Chapter Text

Jake was sitting on the floor of the music room; he had been sitting there for at least 5 minutes now, but he can't bring himself to get up. He can still feel the tears streaming down his cheeks. It took him a while to process what had just happened but now that he did, he couldn't move. He just wanted to crawl in a hole and never come out. He wanted to run home and then wake up tomorrow and it turn out to be a dream. But it wasn't a dream, the slap from Milly had proved that. He was angry at himself and his "friends" but were they really his friends if they would do this to him? They got him kicked out of the one place that he felt like he could be himself and hurt everyone in that place at the same time.

After a while he was eventually able to stand up, he exited the music room and walked slowly to his locker still upset about what happened. He got his stuff and he walked back to his house. As soon as he entered his house he ran to his room and threw his stuff on the ground, he walked over to his nightstand and opened the drawer. He grabbed a little orange bottle of pills and held it in his hand just staring at it for a moment, He shook his head shoved the drawer shut and put the pills in his pocket. The pills were his old anti-depressants from when he was bullied in middle school. He sat on his bed and before he knew it the tears started again, he sat there crying on his bed and eventually he ended up falling asleep.

"Jake? Jake wake up please." He woke up to his moms voice in his room. "Are you okay honey? I came into your room and you were asleep, you looked like you had been crying." Jake turned on his phone and saw it was 6:45 am. (idk what time their school starts) He looked back at his mom who was now only peeking into his room from the door way, on her way to make breakfast. "Yea mom I'm okay.." "Okay honey but you fell asleep with your binder on, maybe you could wear a baggy sweater today instead of wearing it?" Jake looked down and his binder was in fact still on, "Okay mom ill do that." Jake got up out of his bed as his mom shut his door and walked to the kitchen. He got up and went to his drawer to see if he even had a baggy sweater or hoodie. He found a old black hoodie that he hadn't worn in a while but it was still fairly big for him as he didn't know his size when he bought it and got it way to big. He slipped off his jacket and threw it to the side, he looked down at the scars on his arm and just stared for a second. After a bit he quickly took off his shirt and binder to put on a random white shirt and the black hoodie he had found. He looked at himself in the mirror and the hoodie did a good job at hiding his chest, he just hopped he didn't have to take it off. No one at school knew he was trans, except for Drew, Henry, and Liam of course. After he had ate some of the breakfast his mom had made, he got his stuff and hopped into his moms car. She had offered to drive him today since he seemed upset.

Chapter Text

After his mom dropped him off at school, he walked to his locked hoping that he would be able to get there and put his stuff inside of it and leave before the jomies got there, and thankfully he was. He quickly walked away from his locker after putting his stuff in it trying to avoid running into the jomies, the music club, or Daisy. Unfortunately, he was unable to do that, as he was walking, he accidentally bumped into someone. He was too lost in his thoughts to have noticed someone was Infront of him, but what made it even worse was after he had regained his balance and looked at who it was, he saw Zander and Luke helping Hailey stand up. Zander gave Jake a death stair before Hailey notice him. "Did you do that on purpose? First you talk sh*t about us and now you are purposely trying to get our attention?! God just leave us alone!" She shouted before storming away as Luke tried to get her to slow down, Zander stayed back for a moment and just stared at Jake before slapping him and walked away. People in the hallway were staring now and of course Hailey screaming had brought attention from the last people he wanted to see.

Lia was running up to Jake asking him stuff like, "Omg Jake are you okay?!" and "What's her problem?" The rest of the group followed behind much slower. Lia was shaking Jake trying to get him to tell her why the music "freaks" are so pissed. "Lia leave him alone." Drew spoke as he got there. Lia slowly let go of Jake and stared at Drew, then it clicked in her brain. This is what they were doing yesterday, they were getting him kicked out of the club. Lia looked at Jakes face and felt a spike of guilt, she could see his eyes were still red from the crying and his hair didn't seem to have been done, but before she could say anything Drew spoke up with a small smirk on his face of course Jake couldn't see it as Drew was behind him. "What's up with her Jake? Whys she so upset at you?" He put a hand on Jakes shoulder. "I don't know." He spoke up, he didn't feel like losing them in the long run, so he chose not to confront them.

Time skip to after lunch

After the bell rang signifying that lunch was over Jake had had enough. He had multiple negative run ins with the music club members and had to deal with his friends talking Sh*t about them again. He didn't bother going to class and instead made his way to the bathroom, he sat in a stall until the bell rang meaning that class had started. He sat for a few more minutes before he opened to door and stepped out. He grabbed the pills out of his pocket as he hadn't taken them out, he dumped them all in his hands and filled the container with water. He tossed his head back and dumped all the pills in, and the water shortly after. He did his best to swallow them as quickly as possible. He exited the bathroom and walked to class; he didn't really care if he was late as he probably wasn't going to make it too tomorrow.

Another time skip sorry; After school

Jake felt like god must hate him because he and Hailey were the only people left in the classroom. Jake was feeling nauseous and very dizzy by now, he could feel Hailey's eyes on him and he knew she was pissed but he didn't care. His head was pounding and he could feel his stomach turning when all of a sudden he collapsed. Hailey had turned to exit the classroom when she heard it. A loud thump on the ground, she had assumed Jake had just dropped a book at first so she brushed it off, but when she opened the door and went to step out something was telling her to look. So she turned around and she didn't see anyone there, she took a few more steps towards where Jake was and there on the ground was an unconscious Jake with foam coming out of his mouth. Hailey dropped her stuff and was stuck for a second. As soon as her feet could move she ripped her phone out of her bag and ran over to him. She shook him and felt tears streaming down her cheeks, she had her phone in her other hand dialing 911. "Jake! Oh god Jake please wake up!" She heard the phone pick up and started talking before the operator could finish, "Hello 911 wh-" "I need help its my friend! I-I don't know what happened! He suddenly fell to ground unconscious and there's foam coming out of his mouth and his eyes! Oh god his eyes look dead! Hes still breathing though!" "Okay sweetie please calm down, where are you?" Hailey was trying hard to form words between her sobs, "I-I'm at-" *Sob* "Rose meadow High.." *Sob* "Please hurry!" "Okay honey we have sent an ambulance to your location, please make sure you watch his breathing." "O-okay" Hailey hung up the phone and stared down at Jake, she was filled with guilt. She was sobbing into her hands as she felt a hand on her shoulder and looked over to see a worried and shocked Zander. Luke had ran over the the other side of Jake to see if he was still breathing as now it had gotten so low you couldn't see if he was breathing. Luke gave a relived sigh Wich filled Zander and Hailey with some relief as they knew he was still breathing. Hailey was sobbing into Zanders arms who surprisingly was also crying. Lukes eyes were watering but he didn't start crying as he didn't get as close with Jake as everyone else but he was still sad.

