafeteria or the BreakRoom… Because there’s just this feeling of uneasiness…

He was Alone for once, it was a late night… There are only a few mechs in the room so LightSpeed though it’ll be Fine for once to refuel in the Break Room

But he was wrong... There’s always people that Hates him no matter what or where.

He wasn’t focus On his Fuel, He didn’t realize it’s been switched… He lifted it from the table in front of him and brought it to his Lips… he took a sip and instantly dropped the fuel and put a servo to cover his lips.

He didn’t look around to find who did it, He instantly ran out of the Break Room Leaving his stuff, He raced to the Public WashRack.

He bump into someone on his way, the person asked him something but he wasn’t listening he Just gave who ever it was a smile with his optics before running away again.

His system is burning… In a bad way…

Like he just drank Magma…

When he arrived he went to one of the Sink, He turns on the water and he takes his Servo away from His mouth… there was Energon… he threw up the energon that He just Drank…

And when all of it leave his system his own energon was Thrown out, Painful…

Everything was Painful… his Frame shiver, He wanted to just go home and curl into his berth… why? Why would anyone do this thing? Doing something like this… His system warning Flooded his Visor, He grab it and threw it away…

He cough out energon Blood, No no no… He wanted to scream but He , His throat is flooded with energon blood… and the pain wont stop, His Spark started to feel in pain… make it stop…

This Happens again? He’s going to need to tell ScatterShot about this incident it’s the 2nd time this year… there’s just Cybertronians out there that Like to play sick joke.

“So How did you know he was In Danger?” BrainStorm Nudge ShockWave’s Shoulder Playfully “he Bump to me and then gave me a smile…” ShockWave Bluntly Answer “he gave you a smile??? That’s how you know??” AfterBurner asked confused.

ShockWave nod “With his optics… To be Clear he never smile at me after bumping into me… he throw some Disrespectful remark” ShockWave shrugged, Well no one can blame him for that- It would definitely be weird seeing someone who Always seems to hate toujust suddenly smile at you out of no where.

ShockWave shake his helm “I don’t need Shanix, I just need people to stay away from me and Not give me a reason to deal with their problem” He huffed “But He’s your lab Partner!” “He is and he’s a Nuisance, Childish… he’s too soft and Gentle, He need to deal with it all himself” ShockWave Glared.

This was the first Time ShockWave ever seen this kind of Reaction from An Energon allergy, This was the first time he ever seen someone who’s Horribly allergic to Energon and most type of other fuels, LightSpeed is weak… right now he was physically weak.

“Where’s DragStrip?” ShockWave asked “She had a Race to go to in Earth, she left 3 days ago” LightSpeed smile weakly before trying to stand up, he use the wall to hold his weight “Pardon? So no one was with you for the last 3 days?” ShockWave Hissed.

LightSpeed raise an optics before he let out a cough “sounds like you’re worried” “Of Course I am… Worried because I saw what happened in the Washrack and now this… how horrible is your allergies?!” ShockWave Walk closer to Hold him by the Arm and Pull him to the Couch and push LightSpeed down on his Couch “My allergies always this bad… last time I end up not going to work for a month because of it” He chuckle, It’s not funny-

“SoundWave: always here when Rodimus Race” “Yea! Rodimus Prime is so cool! He’s fast n Stuff! Always Leave fire Trails!” Frenzy Cheered, Ah… That makes sense SoundWave and Rodimus has been working together longer than anyone expected… so The fact that SoundWave is here to watch him race… ShockWave isn’t surprised.

The Door to the VIP room slide open “ok now I didn’t expected this-“ “Yay!!! You’re here!” The Two Cassettes ran up to NoseCone and start climbing up on him, NoseCone laugh.

When the race Start, ShockWave’s Optic lock on LightSpeed’s Altmode, It was bright even if There’s others with brighter color and probably actually a Glowing Paintjob… but In ShockWave’s Optic… that Crimson Color is brighter.

How easy it look when he drive no matter how fast he’s driving… For someone who’s been stuck in A Lab For days… if ShockWave doesn’t know better he would though That LightSpeed Train for this race each day-

The race Laster for a few minutes that seems like hours…

ShockWave made his way toward where LightSpeed is, But he stop his steps when he see how many mechs and femmes are crowding The Crimson mech. And yet LightSpeed was the brightest.

He was answering Questions and talking to them, even with that his smile still looks so fake to ShockWave’s optic... Even if the vrowd around him isn't as much as The ones Around Rodimus or DragStrip it's still quite alot to ShockWave. 

How does He get the energy to Socialize with this many people?

Just like he said, LightSpeed attitude toward ShockWave didn’t change a bit… like the whole Thing never happened, What a strange mech…

As time flow by it has been a year and a half they work together, Nothing Has change… they both still throw insults, Still argue, Still pushing one and another away but sometimes there are times where they surprisingly get along… They get along better when there’s no one around, When there’s no one Around ShockWave wouldn’t ‘Accidentally’ blunt out insulting someone in front of their face and LightSpeed wont be angered by it. If there’s no one around, LightSpeed wont need to put up those ‘prince’ Persona and ShockWave wouldn’t be annoyed by the lies…

ShockWave has admitted to LightSpeed so many times how he hates The Lies and LightSpeed had Annoyingly Yell at ShockWave of how much he Hate the fact ShockWave wasn’t so considerate of others feeling.

“BreakDown wanted to move here because Dead End is in this city, And WheelJack offered me a job here! But he didn’t say anything about you being here” “W-“ “Ah What was it that you want to tell me?” LightSpeed Quickly interrupted him.

What if I help you with the Project can you finish it faster?” LightSpeed asked, After all ShockWave was the safest escort back to the lab or home because none of his Fans would dare to come up to him (or stalks him) when he’s with ShockWave… most of them are afraid of the Decepticon Scientist “No Can’t do” ShockWave shake his helm.

“I didn’t know you’re interested in Races Now” KnockOut Whisper “I’m Not, he drag me to every race he sign in” ShockWave sigh before turning to leave…

After he’s out of sight KnockOut smirk “So? You and Him? What’s going on there?” He asked, LightSpeed shake his helm and laugh “Come on now you can’t be serious, nothing going on… we’re lab partner” LightSpeed corrected “Lab Partner? “I was Here first and WheelJack assigned him to be my lab partner, And Apparently he said yes and We don’t get along…” LightSpeed groan “Don’t get along? From what I see he have more respect to you than He have for anyone else… well except Megatron” KnockOut wave his servo in the air.