Hailey and Zander were both crying in the ambulance as it drove Jake to hospital. Luke sat next to Zander trying his hardest to calm him down and stop himself from crying as he heard the paramedics talking about how they were losing him. When the doctors rush Jake into the hospital Luke, Hailey and Zander weren't far behind. Hailey was crying into Zanders arms, "Th-this is all m-my fault! I-if I had j-just hear him o-out, maybe..." She couldn't bring herself to finish that sentence and started sobbing again. "Hailey it's not just your fault, we all could have stood to hear him out. But we were all upset and sad about what he said, and we felt betrayed..." Luke was able to get out before tears streamed down his cheeks.

Chapter Text

After about an hour Hailey, Zander and Luke had calmed down so Hailey took out her phone to text Sean and Milly.

The Besties (The gc was named by Milly)

Hailey: Sean! Milly! You two need to get down to ****** Hospital now!

Milly: Why what's going on Hailey?!

Sean: Yeah, what's wrong!

Hailey: Just get down her please! Luke and Zander are here with me right now.

Milly: On my way right now!

Sean: Me too!

Back to reality

"I texted Sean and Milly to get here now." Hailey broke the silence Wich had been lingering in the air for quite a while now as they contemplated what to say to Jake. A doctor came into the room and looked at the three of them, "Are you three with Jake Sterling?" They all look up and Hailey quickly speaks, "Yes! Is he okay?!" "Yes, he is fine, in fact you may see him now." They all three jumped up, Hailey runs to his hospital room, Zander following closely behind and Luke trying his best to catch up. Jakes mom, Dad, and sister were in his hospital room already, they could hear his mom and sisters crying, as his dad talked to doctor. Hailey slowly stepped in, her eyes were red from crying and her hair was a mess because when she found Jake, she kept fumbling her hands in it. "Hey... You're in the music club he always talks about, right?" A girl Wich from what Hailey could make out was his sister piped up when she saw her. "He t-talks about us?" Hailey stutters, shocked because she had assumed that Jake didn't care about him. "Yea, all the time. He seems really happy after joining the club." Hailey feels guilt wash over her again as she stares at him. She could hear the sound of footsteps running down the hall. She could tell it was Sean and Milly and Zander and Luke had made their way into the room next to her, and of course they would rush to the hospital if any one of them told them to. But the footsteps stopped abruptly in the doorway. Milly and Sean stopped when they saw all three of their friends standing perfectly fine in the doorway of the hospital room. They were both now confused on why they were here if everyone was fine. Hailey turned around and Milly audibly gasped at how she looked. Then Milly ran to hug her, still confused but wanting to be there for her friend, then she gasped again. As Milly hugged Hailey, she looked over her shoulder and saw Jake sitting in the hospital bed. She pushed back from Hailey with a confused face and was struggling to get words out. By this point Zander and Luke had turned around to face Sean and Milly. "I know... I know what he did, b-but..." Hailey broke down again, tears flowing down her cheeks as sobs escaped her mouth. Milly froze trying to figure out what had happened to him, she had only seen him for a moment, but he had no physical injuries from what she could see. "W-what happened..." She finally muttered out. "The doctors say he overdosed on pills." Zander was able to form before tears streamed down his face again. "W-who?" Sean asked still confused as he hadn't seen who it was in the hospital room, and they had never said his name. Milly turned to him and whispered in his ear despite everyone there other than him knew. "J-jake..." Seans eyes widened, he was the only one who had felt some sympathy for Jake and now before he could even talk to him, he was in the hospital. He had tried to kill himself? He and Milly were both trying to wrap their heads around it. "Does anyone know how to contact his douchey friends? Despite how we may feel about them they still deserve to know that this happened to him." Luke spoke up breaking the silence that had again filled the room. Sean and Milly both pulled out their phones and scrolled through their contacts, checking to see if they still have them saved in their phone. "I have a way to contact Drew." Milly finally spoke up, "Yea and I can contact Lia." Sean said almost directly after her.

After many missed calls Drew finally answered Millys calls, "God, what do you want?" Milly rolled her eyes, "Well damn, I thought you would like to know that Jake is in the hospital. He overdosed on pills." "Wait what? Are you f*cking with me right now? Is this because I convinced dad to let mom have full custody of you?" "No, I'm not f*cking with you! Mom having full custody of me is the best thing that's ever happened to me! Living with you would be f*cking horrible!" Milly screamed into the phone before hanging up. "Wait Milly, Hes your brother?" Hailey piped up after Milly was done breathing heavily. She just rolled her eyes and nodded as everyone looked at her shocked. "Okay anyways." Sean said and he pulled out his phone and called Lia, "What do you want? Also, where are you moms freaking out!" Lia snapped. "I'm at the hospital right now." "Why?" "Because Jake is here-" He could hear her gasp a bit, "He overdosed on some pills, Hes stable but hasn't woken up yet." "OMG! IM ON MY WAY RIGHT NOW!" "LIA WHERE DO YOU THINK YOUR GOING?!" He could hear his mom shout in the background. "JAKE IS IN THE HOSPITAL!" Was the last thing he heard before she hung up. "Okay Shes on her way" He put his phone in his pocket and looked at everyone else. They had all made their way into the hallway and out of the room, Jakes family had gone home already. Hailey walked back into the room and walked up to the bed. She looked at him and all she could feel was guilt. All she could think was that this was her fault. She stood there for much longer than she thought she had because she heard people rushing in, Wich just so happened to be none other than his douchebag friends. "Can you move! God!" Lia shouted and shoved Hailey to the side. Hailey hit the ground hard, and Zander was quickly by her side to help her up. "What is your problem?! You b*tch! There was no need to push my sister!" "Yes, there was! Last time I checked you guys kicked him to the curb and caused him to overdose!" Lia shouted as she stood at Jakes side holding his hand. "Lia the only reason we kicked him out is because you and your idiot friends are such jerks that you guys talked Sh*t about us and manipulated him into saying bad stuff about us!" Sean had walked to where Lia was and was in her face pointing at her, he was pissed. She had come home that night talking all about how they got him kicked out of the club and now she was here blaming everyone else. "Back off damnit!" Lia shoved him back. Now the tension in the room was thick, the music club was on jakes right and the jomies were on his left. Almost everyone in the room was crying by this point.

Sean had texted Daisy and she was now in the room with them, very upset as well about what had happened. Hailey looked at Jake and then her focus fell on his arms. She looked closer and noticed scars. She gasped; Jake cut himself? She hoped they were old scars, and that he didn't do it after getting kicked out of the club.

After a few hours everyone except for Hailey had gone home. She was sitting in a chair next to his bed just staring hoping he would wake up. She couldn't sleep due to the guilt and sadness that filled her. But then he started to stir, he was waking up! Hailey flew up out of her chair, quickly feeling dizzy from standing up to fast. She had ended up kicking the chair back as she stood up and it slid across the room. "H-Hailey?" Jake was confused, he wasn't fully conscious, but he could see Hailey staring at him with what looked like relief and happiness in her eyes. "Jake! Thank God your awake! We were all so worried!" Jake didn't understand, we? but everyone was pissed at him before he had fainted, so why do they care if he dies or not? "I'm so sorry! I should have let you explain! But what you said really hurt me and I was too caught up in my emotions to care about you!" Jake smiled at her and gave her a weak thumbs up that basically said its okay before falling unconscious again. Hailey sighed and went back to her chair, now she was able to sleep. She slowly fell asleep in the chair with the hope that Jake would be fine, and they would all be on better terms. Hopefully before the competition because even though what he said may have been rude, it was true. She can't perform without him, so he better be alive for the competition.

Chapter Text

Hailey slowly opened her eyes; she could hear voices around her but couldn't tell whose they were. She didn't get much sleep last night as the hospital chairs weren't comfortable, and she was still really worried about Jake. When she opened her eyes, her vision was blurry, so she rubbed her eyes and then looked around the room. Milly and Drew were talking about something in the corner, actually more like arguing about something. Zander was standing next to Jake basically harassing the doctors for information on if he was okay. Hailey smiled because even though Zander gave off a vibe like he hates everyone and couldn't give a single Sh*t about Jake or anyone else, he does care about people Hes grown to know and close with, even Jake. Hailey looked over at her left and saw his two idiot friends, she couldn't remember their names, but she recognizes that stupid green hair and red hair anywhere. She could hear what sounded like Sean and another person in the hallway though she couldn't make out what he was saying or who the other person was. She sat up and did a few small stretches before standing up and walking over to Zander, "Zander leave the doctor alone. I'm sure Jake is fine. He woke up for a few moments last night even." Hailey said softly hoping to calm him down a bit. Zander turned to look at her and then he took a step away from the doctor. Hailey smiled and looked down at Jake, she laid her eyes on the scars again. She really hoped they weren't because of her, and if they were she would never forgive herself. After a while Milly had shoved Drew out of the room and was now yelling at his other friends to get out. "Just get out! You guys don't need to be here! Your leader has already left so go follow him! You two always act like peasants around him so do it now!" The red haired one rolled his eyes and grabbed the green haired one's sleeve and tugged him out of the room. "Hey! Why are you pulling me!" His voice faded as they walked down the hallway.

Sean popped his head into the room and looked at Milly, "Hey Milly me and Lia are going to walk back to our house now, do you want to come?" Milly looked at him and nodded, she walked over to the doorway but before walking out she turned around to look at Zander and Hailey. "Let us know if anything changes with him, please." Hailey nodded and Milly and Sean both walked out.

Zander and Hailey both sat in the chairs that sat next to the door, Hailey was focused on Jakes arms and Zander had his hands covering his eyes, he was shaking slightly, and it appeared as if he was crying. Hailey couldn't blame him, if she hadn't cried so much last night she would be crying right now as well. She put a hand on his shoulder and looked at him, "Zander I think we should call mum to give us a lift home." Zander looked at her, then rubbed the tears out of his eyes. Hailey stood up and pulled out her phone to call their mom.

Jake slowly opened his eyes; it was a little hard but eventually he had them opened. He looked around and saw a hospital room, he was confused. He didn't exactly remember what happened but then a nurse came into the room. "Oh, your awake! This is very good!" The young woman ran up to his bed and started to explain what happened. "Your classmates found you when you passed out in your classroom, you overdosed on some pills. Are you feeling, okay?" Jake remembered taking the pills, but he doesn't really remember what happened after that, but by the time he had turned to talk to the nurse again she was on the phone talking to his mom. He laid in his hospital bed staring at the door as he heard footsteps running down the hall, he didn't know if it was for him but from the sound it was his family. He could hear his sister's boots clacking as they franticly hit the floor, and then just as he thought she came running in. "Jake! Oh my god your awake!" Tears flowed down her cheeks as she ran up to his bed. She pulled him up and gave him a tight hug. "I was so worried! Why did you do it?!" He hugged her back but didn't know how to explain the situation to her. "Roxanne let him go, he just woke up give him some time." He heard his moms voice behind her. Roxanne let go of Jake and stepped aside as his mom came up to him, "Hey Jake, are you doing, okay?" His mom cupped his face in her hand as she spoke with a soft smile on her face. "Yea I'm doing okay mom." She smiled and took a small step back, "You had a lot of your friends here yesterday." Jake was a little confused until he remembered the Jomies, they probably came to visit him. He just smiled at her trying his best to make it seem real, "I hope you're doing okay. Like emotionally, we are here if you ever need to talk." His dad joined in the conversation; he was standing in the doorway holding Jakes sleeping little brother. "Yea! If you need to talk, please come to us little bro! You scared me so bad!" Jake just smiled as his family proceeded to talk with him, they talked for what seemed like hours until his little brother got fussy, and they had to go home. Jake laid in his hospital bed staring up at the ceiling, he didn't know how to explain to anyone on why he did it. He didn't want to tell them the truth and them to bug him about it all day, but he also didn't know what lie he could even make up that they wouldn't bug him for or find out its a lie because it's to minor of a reason to attempt $u1c1d3. The doctor entered the room and looked at him, "You should be able to head home tomorrow, so sleep well alright." Jake nodded and slowly closed his eyes; he was excited to be able to finally go home.

Chapter Text

Jake woke up to a doctor standing in his room, the was looking over charts as he waited for him to wake up. Once the doctor noticed Jake was awake, he pressed his clipboard against his stomach and sighed, "Mr. Sterling your awake! We have some bad news. Your parents and siblings, they got into a bad car accident on the way home from the hospital." Jakes eyes widened, what? His family had gotten into a car accident. "Are they okay?!" "They are all alive if that's what you mean, but they aren't fully conscious." Jake sighed in relief at the fact that they were all alive. "A-am I stuck here? In the hospital?" "No, you're old enough to be able to leave on your own, just be safe. Maybe go to a friend's house for the night or something."

Hailey had been in her room for most of the time sense they got home from the hospital, she was scared that Jake may not wake up. She feared that his heart monitor would go flat, before she even got to apologize, before he got to hear why he said what he did, before she could tell him how she felt about him. Her heart ached as those thoughts flooded her brain, she quickly sat up to go get a glass of water to try and get those thoughts out of her head. She opened her door and stepped out of her room, she could see Luke and Zander sitting on the couch watching some dog show, she could see pain on their faces, but it wasn't as bad. She could smell her mom's chicken cooking in the kitchen and could hear her dad talking to Bethany about something. As she went to go into the kitchen she heard a knock, she looked around to see if anyone else was going to answer it and no one was. She walked over to the door and turned the handle slowly; she was filled with anxiety. She hoped it wasn't anyone from Jakes family or something coming to tell her he never woke up and he never will, or that he ran off, or some other horrible thing had happened. A thousand thoughts ran through her head as she opened the door, but when she opened it what stood Infront of her was something that hadn't even crossed her mind for a second, immediately tears flooded her eyes.