LightSpeed smile “Yea Well, I guess? We fight a lot… everyone in this place know that already, Sometimes the fight caused a few employee leaving their job”

“That Bad?” KnockOut asked and LightSpeed nod “I’m amazed you survived” “yea Everyone does even me, But my sanity is slipping away since the first week we became lab partner” LightSpeed joked.

Usually he doesn’t care who LightSpeed hangs around with… Maybe because he just doesn’t find the Need to care for other existence.

But lately when he actually start Observing, He realize how much Time LightSpeed spend with him instead of His Gestalts, Aren’t Gestalts supposed to be like… attached to one and another? And They have their own circle of Friends… Now that ShockWave Actually Observe…

The only Gestalts member LightSpeed still associates with outside his ‘Meetings’ is DragStrip and His Brothers… no one else (of course unless they accidentally met or something, LightSpeed will talk to them out of Politeness).

Maybe there’s a reason why? But ShockWave is too self centered to care about it that much… Thinking of someone’s else life already Waste his time and energy… he doesn’t need to pry into LightSpeed’s Life even deeper!

“Someone asked me out today… a Son of a Richman” LightSpeed sigh as he entered the lab, ShockWave raise his helm he was not in a good mood today he doesn't need LightSpeed to start talking- “A what of What?” He’s still not used with Human terms… even if He’s been working with LightSpeed for a year and a half.

I have another Rule, I’m not getting together with someone who only Want to use me as a Trophy they can just show around… It’s Like… most of these Cybertronians Like me only because of my look, My title and Me being One of the Gestalt member that bring peace” LightSpeed whined, ShockWave could see the Dismayed look on the Crimson Mech’s face.

LightSpeed was too emotionally Unstable right now to even care “Thanks for pointing that I’m weak, At least I can understand Other’s Through their emotions unlike A certain someone who’s bluntly Honest but Fucked up when it comes to understanding” LightSpeed snapped back, It has been a long time since ShockWave ever Mentioned the word ‘Logic’ to him… it felt like they started back in the beginning.

He didn’t mind, right now he doesn’t care he just want to get all the Stupid Anger out of him! “at Least I’m Honest, And not hiding behind a mask of Lies” ShockWave Hissed “I’m Hiding Because I’m Scared OK! He was holding back a sob “I hate it, I hate every single Part of your existence… The way you let your emotions Run free, It sicken me… It’s weak and Useless, I want to destroy it, every to I see you shows So much Emotions I want to Kill you… you’re Too bright I want to Cover you with something so That I don’t need to see you… You’re everything That I hate” ShockWave finally admitted.

Instead of Crying LightSpeed chuckle “You said that and yet I’m still alive… why don’t you kill me? Now… here, There’s camera watching here and They’ll know that I want you to kill me… so why not? I’m waiting” LightSpeed’s Optics soften behind his Visor.

ShockWave servo move away and he give distance from him and LightSpeed.

He aim his cannon At the Technobot, LightSpeed didn’t flinch… he Stand there as he watch a light starting to appear on the cannon.

“Go Home or I’ll shoot you for real!” ShockWave threaten but LightSpeed didn’t move “Go ahead” Instead the Technobot answer…

ShockWave clench His Fist, He aim his cannon at LightSpeed’s chest “Go Home” “Why don’t you Shoot me? I’m not going to complain… kill me” LightSpeed calmly Spoke.

ShockWave wanted to do that… but Something in him… he can’t … he can’t …

→hm~ that is a Strange thing to happen… but it is not Impossible, Emotions are something that we can receive through times of experience… even if someone delete the Data and Programs it’ll came back to the person one way or another by a certain trigger of emotions.

Megatron answer, ShockWave Hated it… He Hated Emotions… he hates Caring for others Existence… those are Weakness, And Imperfect.

→the Trigger can be caused by A certain emotions you started to feel again or a Mnemosurgeon to reverse the ShadowPlay… or Learning about emotions again, in a rare case it was because Someone is triggering a certain emotions in you, Like Anger or Sadness or Adorations.

→Maybe It’s a Different type of Adoration? You adore me as a leader… it doesn’t Trigger any of your other Emotions, So what triggers it must be an emotion that can trigger others like Adorations without seeing ranks, Like for example how Hot Spot See’s OnSlaught… he Adore OnSlaught not because of His rank but because of who he is. That Type of adoration can trigger other emotions such as Platonic Love or Romantic Love, it Can also Trigger Excitement and Happiness- Hold on… ShockWave I need to hang up OverLord and Tarn is fighting again!

And something inside ShockWave Felt stabbed… in somehow a non painful way… LightSpeed purr at the touch…

ShockWave let out a Low chuckle before his Servo move to LightSpeed’s Neck… how easy it is to just break it… but he cant… somewhere deep down he can’t…

“What are you trying to do?” LightSpeed asked, as he open his optics… ShockWave Was about to pull his servo away but LightSpeed holds it in place with his own Servo. “nothing, Just thinking how easy it is to break it”

It made LightSpeed laugh, He wasn’t scared… he move ShockWave’s servo to his lips and blow air on it, He felt ShockWave flinch. He look straight to the other Mech’s optic, his Visor Shine with Mischief.

“What’s Up?” LightSpeed asked playfully, That look he’s giving ShockWave right now… made the Decepticon Scientist felt out of Breath…

Was this the affect of LightSpeed’s charm? Has it finally work on him? No it can’t be working, It never work and would never will! It doesn’t work to someone as Emotionless as he is… Emotionless… can he even call himself that ever again? Knowing that the crimson mech laying on the Berth has won…

ShockWave stare at his Palm… Why did LightSpeed just do that? “sorry about that, I just feel like showing someone affection, Usually It’s DragStrip but hey she’s not around and you’re here” LightSpeed shrugged, ah that explains… it’s sickening but ShockWave wants more of it.

Ever since that day…

ShockWave started to hate it… being around LightSpeed was already bad and now That LightSpeed’s Charm started to work it made it worse!