Jake had just gotten discharged from the hospital and was walking down the street to get to Haileys house, he hoped he remember where it was. He would have called but he assumed she was ignoring his calls, (He doesn't remember waking up that one time and seeing her) he prayed she would let him at least sleep on the couch for the night so he could walk to Drews tomorrow. He would have walked to Drews house that day but it's pretty far away from the hospital and it was already 5:00 pm. He knew Haileys house was closer and that he should get there just as it gets dark. Jake pulled out his phone and checked the time, 7:00 pm. The sun had started going down as he reached Haileys neighborhood, his legs hurt but it was too late to stop and rest now. He walked to Haileys house and by the time he reached it the sun had gone down, he felt his heart beating as a feeling of anxiety flooded his whole body. He froze for a moment just staring at the door, thinking about just darting away to nearest park and sleeping on a bench there for the night, but he gained his courage and walked up the steps to her door. He slowly inched his hand up to the door to knock, still fearful of what she might say if she saw him, then he knocked.

Hailey ran out of the house and hugged Jake tight; she didn't know what to say. She didn't want this moment to ever end, she was filled with so much relief and joy. Jake stood there shocked as Hailey hugged him, this was not what he had expected to happen. "Y-you! You scared me so much!" Hailey tried her best to speak between sobs, she didn't know why she was crying but she couldn't stop the tears from rolling down her face. She felt Jake wrap his arms around her, she knew he was probably confused, she knew he probably didn't remember much, but she didn't care. Hes was alive, and he was safe, and that's all she cared about in that moment, the man she loved hadn't left her yet. "B-but Hailey, I-I thought you we-" He was cut off by her lips touching his. She didn't think about what might happen after. especially since he likes Daisy, or what might happen if Zander catches them, she just wanted to kiss him, she loved him and she wanted him to know that, but what really caught her by Suprise was the fact that he didn't pull away, in fact he kissed back. It wasn't a very long kiss (They are minors, so I don't feel comfortable writing certain things) but it felt like it was. "Jake, what about D-daisy?" Jake gave her a smile, "I joined the club for Daisy yes, and I still felt like I liked her sure. But I think it was all to distract myself from you." Haileys eyes lit up, she knew it would have to be a secret for a while because of her brother. He would freak out if he found out she was dating Jake, although they aren't technically dating yet. "Hey Jake?" "Yea?" "Why are you here?" "O-oh right. Well, my family came to the hospital after I woke up and on their way home t-they got into a bad c-car crash." He felt tears start to form in his eyes, Haileys eyes widened, and she wrapped her arms around him, "Do you need a place to stay?" Hailey felt Jake nod on her shoulder, she went to let go but then she felt him start to shake like he was crying. She tightened her grip on him.

Zander and Luke sat inside watching tv when Zander had noticed that Hailey had been outside for a while. "Hey Luke, do you know who was at the door?" "Why would I know?" Luke looked at Zander with a confused look as he looked over at the door. "I don't know it's just Hailey has been out there for a long time now." "Oh, your right she has, should we go check on her?" Zander nodded and Luke took his arm from around his shoulder and they both stood up. Zander was in front, he looked at the door know and hesitated for a moment afraid of what he may see. He wrapped his hand around the door know and twisted it slowly, as the door swung open his eyes widened. Hailey was standing there hugging a crying Jake, "Jake?!" Hailey and Jake jumped at the sudden noise causing them both to fall down the steps of the house. "Ow!" Hailey shrieked as she hit the concreate path. "Oh shoot! I'm so sorry!" Zander ran out to help Hailey up and Luke went to help Jake. "Jake are you okay?" Luke was helping Jake up who still had tears running down his face, he shook his head, he wasn't able to form words in that moment and his stomach had a familiar feeling of dread inside it. "Can we tell you guys later? I need to ask mom and dad something." Luke and Zander silently agreed, and they all went to go inside, as Jake went to step up into the house he hesitated for a moment, he didn't know if later they were going to freak out on him again for what he did, but he stepped into the house anyways. Hailey ran to the kitchen to talk to her mom and Zander and Luke went back to the couch. Hailey came back out to the living room and walked over to Jake, "She said you can stay for a bit, okay?" she gave him a warm smile before pulling him to her room. Zander looked at them with a hint of anger as Hailey led him to her room but quickly brushed it off.

Hailey set up some blankets on the floor and some pillows for Jake and then sat down on her bed, "Hey Jake, um..." Jake looked at her with a confused look as she tried to piece together words for what she wanted to say. "Earlier when, I um- You know k-kissed you. Do you really like me, or did you just not want to hurt my feelings?" Hailey looked at her feet, afraid of what she might see on his face or what he might say. Then she felt a hand on her chin, he lifted her head up and leaned in. That was it, that was one of the happiest moments in Haileys life, Jake had kissed her. (Idk how to write kissing scenes sorry) Jake and Hailey both pulled away, Jake gave her a smug look that she was very familiar with and spoke, "Does that answer your question princess?" Hailey smiled and nodded. She stood up and looked him in the eyes, "But i do have to ask... W-why did you say those things?" She had to know before anything they had could become official, she watched as his smile immediately dropped into a frown. As Hailey spoke those words his stomach dropped, he had forgotten about his d*ck friends, but now he remembers them. "W-well, l-listen. they- I- um..." He struggled to form words

Hailey put a hand on his shoulder and smiled at him, she could tell he was struggling. "I saw Sean and Daisy in the music room, and I was kind of upset about it for the rest of the night. Drew noticed it and started questioning me about it. Then they all just started talking bad about you guys and left me to speak. I didn't actually believe anything I said, they pressured me into saying it so please forgive me! I know I actually said those things, and nothing can take that away but I'm really sorry!" Haileys eyes widened, she knew his friends sucked but she didn't think they were that bad. She smiled and pulled him into another hug, "I'm sorry I didn't let you explain. It's going to take a bit to fully forgive you, but I don't hate you." Hailey pulled away and sat back down.

Hailey woke up to the sound of her alarm, she rubbed her eyes and yawned. She sat up and looked around her room, she almost jumped at the sight of Jake on the ground but then she remembers last night, and as more memories from last night came back the redder her face turned. She and Jake had kissed! Twice! She pushed the feelings aside for a moment and got up, she looked down and groaned. She had forgotten to change last night and ended up falling asleep in her clothes. She just sighed and walked over the grab her hairbrush, she brushed through her faded teal hair and grabbed a hair band. She wrapped her hair up into a ponytail and set the brush down, she walked over to Jake and bent down. "Hey Jake, you need to get up. Youve already missed enough days of school." She shook him a bit until he stirred. He rubbed his eyes and yawned as he awoke, "Oh, morning Hailey." Hailey smiled and stood up, she walked over to her bed and proceeded to make it as Jake stood up. "Did we both fall asleep in our clothes?" He asked as he looked down at his clothes and then looked over at Hailey, she sighed "Yea we did." Jake shrugged it off and grabbed a hairbrush, he didn't do much to his hair but that doesn't mean he keeps his bed head. He did a few brushes through his hair and messed with it with his hands a bit and he was done. They both looked at each other, they knew Zander would most likely be with them all day, so they decided to seize the moment when they were alone. Jake leaned in and kissed her, and she kissed back, this kiss was more passionate then the other two, but they still lacked skill (and again they are minors), they had both had their first kiss last night anyways so it can't be expected for them to be awesome at it. They both pulled away just in time as they hear footsteps walking to her room, they tried their best to catch their breath before whoever it was entered.

Zander and Luke had been up for a while that morning when Zander heard voices from Haileys room, then he heard something that sounded like someone kissing and he ran to her room, there's no way Jake was kissing his sister, he would kill him if he was. Zander slammed the door open, still trying his best to respect privacy but when he saw they were just standing there he quickly shut the door and scrambled out. He could hear Jake and Hailey laughing as he walked away.

Jake and Hailey walked out of Haileys room and went to sit down and eat breakfast, "Wow that looks really good." "Yea." Hailey agreed as they both sat Infront of the plates of pancakes, eggs, and bacon in front of them. Zander, Hailey, Luke, and Jake had finally finished eating and were ready to go. They got in Shannon's car, and she drove them to school. Hailey and Jake both stood Infront of the school for a moment, they both hadn't gone to school in a few days due to what happened, but they eventually went to follow Zander and Luke inside the school. As they entered Jake saw his "friends" as they walked a bit further down the hall and froze, Hailey looked over at him to see what had caught his attention and then she saw them as well. Hailey grabbed Jakes sleeve and pulled him towards her locker, "Woah!" He shrieked. He hadn't expected her to just pull him, and it shocked him for a moment. Zander and Luke followed close behind to their locker, "Hey Jake... Are you going to go back to hanging out with them?" Luke asked as he opened his locker. Jake shook his head immediately; Wich earned a smile from the three around him. "Good. Those guys are jerks." Zander pointed out, just then they heard footsteps running behind them, "Oof! ¨ Jake groaned as Milly hopped on him to hug him, ¨You're okay! Oh thank god!¨ Jake smiled and turned to look at her, ¨But I do have to ask you something.¨ ¨What is it Milly?¨ Jake knew what it was though, they all were dying to ask it and he knew it. Of course Hailey had already asked him, and he thinks Shes a little less mad at him. Of course she doesn't fully forgive him but oh well. ¨Why did you say those things about us?¨ She looked down at her feet a little afraid of the response, Jake looked up and noticed Sean walking up next to Milly. ¨Jake! Your back! and your alive.¨ Sean chuckled nervously at his last comment, ¨Sorry.¨ ¨No its okay! Also-¨ He looked back at Milly, ¨I said those things because, well my ¨friends¨ over there-¨ He pointed at, Drew, Liam, and Henry, ¨Pressured and manipulated me into saying those things. I still shouldn't have said them though and I'm really sorry.¨ Milly was looking up at him again and smiled, ¨Yes!¨ Everyone else looked at her with a confused look as she cheered. ¨You didn't fully mean those things! And that's a good thing!¨ Sean started laughing, ¨Milly, you switch up moods so fast.¨ He said as he walked to open his locker. ¨Hey guys I'm going to go to the office be right back.¨ Jake ran to the office as they all said some form of bye or see you later.

Jake walked into the office and walked up to the desk, ¨Oh hello Jake what do you need?" ¨Well I was wondering if I could change my locker? ¨ ¨Oh if we have an open one sure!¨ ¨Can you see if there are any open ones by Hailey Austin?¨ The lady at the desk looked at her computer and started to type something in. ¨Yes there is an open one! To the left of her, will that be alright?¨ Jake nodded. (I don't know how this would work or if its even possible but this is fanfiction)

Jake walked back over to the music club after he had finished with getting his locker switched, ¨Hey so what did you run off to do anyways?¨ Hailey asked him as he came closer. ¨I got my locker switched, I want to try and avoid those five-¨ (Drew, Henry, Liam, Zoey, Lia) ¨-as much as possible.¨ ¨Makes sense, so where did you get your locker switched to?¨ Jake tapped the locker that he was standing by, ¨Aww! You picked to have your locker right by us!¨ Milly jumped up a few times before calming down. ¨Where else was I supposed to pick?¨ ¨Hey!¨ Zander piped up. ¨Sorry.¨ Jake chuckled nervously, ¨Well we better head to our class, see you guys at lunch?¨ Hailey looked at Jake as if she was questioning him directly, ¨See Ya!" Milly ran off to her class, ¨Yea see you guys.¨ Sean walked off as well, ¨Bye!¨ Luke and Zander walked off Aswell leaving just Jake and Hailey. ¨Am I invited?¨ ¨Yea, you are.¨ Hailey smiled. ¨Okay then. See you there princess.¨ Jake winked at her before turning around and walking to his class. Hailey sighed and shut her locker, she walked off to her class as a million thoughts roamed her head, most of them were of Jake. Will the rest of the club agree with letting him back in? Should she have kissed him? Does he really like her? She tried her hardest to push the thoughts out of her head as she reached her classroom door.

Jake had tried his best to stay out of the view of Drew and the rest of his friends. It was a little hard due to the fact that in one of his classes he sits right next to Drew, but he was able to get there before Drew and ask to sit towards the back. His parents had contacted the school about what happened, so she agreed, Jake sat down in the back and did his best to hide as Drew, Liam, and Henry walked in. Finally it was lunch time and he made his way to the music room, so far he had successfully hid from Drew and them but he didn't know how much longer he could do it. The band competition had been pushed back a week and was this Friday. It was only Monday Wich was good for them. He entered the music room, Hailey was talking with Zander and Luke, Sean and Milly were all playing music, Luke on his drums, Milly on her guitar, and Sean on his computer. "Hey guys." Hailey and Zander turned to look at him and then walked up to him, "Hey Jake, we were all talking earlier and thought that maybe we could make a new song for the competition." "One that could tell those jerks, well. That there jerks." Zander crossed his arms, Luke, Zander and Milly had joined the conversation by this point, "Yea! Lets tell them!" So they all got to work, writing a new song that they could all sing a part in, of course Jake and Hailey would be the main singers but they all wanted a part.