5 month has Passed since they started their Relationship, ShockWave has already keep track of The times they spend together, he Was More than Glad when ScatterShot has accepted to help him… and at the same time he can’t help but feel afraid what one day when he woke up LightSpeed wasn’t with him anymore…

So he kept track of the things they do, Make sure LightSpeed done The Possible things he wanted to do, ShockWave wanted to make the Mech Happy… Wanted to Make him enjoy life the fullest, Whenever LightSpeed ask for his company ShockWave would drop everything he’s doing and Accompany LightSpeed.

To Him, The crimson mech didn’t deserve this threatening Life… LightSpeed was born at the War… when the Autobots already took over Cybertron again… and now it has been only around 15.000 Cybertron Years after the war has Ended, LightSpeed life was… Short… 15.000 for a Cybertronians is simply An age of a Teenager.

LightSpeed never experienced the golden age, He never know what it’s like living before the war… but he knows what it felt like living after it…

Of course LightSpeed knows this little Change of pace from ShockWave, How the mech would show Affection anytime he can… how He would Say yes when LightSpeed asked him for company, How he would Hold the Crimson mech close…

But he always keep positive, Because he know… in the end everything will end… death isn’t something to fear… It’s a part of life.

There are words ShockWave could never say to him, But LightSpeed knows him. He doesn’t need to say things he can’t say, LightSpeed already know…

7 Month in to their relationship.

ShockWave still haven’t find any other way to deal with LightSpeed’s allergy, Megatron and ScatterShot also Haven’t find another cure… Even Ratchet Start helping but... finding something more Than an LSA, Is Harder.

“Try this” ShockWave Said as he put down a bottle of pill in front of LightSpeed “What is this?” LightSpeed asked, Picking it up “A stronger dose of LSA, I Had to tick with it’s DNA a little, It’ll get rid of the Viruses That still stuck in your system… but It wont Get rid of your allergies” ShockWave explain, LightSpeed smile at him softly.

Before standing up, And reaching out to Hold his Side of helm “ShockWave I… Thank you, You don’t need to do something like this” LightSpeed word were soft and comforting… What would ShockWave do without it?, ShockWave bump their helm together “I want to, I have to… For you, I don’t want to see you go too early… Please just give me time I promise We’ll find the cure” ShockWave whisper desperately… He hate this, He hate himself… for sounding so desperate only for an Autobot Life.

Well I don’t really need it so I’m not sure what to do with it… other than throwing it away” LightSpeed shrugged, ShockWave seems confused “It is… a Logical Explanation but… it is a bit… Illogical” ShockWave spoke, LightSpeed walk closer to him “What is it That seems Illogical to you?” LightSpeed asked.

ShockWave wasn’t sure how to answer, He doesn’t actually know what made him feel it’s illogical for LightSpeed to throw away the Datapad “do you not want me to throw It away?” LightSpeed asked softly as he took the Datapad from ShockWave, He look at the picture on the Datapad “I told you before didn’t I? I like the You Now, I know you… I don’t know Senator ShockWave, It felt weird Holding on a datapad full of someone I never knew even if it’s you… it’s not the you I know, Not the one I Love” LightSpeed turn the Datapad off before tossing it away back to the Trashcan.

They don’t and both of them Know it… each day pass is another opportunity Disappear, ShockWave DOES want to think about it but In the end of the day he Would always have that worry in him… They don’t have much time.

For a Race Car LightSpeed surprisingly liked to take things slow for his life, He doesn’t like things moving too fast or things being forced right to him when he’s not ready, He understands how ShockWave feel unease being Forced so suddenly… but hey, they Work things out and Here they are.

“why didn’t you choose Racing as your job?” ShockWave asked after a while of Silence, LightSpeed hums and step away a little “because I don’t really find any passion in it, It’s just a simple fun Hobby for me I’ll do it only if I have time” LightSpeed answer.

“Was that the answer you’re looking for?” LightSpeed ask back “it is, But I still find it a bit… illogical, you are A Race car since your creation. But yet you did not find the thrill of racing like others… it seems like you are more Invested in Science than Racing” ShockWave mutters, It is a bit weird… a Bit out of place.

LightSpeed laugh softly “I can’t argue with that! I find it weird myself… I’m sure you know this that… My Wish since I was Created was to soar across the Sky, to just let go of gravity” ShockWave could see the dreamy look on LightSpeed’s Visor “a Logical Conclusion, why don’t you change frame?” “Because… I… Feel like I needed more in the ground than up there”

That Question made LightSpeed smile “You can say that, More likely… I’m afraid of taking a step further without being able to Step back” ShockWave only Nod, He doesn’t understand that fear but it is Logical If The Technobot have that kind of Fear.

He doesn’t need to fear… there’s someone who would Hold him up when he falls, His time here is Short he knows that… and He knows ShockWave wanted to make all His Dream comes true before the time comes…

He's not stupid, He know ShockWave asked For help about his Condition… LightSpeed appreciate that, He really does…

“Maybe, Instead of Changing my frame we could try making a detachable Wings?” LightSpeed offered, ShockWave Antenna perked up “That is a Logical Conclusion, We could do that” it almost made LightSpeed laugh how Excited ShockWave sounded.

A Race build that have more passion in flight and Science… What a strange mech LightSpeed is, ShockWave wouldn’t judge… that Strangeness and Illogical behavior was one of the reason He liked the mech.

LightSpeed was Childish… and He was Illogical, It annoys ShockWave how he can’t seems to understand the mech and yet at the same time the mech could easily Understand him… It’s like a puzzle he can’t solve but the puzzle solve him.

LightSpeed look down at him with those innocent And yet Mischievous Look on his Optics, He wasn’t wearing his Visor and oh… ShockWave had to admit he was More good looking without it “What’s wrong? Cat got your tongue?” LightSpeed teased, leaning closer.

ShockWave Optic online and he push himself from his desk, What kind of dream was that?! Since when did he start having those kind of dream?! “Something wrong?” LightSpeed voice made him flinch.

“N-no… Nothing, Just A… An Illogical Dream” ShockWave Answer “you seems out of breath, Is there something I can do to help?” LightSpeed look concerned, He sat up from his seat and went to ShockWave’s side of lab.