The song was almost done but not quite when the bell rang, they all went to their classes and decided to work on it afterschool as well.

It was Friday morning, and everyone was ready for the competition. Jake had done a good job hiding from his friends so far. They don't even know Jakes still in the music club, Jake Hailey and Zander made their way to their lockers. The rest of the music club was already there, ¨Heyy! Are you guys ready for the competition?!¨ Milly slammed her locker shut, causing everyone else to jump, ¨Damn Milly no need to be so violent! ¨ Zander shouts as he walks over to his locker. Milly chuckles nervously and sighs, ¨Sorry I'm just so excited for the competition! ¨ Hailey smiled and walked over to her locker, ¨Hey Hailey you doing, okay?¨ Jake walked up next to her and put a hand on her shoulder, then he could see a blush creeping up her face. He chuckled and removed his hand, ¨Sorry.¨ ¨No its okay! Its just..¨ ¨I know, don't worry!¨ Lately any physical touch between the two of them had caused a lot of awkwardness, they were both extremely attracted to each other (Emotionally and Physically) but they also weren't officially dating either. They also didn't want anyone else to find out about it yet, they had only kissed a few times and were still working out their feelings as they don't really talk about it after it happens or well ever. They were especially cautious because of Zander; he has been getting more suspicious Wich is making it harder for them. ¨Anyways are you going to be okay?¨ ¨Yea ill be fine. I'm still a little nervous though.¨ ¨Its okay, we'll all be with you.¨ Jake smiled at her and then stepped over to his locker to open it. Hailey got her stuff and then shut her locker, ¨Okay guys, we will meet at lunch to practice so be prepared, and Jake please be on time. Jake chuckled, ¨I will I promise!¨ Milly let out a laugh before walking away to her class. ¨See you guys at lunch!¨ Zander and Luke walked away, ¨Bye!¨ Sean walked off to his class as well, ¨Hailey, I think we should talk about.. This¨ He waved his hand back and forth between them, ¨Yea.. We should, but not right now. How about after lunch we can go to where the morning classes are and talk.¨ Jake smiled and nodded, he then walked off and waved at Hailey goodbye. Hailey smiled and walked off to her class, she sighed as she walked. Did they really like each other? Or was it more physical for Jake? What were they? She didn't know what to do, what if they don't really like each other, there's no way to get their relationship back to normal if they don't like each other. She sighed again as she walked into her classroom.

The music club had just finished performing and Jake and Hailey stayed after the bell rang to make sure no one saw them, ¨Okay let's go." Hailey grabbed his arm, Wich caused a blush to creep up his cheeks, and pulled him towards the morning classes. ¨Hailey you can let go of my arm now. ¨ They had snuck into a classroom and was hiding in a corner to make sure no other skippers, or anything saw them. ¨O-oh sorry!¨ Hailey let go of his arm and blush filled her face, She looked at him in the eyes and he looked at her Aswell. ¨So...¨ ¨You know what screw it! Hailey I really like you, will you please be my girlfriend!¨ Haileys eyes widened and then tears started to form. A smile formed on her face and she dove into Jake for a hug, ¨Oh finally! Yes yes! Of course ill be your be your girlfriend!" Jake balanced himself to keep them from falling and hugged her back, she could hear him whisper "Oh thank god." and it caused her to let out a small chuckle. "Hey princess." She looked up at him, oh god that nickname. It made her feel many things, she couldn't exactly understand what all of them were but it didn't matter. Jake grabbed her hips and lifted her off the ground, "Woah! what are you doing?!" He laughed a little, "What? do you want me to put you down, or do you want me to kiss you?" Haileys face turned bright red, she stayed silent. Jake turned them around, so Hailey was against the wall (Don't worry! No smut just making out!) Jake leaned in so their lips touched, this one was nothing like the others, they had just been quick pecks on the lips or actual kisses but nothing like this one. Hailey wrapped her legs around Jakes waist as he deepened the kiss. Her hands found their way to his hair as they kissed. The kiss went on for what felt like hours, Hailey had her hands on Jakes shoulders now clawing at them, clawing at them so hard that if he wasn't wearing his jacket and shirt it would leave scratch marks. But then they heard footsteps, and they heard a voice, Jake broke the kiss and they both froze for a second breathing heavily. Hailey unwrapped her legs from Jakes waist as they just sat there "Thats Zander!" Jake whispered as he gently set Hailey down, "We need to hide! If he finds us Hes going to kill us, or well you." "Thanks very reassuring." Jake muttered as he pulled open the closet door next to them, he softly pushed Hailey in and followed her soon after. Hailey pulled the door shut and they both sat there and held their breath as they heard the classroom door open. "Hailey? Are you in here?!" They could hear the sound of the shoes clacking as he walked away. "That was so close." Jake whispered. "Yea it was." Hailey was looking around at the closet, it wasn't small but wasn't big either. "This would be a great place to sneak off to." She turned to look at Jake who had a smirk on his face, "Well maybe next time we will come in here." "Sounds good Sterling." "Okay then, how about tomorrow Austin?" "Tomorrow then, same time." They both smirked at each other and then ran off to their classes. Hailey and Jake were both freaking out as they walked, it was official they were dating!

The school day had ended and finally it was time for the competition, everyone else were on stage getting their instruments set up while Jake and Hailey were in the crowd talking to Daisy, "Daisy can you record this please?" Jake asked, "Yes please do, maybe do it up near them and get their reactions in it too please." Hailey pointed at Jakes dumb friends who for some reason showed up, most likely to watch them fail. Daisy looked at them with a confused look, "Why though?" "Daisy please, this song is for them okay, so I want their reaction on video." Daisy looked at Jake and nodded. She pulled out her phone and walked up towards where they were. Hailey ran up to the stairs to the stage with Jake following her, "Come on Jake!" Drews eyes widened when he heard that, "Jake?" Liam, and Henrys eyes widened, "Why did she say Jake?" Lia scoffed. "I don't know.." Henry looked at his feet, Was Jake here all week? was he just ignoring them or something? Then the curtains opened, and there was Jake with the the rest of the music club. Drew, Henry, Liam, Lia, and Zoeys eyes all widened at seeing him up there. "B-but! I thought we got him kicked out!" Lia stomped a foot on the ground in anger, "Yea I did too." Drew crossed his arms in anger.

(They sang Begging on your Knees from victorious, but just pretend it's not about cheating. At least I think that's what it's about, idk I don't watch victorious.)

The competition was over, Drew Liam Henry Lia and Zoey stood in the crowd wide eyed. They knew the song was about them, it had to have been. The music club had already gotten of stage and were talking in the back. "HAILEY! THAT WAS SO GOOD!!" Milly screamed while shaking her. She was super pumped up after the competition and couldn't keep her excitement in. "O-okay Milly I think that enough." Sean pulled Milly away from Hailey as Hailey struggle to keep her balance. Hailey fell back but Jake caught her, "Oh! Thanks Jake." She chuckled nervously as she stabled herself. Jake could feel Zanders eyes on him, he knew he was glaring at him, and he knew why.