He reach out a hand to touch his Lover’s chest “your Spark beat is increasing, And your temperature is Getting High… are you sure your not sick?” LightSpeed asked, His voice was soft as he look up at ShockWave with those loving optics…

ShockWave servo hold his and slowly Intertwined their Digits “I am Fine, I just had an interesting dream that I never have before, No need to worry about me” ShockWave Answer, LightSpeed tilted his helm to the side “what kind of dream?”

“I do not wish to answer that” ShockWave mutters, And LightSpeed nod understanding… He was glad that the crimson mech didn’t push the subject instead they stay there in silence for a few more minutes until LightSpeed has to step back and went out of their lab because someone Called.

ShockWave look at his desk, why in primus would he have those kind of dream? It is… something he never have before… is it another side affect of getting his emotions back?...

LightSpeed touch his chest, He let out a Shaking Breath… for a very long time he felt lost without the Gestalts bond being activated…

While AfterBurner end up fighting With Strafe, LightSpeed felt a servo on his Shoulder… he turn to look at NoseCone “I’m Glad that you’re happy” of course, Why is he even surprised? NoseCone would Found out even without anyone telling him!

The door to the Break room slide open and ShockWave walks in, He Look at LightSpeed and gesture for the mech to follow.

LightSpeed stand up and made his way toward the Con “Hm?” “There’s Something I want to show you” ShockWave whisper before turning around to leave, LightSpeed gave one last glance at his Brothers before following ShockWave.

Most people wont know it but, LightSpeed and ShockWave walks Closer than The first day they’ve work together, Each day the distance seems to grow closer and closer… and until now they’ve walk Side by side… their servo touch once or twice, Just a light brush. That’s already the Most PDA thing they would do In public.

Suddenly a crimson Cybercat Ears and Tail appear connected to LightSpeed’s armor… silence filled the room… LightSpeed look down at his Servos that’s now Claws just like Strafe’s…

He slowly turn to look at ShockWave who tense, LightSpeed stare at him blankly and the tail behind him swayed here and there showing his disappointment and Annoyance “so it is for sexual needs… I’m not going to be the Least person to Kink Shame you and you know that… why am I not surprised if you’re into this?” LightSpeed glared.

“I-…” ShockWave tapped the part where LightSpeed tap earlier and the Cybercat Ear and tail disappear “It was Just a…” “a what? Yea you can’t make up excuse, I caught you red handed” LightSpeed mocks, ShockWave wanted to shut him up so bad- “Just tap this part” ShockWave sigh, LightSpeed did as he was told and a pair of Wings appear behind him, It’s almost similar to a Seeker wings but it’s thinner and matching the weight of LightSpeed’s armor.

LightSpeed turn to look behind him at the wings, He slowly move it… it felt so real… it… it felt real, Real wings… he’s speechless… seeing this reaction from LightSpeed made ShockWave proud! “Want to test it out?” ShockWave offered, LightSpeed nod.

LightSpeed take to the sky, of course BrainStorm had to Guide him, The crimson mech never felt what it’s like having wings before after all.

It was a fun experience, he fail a few attempt but As BrainStorm Said, He’s a Natural And quick learner… in 2 Hour LightSpeed already maneuvering across the Sky, Flying here and there.

He finally lands back down after another 30 minutes and he went up to ShockWave “Ok this is cool! Thank you” LightSpeed Looks so excited and happy, ShockWave reach out and caress his wings… ignoring the Surprised stare from most Cybertronians near them…

Most of them Decide to dismissed it as an ‘act of Ignorant’ because ShockWave… doesn’t have a Door wings or a wings, he wouldn’t know what Caressing ones wings means and LightSpeed wont too (he just got a wing no way he Knows what it means) but ShockWave… is well invested in Culture, he knows what this means.

He knows Caressing Ones Wings or Door Wings is a form of Claiming the person or Calling the person Dearest loved ones… mostly a Symbol of A Lover when it comes to someone That isn’t in a Siblings or Creator Creations relationship, LightSpeed on the other hand does not… he doesn’t understand what ShockWave is doing but he find it pleasant, so he didn’t stop the Decepticon Scientist.

Perceptor Glance and BrainStorm who glance back at his lab partner “… I’m Going to tell them” BrainStorm pointed at the two, Perceptor back away… he’s not going to be involved.

There’s already a few Cybertronians taking a Photo of the situation even if there’s not much around them… Photo already spread everywhere by now-

BrainStorm made his way toward the two “ShockWave you might want to move tour Servo, Mechs might got the wrong ideas” He whisper, LightSpeed look confused “It is Illogical for you to think I do not understand the meaning of my actions… I am well aware of What I’m doing” ShockWave says out loud.

“BrainStorm what is He doing?” LightSpeed asked confused BrainStorm still look surprised by ShockWave’s answer, primus everyone that heard him look surprised “I am merely, Stating facts… and Break the news to the world” ShockWave answer calmly “What news?” LightSpeed asked again, He hate being left in the dark.

BrainStorm cough ”uh… I got to go, ShockWave will explain everything” the Weapon Specialist pat LightSpeed’s shoulder before running off! LightSpeed turn to look at ShockWave waiting for an explanation.

“I’ll tell you later” ShockWave said before letting go of LightSpeed’s wings and walk away, LightSpeed huffed and followed him… He can’t help but realized that Mechs and femmes around them has been whispering about something… ShockWave isn’t telling him something!

“YOU WHAT?!” LightSpeed was a blushing mess, In front of his ShockWave seems proud of himself “I- I thought you don’t… but…” “It has been 8 months and now we’re Conjunx Endura, I assume the world needs to know” ShockWave answer.

LightSpeed sigh and shake his helm “You should’ve give me a heads up first now I feel like I rejected your Confession at some point for not knowing” he let out a whine, ShockWave stare at him amused “understandable” He Nod. “Cat’s Out of the bags now huh… Does this mean I can Hold your Servo in Public now?” LightSpeed mutters while looking away.

ShockWave one Optic blink “LightSpeed I do not know you wanted to do that, If you told me Earlier I wouldn’t say No, I won’t have a logical Reason to deny your offer to show me affection at any time” ShockWave explain, both mech look surprised and LightSpeed finally let out a breathless Laugh “I guess We both need to communicate about these things than assuming” and ShockWave nod in agreement.

After ShockWave decide to expose their relationship, They have been more open about it… LightSpeed Being openly Playful here and there with ShockWave while ShockWave js More touchy than usual. ShockWave doesn’t enjoy physical Contact with any other creature but He can tolerate LightSpeed… honestly he might not survive without the Mech’s touch for a week!

The Decepticon Scientist didn’t realize how Touch Starve he can get until he Bonded with LightSpeed… And the crimson mech doesn’t seems to mind, he’ll give ShockWave all the attention he needs.

The gifts and mail started to Mild down, and LightSpeed finally felt at ease… but he really didn’t like how some Cybertronians still think they can get him, some of them Kept trying to Either Accuse ShockWave for doing something to LightSpeed or they Said they can be a way better partner than him! But LightSpeed doesn’t really care about them.

“What are you Reading?” ShockWave asked as he sat next to LightSpeed “Fanfiction” LightSpeed chuckle, He kept scrolling down… he’s not surprised if The Humans had made a lot of fanfiction about ShockWave after all the mech was more well known through out the whole galaxy! And Thanks to Halianta- LightSpeed know what Fanfiction is…

And he find them interesting, It’s like a light novel… and He enjoys it- of course he only read them when he have the time- and It was only This day he actually decide to see what the Humans have About ShockWave… and he have to admit…

What is Fanfiction??? Is it some kind of Information? Some kind of… Observation??? “Fanfiction, I can’t seems to find that word in Cybertronian Dictionary” ShockWave answer, That earn a chuckle from LightSpeed “Fanfiction- It’s the type of Story fans or admirer made of existing or non existing People or Characters, Something like that… look it up” LightSpeed answer (the answer he soon will Find funny results in-)

A minute has passed, He stare at nothing… and LightSpeed laughed when ShockWave grabbed The Crimson’s Mech’s phone and Stare at the screen with judgement. “I do not understand why you read these things when you have the real one” ShockWave huffed annoyed, Why would His Beloved Conjunx Read something like this? “I just find it fun” LightSpeed manage to let out after his laugh “I still can’t seems to find that Logical, It’s illogical! You wake up every morning with me by your side and you still decide to read these… ‘Fanfictions’ Humans wrote about me” ShockWave Snarl glaring at the phone, LightSpeed wasn’t afraid… he just gave his Conjunx an innocent smile.

ShockWave handed LightSpeed his phone back “I do not act Like what those Writings says” ShockWave huffed, LightSpeed rolled his optics… “Yea sure, your behavior actually match up with a lot of these Fanfics… It’s sort of cute” LightSpeed tease giving him a wink, ShockWave Glare soften and he look away blushing, LightSpeed reach up to caress ShockWave’s antenna, they melted to his touch and so does ShockWave.

The Decepticon Scientist Stands up, LightSpeed grabbed his Canon Arm and Pull him back down, ShockWave falls back to his seat He glares at LightSpeed who glares back “OW! Hey what is that for?!” Both Mech’s attention turn back toward WheelJack who was now Kneeling on the Table Holding his Helm in pain.

Ratchet was now standing in front of him holding a wrench “Ratty Please get down” The Ex Decepticon try to pull his Conjunx down from the table but Ratchet didn’t budge “This is the last time you’re playing god” Ratchet threaten “or I’m going to be the Devil” He added. “You’re already a devil ever since you decide to Harm little innocent me” WheelJack joked.

“INNOCENT???” Ratchet Shouted, Oh boy… there’s a Murderous aura Surrounding him “Ratchet… Come down from the table let’s not use violence” Drift Nervously smile, Next to him Perceptor just stands there amusedly and BrainStorm was Laughing his aft off.

“These two… even after the war they still act like that” Strafe Chuckle shaking his Helm, He was glad at least their dynamic didn’t change no matter how their life does.

Finally after a few move convincing Ratchet slide down from the Table (Without causing more harm-).

LightSpeed shake his helm, He stand up and pull ShockWave out of the room with him, right After the door closed behind them they heard a loud crash. “I hate him” “I Know” LightSpeed nod as they both Made their Way to their own lab.

Grimlock Roared, Louder than ever… LightSpeed has to covered his Audio Receptor while ShockWave’s antenna flick back showing his dismay.

“That’s louder than When you met SixShot…” LightSpeed let out after the painful Roar… Grimlock huffed, Smokes coming out of his Mouth… he was ready to burn ShockWave down- “L-Look… I know This is uh… disappointing but” LightSpeed was Nervous, Of course he was… his sire never been this angry at Him!

Grimlock let out a Growl, ShockWave doesn’t seems to be fazed by the threat “You LightSpeed can do better!” Grimlock let out “I- I uh… don’t know how to answer that but, Please? I mean… We’re already Conjunx so-“ “W H A T?!?!” His shout Shake the whole Place.

“It is Logical if you don’t Trust me” ShockWave shrugged, He know what he did and he’s not apologizing. “You ShockWave… Dare take Me Grimlock’s Son Away!?” “technically Yes” ShockWave answer without Hesitation, LightSpeed flinch and Hit his Shoulder telling him to be quiet! “Him LightSpeed Prince, Him LightSpeed Deserve Better! You ShockWave Only Harm! You ShockWave Harm Dinobots!” Grimlock Shouted at his face.

LightSpeed step back, He could feel the Murderous Aura from Both of them… they are down to kill each other any time soon.

Ah it seems like the issues still not solved, It’s been Years… thousands and probably millions. “Your Son is A Legal Adult, Logically He can make his own choices without needing your consent” ShockWave Glared at the Dinobot King, Grimlock Snap his teeth The Smoke was still coming out of his Mouth… “Him Still Grimlock Baby! Them Technobot Still Grimlock’s!” Grimlock Snarl.

Well ShockWave can’t argue with that- “you Let Two… No three of your Kids to be with a Con and not him? Don’t you think that’s unfair?” ShockWave Asked “That’s… Me Grimlock do not agree! Them Technobots Are Stubborn” “Just like their Creator” ShockWave points out.