Flashback: Zanders POV

I was walking in the hallway where the morning classes are to find Hailey, I noticed she hadn't made it to her 4th period, but her phone said she was still in the school. I had checked everywhere I could except for down here. I was walking looking through all the classroom windows trying to see if I could see her. Then I heard her voice, "-I'll be your girlfriend!" my eyes widened at that, what?! She was into someone?! Why wouldn't she tell m- never mind I definitely knew the answer to that question already. I quickened my pace but tried my hardest to keep quiet. I looked through all the windows until I saw them, it was Hailey and. and. JAKE?! My eyes widened and I clenched my fists, Jake was holding her by the waist while pinning her against the wall and she had her hands in his hair along with her legs wrapped around his hips. I was pissed, Jake was making out with my sister! But she sounded happy earlier, and I have noticed how Shes been acting around him recently, she seemed happy. Really happy, I decided not to walk in and confront them as it would be embarrassing for all of us. Instead, I crept back down the hallway and began walking in a normal pace, making sure my footsteps could be heard. I started to call out for Hailey and opened every classroom door despite the fact I knew where she was already, "Hailey! Are you down here?" I shouted out, I heard the closet door open and them scramble inside then shut it. I opened the door to the classroom they were in and called out to her again "Hailey? Are you in here?" I backed away and shut the door. I then proceeded to walk back to the rest of the classes until I got far away enough that I could run without them hearing me. Jake and my sister were dating. I need to talk to him, but how. Should I just let them come to me? I don't know. I sigh and walk back to my class trying my best to think of what I should do.

Present time: Narrator

Zander didn't know how to talk to Jake about what he saw, he needed to talk to him before they got any farther in their relationship. Although he did now know he was right that one morning when he heard kissing noises from Haileys room. "Sorry!" Zander was taken out of his thoughts due to Milly whining. "It's okay Milly don't worry!" Hailey was reassuring her as Jake looked down at his feet next to her. "Hey, Jake, can I talk to you?" Zander looked around, "In private?" Jake pulled his head up to look at him and gave him a nervous smile, "O-oh! sure!" Jake had a feeling he knew what this was about as he followed Zander out the back door of the auditorium. Jake had heard footsteps earlier when he and Hailer were making out, he knew it was most likely Zander since he came moments afterwards. Once they made it outside Zander turned to look at him, "Listen Jake. About Hailey." Zander paused and looked Jake up and down, "I saw you two earlier, in the classroom." "I know" Zanders eyes widened, "W-what?! How do you know!" "I heard footsteps, very quiet one but I still heard them. Then you came moments after." Zander sighed and looked at Jake, he was looking at his feet again and had a nervous smile on his face. "I'm not happy with it but, she seems happy." Jake looked up; eyes wide. "W-what do you mean?" "I mean I'm not going to stop you and her from dating. But if you ever hurt her-" Zander walked closer to Jake and pointed at him, "I swear to god no one will see you ever again. Do you understand?" Jake struggled to get words out as Zander backed away, still giving Jake the death stare. "I-i. Understood!" "Good." Zander smiled a passive aggressive type of smile and went back inside, Jake following close behind. "WE DIDNT DO SH*T TO HIM! YOU GUYS ARE THE ONES WHO MANIPULATED HIM!" Zander and Jake walked back in on Hailey shouting at Drew and the others.

What happened inside

The rest of the club looked confused as Jake and Zander walked outside, "Wonder what that's about." Luke didn't even know what he wanted to talk to Jake about. Everyone just shrugged it off after a minute and went back to talking. "Hey music freaks! What the f*ck was that?" Drew and the others stormed up to them. "What do you mean?" Hailey gave them a smug look as Sean and Luke tried their best to hold Milly back. "You know exactly what I'm talking about! The song! Jake!" "Ooh that. Yeah, well he chose to hide from you, not our choice." Hailey put her hands on her hips and smirked as Drews grew visibly angry. "We did decide to make the song though!" Milly was visibly angry as well; Sean was standing next to her with a hand on her shoulder to keep her from attacking someone. "Hah! I guess that explains why it sucks!" Zoey laughed and crossed one arm across her chest and the other hand up twirling her hair around her finger. "UGH!" Milly tried to jump at her, but Sean held her back. "Why are you guys here?" Sean asked with a hint of anger in his voice (I accidentally wrote "With a hint of anger in her life" 😭 I don't even know why.) "Because you guys stole Jake from us!" Lia had her hands behind her as she leaned forward making sure they could hear her even though she was all the way in the back. "No, we didn't, he chose us." Luke crossed his arms and walked out from behind Sean to stand next to him. "You guys are such jerks. I bet you manipulated him when he got out of the hospital to ditch us and go back with you guys!" Drew crossed his arms and was visibly pissed. Zander and Jake walked back in, but no one seemed to notice them, Hailey scoffed at what Drew said and them screamed at him, "WE DIDNT DO SH*T TO HIM! YOU GUYS ARE THE ONES WHO MANIPULATED HIM!" "Dame chill! We didn't do that!" Zoey leaned against Drew and rolled her eyes. "OH GOD DAMNIT! WE ARE NOT IDIOTS!" Milly broke free from Seans grasp and tackled Zoey "Ahh!" Zoey shouted as Milly tackled her to the ground, "I F*CKING HATE YOU!" Milly pulled at Zoeys hair as she tried to get Milly off of her, "Hey what the heck! Get off her!" Drew screamed. "Zoey!" Lia shouted as she took a few steps back. "Oh my god.." Henry and Liam stood back shocked at what just happened. "Milly no!" Sean shouted, Jake and Zander ran up next to others. "What happened!" "They just came up to us! They were saying we manipulated you!" Hailey put her hand Jake shoulder and looked him in the eye as she spoke. Milly had gotten a good punch on Zoey before Luke pulled her off. "Your a f*cking monster!" Zoey cried as they all ran out.