“You LightSpeed outside!” “But-“ “Speed, Outside now” LightSpeed look between them before he slowly made his way out…

He was Anxious, Super Anxious… He heard Crashes and roar and Gun Shots from inside the room… They’re fighting…

After 30 minutes the door slide open and ShockWave walk out of the room, he was damaged… And holding his own canon arm that was unattached.

“Ok so we talked it out” ShockWave finally said when his Optic laid on LightSpeed’s Stunned Frame, Grimlock Walk out of the room after him, the T-Rex was damaged too… LightSpeed wasn’t sure who won- both have the same Amount of Damage.

Grimlock Huffed “Fight does not solve it, So we talk” oh so that was the silence after all those terrifying Sounds- they actually talk… it out- “The fight went to a draw, your Sire Doesn’t like it so he finally agree to talk” ShockWave Cough out.

“Why don’t we get you two to the Medbay first?” LightSpeed Offered.

There’s a lot of Questions LightSpeed still have in mind but he decide to not ask, he simply followed ShockWave… to the Capital City of Cybertron.

They both transform and Made their way across the Street “There’s a lot of Cybertronians here, So much more than Altihex” LightSpeed Mutters, He walk a little Closer to ShockWave so they wont get Separated, ShockWave glance at him and nod before looking back to the road.

“have you been here before?” ShockWave asked “I have, They use this city as a main base after the Autobots finally took over” LightSpeed answer, he almost let out a yelp when He felt ShockWave servo on his Waist and pulling him Closer “In here mech with your Color of frame isn’t rare so be sure not to get too far I wont be able to Find you” ShockWave made up an excuse.

ShockWave knock 3 times and waiting for an answer he push the door open “SoundWave, There’s something I need to Discuss…” His word falls… “ShockWave?” “Situation: Awkward” SoundWave started playing slow and Dramatic Music in the background as Optimus and ShockWave stare at One and another surprised.

Wait… the Mech was Trying to drug him?! The mech stand up and Made a run for it “I’ll Get him” KnockOut hissed before jumping to the Table and Raced to catch the mech.

Shouting for someone to call a Guard, LightSpeed stand up and Touch ShockWave’s shoulder “Are you ok?” he asked, ShockWave look at him and Gave him a Smile using his optic “I am, Those mere weak Drug doesn’t work on me” He lied.

ShockWave turn around “Come on, Let’s Go home… I’m sure KnockOut could deal with the mech on his own” He Spoke before walking off, LightSpeed followed.

You drank half of the cube” LightSpeed asked worried, ShockWave nod “I am perfectly fine” He lied again, It took everything in his Self conscious not to Lose control… LightSpeed quickly walk beside him and hold his servo “If you’re feeling off I can Find a Cure-“ “Didn’t I tell you I’m fine? Another thing LightSpeed learn from being in a relationship with ShockWave is that… the Mech is Touch-Starve… Touch Starve and Horny- Even if he denied being both… in public it might looks like ShockWave was saying the truth but behind Closed doors and when they’re alone… that Denial really is just a big fat lies-

ShockWave would need physical touch probably 80% of the time when they’re alone, It doesn’t need to be sexual! Maybe just a pat on the shoulder or Holding his servo… and if he didn’t get the Attention he needs the mech would sulk- literally Sulk…

ShockWave would Let out Huffs and His optics would dimmed Every time LightSpeed forgot to Give him the attention he needs, He would Curl up somewhere and Sulk and when asked what’s wrong he would say ‘Nothing is wrong’ But then proceed to sulk again… AND HE’S CALLING LIGHTSPEED THE CHILD! But when LightSpeed realizes what he Needs ShockWave’s Antenna will Raise up and make a happy motion as LightSpeed either hug him or Pat him.

ShockWave likes to stare… not in an arousing or Sexual way, He just like to stare and observe… When LightSpeed is doing something he Just stare at what LightSpeed’s doing, He like to stick around LightSpeed when he have nothing to do especially when they’re alone… And He’s still calling LightSpeed the cat? He's calling LightSpeed a Childish Brat!? after Saying that he 'wouldn’t mind to put LightSpeed in a cage like a pet?!'

WHILE HE’S THE ONE THAT ALWAYS BEEN BEHAVING LIKE ALL OF THOSE! LightSpeed never points it out to him… he did the first few week but then he stopped and just accepted that ShockWave is just always in denial.

ShockWave also Loves giving him Attention- Even if LightSpeed isn’t as Attention seeking or touch starve as ShockWave is, the mech still appreciate the Attention his Conjunx gave him.

Just like KnockOut Describe… ShockWave Is Head Over Heels for Him, The mech Slowly receiving his emotions back and he doesn’t know how to control his sheer adorations love for his Conjunx… It definitely scares the crap out of most Cybertronians- but LightSpeed isn’t afraid. Honestly he thinks that’s amusing.

But… today He haven’t seen ShockWave at all, ShockWave did tell him he have some business to run and wouldn’t come to work but… He didn’t expect the mech to not come home for a full day…

LightSpeed had tried to send a comm but ShockWave wouldn’t answer, And He did answer to LightSpeed’s text, but When LightSpeed ask when he’ll come home he said ‘As soon as possible’…

He wonders why…

“LightSpeed has been created with that allergies of his, at first I am unsure if even Changing his spark would Get rid of the Allergies” ScatterShot spoke, Optics still looking at the Screen in front of him “But then, There is something we can do about it… it wont get rid of the Allergies but will make it milder” He Turn to look at ShockWave and The others.

“Is there actually any way to reverse the affect of the allergies?” ShockWave asked desperate for an answer…

“other than changing his Spark, We can try doing a Modification on it but… it is as dangerous as Changing his spark but Have less risk on death” ScatterShot spoke softly… the whole room went silent…

“This is your brother we’re talking about here ScatterShot, You can’t be serious thinking of messing with his spark” Ratchet snapped “Do you have a better Idea?” ScatterShot glared at Him “ScatterShot, the way you said it as if You’re telling us one of the only way is to commit ShadowPlay but to a spark instead of a Brain Module” Ratchet slam his servo to the Table.

The two Argument started to get louder and louder, Megatron ha stand up trying to stop the two from arguing but his voice was drown out when ScatterShot shouted at him to sit the frag down- and surprisingly Megatron did.

ShockWave wasn’t sure what Effect the Technobot Commander had towards the cons under his command now but it’s definitely scary to see His former leader back down and listen to someone who’s … a lower rank.

“Can you at least be a Little more Reasonable For this?!”

“WE CAN FIND ANOTHER WAY”

ShockWave snap his optic open and turn to look at the Technobot Commander, ScatterShot body was Shaking… he was trembling. From all the rumors ShockWave heard, This is Different, The Technobot Commander is too emotionally unstable right now… Interesting could this be the affect of losing their Combiner energy? They will change from who they used to be.

Maybe that’s why LightSpeed acted more Playful than What others tell him, He lost his Combiner… it affect both his brain module and his Spark, Meaning that It changes LightSpeed whole personality and Way of thinking… and maybe… his immunity toward his allergies “could it be by the lost of Computron it affected LightSpeed’s immunity toward his Allergies?” ShockWave Spoke, Shutting both ScatterShot and Ratchet up.

“ScatterShot Suggestions might not be that bad, we don’t need to change his spark we just need to tinker with it, Like putting back all the Screw loose” ShockWave continues, He could see the Technobot Commander’s Body relaxed.

“ShockWave, Out of everyone here I expect you to be the one to Refuse something like this” Ratchet mutters “I do refuse the method but… I also don’t want to lose him, If we can Commander We need to do the Operation as fast as we can, Do we need a Mnemosurgeon for this?” ShockWave asked, His spark tighten in his chest… he doesn’t agree to this method.

But if it is the best way, the only way that could Give a Clear Result of survival… then he will do it, he’s a Mad Scientist he should push aside all those feeling of worry and doubt… and choose the Best option. “Actually, We also… need someone who can do a Zero Point” ScatterShot put both servo an the desk and Half of the Cybertronian all turn to look at Megatron.

And they do… ScatterShot method is Illogical, and Could be called Mad by some bots…

No one has ever tried to tinker around someone’s spark using a Mnemosurgeon needle, and because it have a High chance of not working and killed the mech instead- “That’s why I said we need someone who Can do a Zero point, if it went out of Control at least we can keep LightSpeed stable and not… dead”

“ScatterShot you’re playing with life and death”

“When am I not? Honestly When am I not?... we can't make a New Anigma of Combination in time ok, this might be our fastest Choice” ScatterShot rolled his optics…

After a while of discussion and argument they finally all Sigh and Agreed with ScatterShot method.

The Technobot Commander really is something else- how is he still Alive? ShockWave wonders… but then He remembers that ScatterShot is Grimlock’s son- of course… that answers so many questions-

When ShockWave came home, it was already late Around midnight, LightSpeed was sitting on the floor already dazed, He Rub his Optic that was no longer being hidden behind his Visor… he look up at ShockWave before letting out a yawn and stand up.

“You’re late” LightSpeed mutters making his way toward His Conjunx, ShockWave reach out his Servo and LightSpeed hold it with his own intertwined their digits, the Technobot lean closer and his engine let out a loud purr “Welcome home” He tiredly Greeted.

“Forgive me For being late, The meeting was longer than I thought” ShockWave Made up an excuse, Honestly it wasn’t the meeting but the whole preparation “LightSpeed may I ask you something?” LightSpeed shake his helm “not right now Shocky, Maybe tomorrow? We should head to berth now” he Lean his helm to ShockWave’s chest.

ShockWave didn’t object, He gave him a nod and lead them to their BerthRoom.

When Morning comes, ShockWave Gather the courage to ask LightSpeed for his consent of the situation that about to happen… LightSpeed just stare at him as he explain, Stumbling with his words here and there… ShockWave was clearly Nervous, His Antenna move back and forth, twitching.

But LightSpeed calm expression as he listen does helps a little... After he finished explaining He search for any expression in LightSpeed’s face but the mech just look back at him with a neutral calm expression.

“Do you want me to? Accept?” LightSpeed asked, the hardest Question… ShockWave look at his optics… “I…” “You said it yourself, This process has less consequences but this surgery never done before because it’s ScatterShot reckless idea… Mnemosurgy is for the brain module… not the Spark, There will be cost so asking you… do you want me to go through it? Do you consent of it?” LightSpeed clear his Question.

“I… Please, I just want you to lived I’m willing to do anything and Everything if I have your consent of Doing it” ShockWave finally admit it, LightSpeed smile “Then I give you consent… but if anything happens Promise me one thing” LightSpeed lean forward and Touch their forehelm together.

A years Has passed…

The Process has been a success, but of course it was an unstable Surgery, LightSpeed allergy didn’t went away but it doesn’t have the deadly affect like when it used to…

Computron has went back online… The Technobots could feel him through their bonds, AfterBurner was the first one bursting to tears when He felt Computron through the bond… and when he felt his Gestalts became stronger again… he could feel his brothers!...

But of course … there are consequences…

When waking Up after the Operation, LightSpeed has forgotten everything when the war ends, He only remember bits and pieces but he can’t remember everything… It seems like the awaken of Computron not just affected his Immune system it also affected his Memory, the Affect also effected Strafe and NoseCone but the two were easy to remember because they only forgot a few piece of puzzle but still remember the end of the war.

While LightSpeed forgot everything that happens after the war ends and even when the last war was happening.

He have a bit of problem trying to fit in what used to be his daily life, That Polite manner and smile came back, the soft spoken and His Goody two shoe Personality (As ShockWave liked to call it-) came back to him, so Combiner really did have some affect on it’s Gestalts member personality and Memory… and maybe even Their Power.

ScatterShot has become less emotional again and AfterBurner was his old ‘Fuck the rules’ Personality which gets him in so much more trouble than he used to get-

ShockWave wasn’t sure how to feel at first… he was Definitely sad? But glad the fact that with this LightSpeed could lived longer and maybe one day they’ll finally find the cure to his Allergies for permanent, But his Spark Pulse faster when LightSpeed walk up to him and accepted his servo instead of ScatterShot’s and followed by the word

‘I don’t know why, But I trust you… I trust you more than anyone, So please Help me remember’

He had accepted ShockWave’s servo, A servo of the mech he only heard done so many bad things… a mech he did not even remember other from the stories he had heard before the end of the war… instead of the servo of his Commander who he Always Adored… His Own Brother who he remembers, Who he had fought alongside with ever since they were created.

ShockWave wanted to wrap his Arm around the crimson mech right at that moment but he hold himself.

He did not throw it all at LightSpeed, He told the crimson mech that they lived together as ‘RoomMates’ (as the Humans liked to call it-) and Surprisingly LightSpeed believed him the others that known of The Technobot Situation decide to let ShockWave do things in his own pace which surprisingly slow and Well Mannered instead of just throwing out facts at LightSpeed… he waited for the mech to understand.

And the more LightSpeed understand, The more he see’s his surrounding… he could little by little put the pieces of puzzle together.

ShockWave Has given him his collar back and he had to admit… he can’t get tired of LightSpeed amazed face every time the mech realize he now can have wings and Fly…

“Whoops! Careful there” ShockWave Manage to grab LightSpeed by the wings before pulling him back, LightSpeed let out a Laugh “Sorry Sorry, I suppose I didn’t see where I’m going again” He Pat ShockWave’s shoulder.

There aren’t many photos in the house… and At how Grimlock Acted near ShockWave LightSpeed felt like There’s something he’s actually missing and No one is telling him about it!

There’s thousands things ShockWave would want LightSpeed to do… And One of them is to remember… but the Mad scientist clear his intake and Throw all those aside “Will you… recharge with me tonight? Nothing will happen, Just… stay with me for tonight” ShockWave asked, His antenna move down.

ShockWave was Telling the truth, Nothing will happen, just recharging next to each other… but LightSpeed wasn’t sure why his spark was Pulsing so fast… he had to force his own engine to stop because of how loud they are… is this something roommates do?? Something in LightSpeed told him that, He knows every single Detail of the mech in front of him… without thinking one of his servo reach out and Stroke the cables on ShockWave’s neck.

He close his optics and Lean forward to kiss it…

Then There’s a sound of an engine Booting up… LightSpeed snap his optic back online “What are you trying to do?” ShockWave asked, There was a hint of amusement in his voice, LightSpeed quickly pull himself way and sat up “I- I didn’t … uhh I’m sorry” he apologize.

“What is there to be sorry about? I don’t mind” ShockWave chuckles before looking away to the other direction… oh how he wish he could hug LightSpeed right now.

LightSpeed look away too, There was an Awkward Silence between them… “Should I… get back to my room?” He ask nervously, When he did not receive an answer the mech decide to slide down from the berth but before he could move further his Servo was being pulled back.

“Stay… I… Need you right now, To stay here” ShockWave Mutters, it sounded like a whisper but clear enough for LightSpeed to hear.

And he did stay… he climb back up to the berth as ShockWave pulled him even Closer.

So the whole time He had stayed there, He kept his word… he did not leave.

There’s no way he could be in heat, so… is he Turned on right now? It shouldn’t be this bad, While ShockWave was Lost in though trying to think of the Logical Conclusion of The Situation LightSpeed pulls his knee up and hold it with his servos… He tried to calm his engine down.

This is embarrassing! He tried to Push all the Emotions away, Cleaning his processor but his spark was still pulsing… his spark was Longing for something… for someone… not his Gestalts or the presence of Computron… but… he can’t seems to understand what his spark wants… it was Reaching out for someone he did not know, He did not remember.

Why is it getting worse after just sleeping Next to ShockWave? Did He accidentally trigger something?

You don’t have a Conjunx you’re right sorry my bad” Ratchet nervously laughed it out, LightSpeed look at him confused and worry “Ratchet… what is it that I forget?” he ask.

First he check in his room, Maybe some of the items could give him a clue… and He did find something.

In one of the box he didn’t open because he’s too lazy to do so- in the bottom of the box there’s Datapads, LightSpeed turn it on and He felt like his intake has been dried-

There was a picture of a mech, He wasn’t sure who it is… but… the mech is he would not lie the mech is Attractive, But He never seen him before…

He tick around with the Datapad and Got more information than he should’ve-

The Camera Was thrown toward The familiar mech and LightSpeed could hear a laugh as the Screen turn to a Mech, His frame was similar to the one in the last picture but his paint was different “You know you’re going to get silenced one of this days…” Someone says off screen of course they sounded like they were joking.

The Senator proudly Pose “At least If I get Silenced People will Remember me by my Intelligence and My Beauty” he joked.

“You’re poking the force of nature, You really going to Wear that paintjob while Meeting the council?” the mech off screen asked again and it ear a laugh from the Senator “You could say I’m poking Primus with a metal stick”

There’s still a lot of other video and Photos of the same mech in this one Datapad… why does he have this???? Is that mech still alive? LightSpeed has to admit… the Mech’s voice was soothing and he is quite… Charismatic, In every single word he says there’s a hint of Fondness and Confident.

Without even realizing it LightSpeed has Watched all 5 of those Video… last him Hours in his room- as the last part ends the mech let out a sigh of relief before his gaze Soften to the Camera.

“I… think He have a good point of view” LightSpeed look away “You know you used to throw this Datapad to the trash, I was the one that kept putting it back in your box of Datapads” ShockWave gently Grab the Datapad away from LightSpeed “And why did I do that?” LightSpeed asked hoping for a good answer.

ShockWave Didn’t answer for a minute before he shrugged “I don’t know” He lied, He had lied a lot ever since LightSpeed lost his Memory… wow- he started to see why LightSpeed likes to lie.

Even if it’s just accidentally bumping his Servo or a Poke to the Shoulder… ShockWave really have so much Self control it’s terrifying.

He snapped out of his thoughts when he notice LightSpeed leaning forward touching his chest, Like He was Hurting “is something wrong?” ShockWave asked, Then he could hear it… LightSpeed’s engine roars so loud… oh… this again… “sorry, My spark seems to be restless, I’ll be ok don’t worry” LightSpeed still manage to smile, clawing at his chest… he was Hurting? ShockWave put a hand to his optic, Oh how much self control he had to use so he wont slip up at that moment… hearing the sound of those engine, and the Pulsing spark that Begging for him… slowly ShockWave falls to his knee on the ground. The more he let LightSpeed into his life the more he became religious to play to what ever god up there to give him Strength! “damn it… if only you know what you’re doing to me” he whispered to himself glaring at the ground.