Hey guys! I hope you've been enjoying this book! I need to say something because I'm a little upset at myself. I've been thinking about this book and mostly Haileys personality, I made her way out of character, I'm going to try and make her more in character in the later chapters, but I may have issues doing it. I understand if maybe something like that makes you not want to read the book anymore and that's perfectly fine with me! It was Saturday afternoon and the music club had decided to go to the mall for the day, since the competition was already done, and they didn't have much to do that day. As they were all walking Jake intertwined his hand with Haileys as they walked. They both did their best to hide it Wich was fairly easy since they were on the end and the person Jake was next to was Zander Wich already knew about them, Jake hadn't told Hailey that Zander knew to save her from dying of embarrassment that her brother saw her making out with Jake, so Hailey was still cautious around Zander. Unfortunately, their secret wasn't safe for long when they ran into the last people they wanted to see, "Oh hey music freaks." Drew had a smirk on his face whil Zoey hid close behind, her and Milly holding direct eye contact. "What do you want?" Zander crossed his arms, he wasn't in the mood for their bullsh*t today, it had been a good day. "Wow dude you move on fast." Liam pointed out when he saw Jake and Haileys hands, "What are you talking about?" Sean and Luke looked confused, Jake and Hailey did their best to pull their hands apart before anyone saw them, but it was too late, "OH MY GOSHHHH!!!" Milly shouted, "This is why you don't show public affection when you haven't even told people about your relationship." Zander put a hand to his face as Haileys eyes widened, "D-did you know?!" "Um he sort of saw us in the classroom the other day." Haileys face went red and she buried her face in her hands. "Oooh. What did you do in the classroom?" Milly was now behind Jake and Hailey Wich caused them to both jump. They hadn't even seen her move. "N-nothing!" Jake was now also red, "What did you guys' f*ck?" Drew had a hint of sarcasm in his voice but other then that seemed serious. "NO!" Zander, Jake, and Hailey all shouted at the same time. "So what happened to Daisy? Did she reject you because your a music freak?" Zoey had her hands on her hips but was still closely behind Drew. "I actually never told her." "Well why not?" Drew crossed his arms and looked Jake up and down for any sign that he was lying, "Because after a while I stopped actually liking her, and I realized I liked Hailey instead." Luke and Seans eyes widened, they hadn't known what exactly everyone was talking about so this was news to them. "Whatever." Drew put his hands in his hoodie pockets and they walked off. "You two are a thing?" Sean pointed at Hailey and Jake, "O-oh um y-yeah.." Hailey muttered. "Eeeek!!" Milly squealed in excitement "Looks like the ship has sailed." Sean smiled as Milly went back to her spot next to him, "Hopefully we wont run into those jerks again." Zander rolled his eyes at the thought of them. "Yeah, but Zander why didn't you tell me about Hailey and Jake?" "It felt wrong. I may not be overly happy about it but I respect privacy." "Thanks Zander." Hailey chuckled as her and Jakes hands intertwined again. "So Jake, does that mean Daisy is- um.." "Go for it." Jake smiled at Sean and Sean smiled back. "Ooooh.." Milly winked at Sean, "Shut up.." Sean looked away to hide the blush on his face. They all laughed and walked towards Stacy's Mammamia Pizza.

It was Sunday and Hailey and Jake had decided to stay home that day, Jakes parents were still in the hospital unfortunately and Roxanne had gone on a trip with her partner to cope, so he was still staying with Hailey. He was old enough to stay at his house alone, but he didn't have the keys. They didn't have much to do but they were too tired to go outside anyways, so they sat inside Haileys room on their phones. "Milly won't stop spam texting the group chat, I can't do anything." Jake tilted his head back and groaned in annoyance, he could hear Haileys soft laugh as she texted Milly back.

Milly: Dude we should get boba! (Trying to get Hailey and Jake out of the house)

Sean: That sounds good.

Milly: Yesterday was so fun!

Milly: Although I really wanted to punch Zoey in the face.

Milly: But her "big bad" boyfriend was protecting her ughh! 🙄🙄🙄😡

Milly: Are you guys seeing this?

Milly: Hellooooo?

Milly: Hi?

Milly: UGHGHGHGHGHH!

Milly: Answer meee

Milly: Are you guys dead?

Milly: I think you guys are dead

Milly: IM BORREEEDD!

Milly: Are you guys ignoring me?

Milly: Hey Zander

Milly: Classical music is dumb

Milly: Really nothing?

Milly: UGHGHGHHGHGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Milly: I'm so bored pleasseeeeee

Milly: You guys are so rude

Milly: Sean do you at least want to go get boba with me? (Trying to get Hailey to go with her)

Milly: Please

Hailey: Milly you're going to kill my boyfriend before we've even been together a month.

Zander: Stop.

Sean: Now he talks

Milly: WAIT! I CANT KILL JAKE! JAILEY JUST SAILED!

Sean: Then you better stop spamming us.

Milly: Why?

Zander: 🤦♂️

Jake: Milly why are you even spamming?

Milly: Because its funny

Zander: No its not, and classical music is not dumb

Milly: Whatever

Milly: I'm going to go get pizza, byeee!

Jake: Bye

Hailey: Bye Milly.

Zander: Leave

Jake: She is

Zander: Shut up

Sean: Byyeeee

Luke: Bye

Haileys laugh had grown louder now, "God Milly." Jake let out a little chuckle, then he felt something touch his hand. He looked down and saw Haileys hand on top of his, he didn't know how he didn't hear her when she got off her bed to sit next to him. "God Hailey, you scared me for a moment." He looked up at her, she let out another small laugh "Sorry!" They both looked into each other's eyes before leaning in, it was a small kiss more like a peck but just as intimate for them. Afterall this was their first relationship, "You are so beautiful princess." Jake cupped her cheek in his hands she let out a small laugh and pushed him off her, "Don't be so romantic, it's only been like one week." "That means I'm not allowed to compliment you? Okay then I won't." Hailey shoved him with her elbow, "Thats not what I said." "Are you scared of something?" "W-what? N-no!" "What's wrong princess?" Jake looked down at her with worry in his eyes, she looked up and met his eyes, "I'm worried you will make me fall to much in love with you, and then if we break up, I'll never recover." Jake gave her a soft smile and pulled her into a hug, "Princess, I'll never leave you." He pulled back and looked her in the eyes, she had a soft smile in her face but still has worry in her eyes. Jake grabbed her and pulled her into a soft kiss, they both pulled back, "Do you understand that princess?" She smiled at him worry fading from her eyes, "Yes I understand." "Good." Hailey leaned her head on Jakes shoulder as he pulls out his phone, he puts on *Insert show they both like* and they both just sit there and watch it for most of the day. (They ate and used the restroom of course.)

It was Monday morning and Jake, Hailey, and Zander were all eating breakfast. "Jake exactly how long are you going to stay here?" Zander got up to go wash his plate as he spoke, "I-I don't really know..." "Um okay then." Zander walked past him to sit down on the couch, Hailey and Jake had finished their food by this point and got up to go wash their plates, Jake washed his first and then Hailey washed hers. "Let's go Zander." Hailey put her boots on, and Jake put his shoes on Aswell. "Okay..." Zander got up off the couch and slipped on his shoes. They all walked out the door and made their way to school, "Do you ever think those monkeys will stop being such jerks?" Zander groaned as they walked. "I doubt it." Hailey looked over at Jake, "What do you think Jake?" "Huh? Oh, um I think they might be able to change." "Maybe." Hailey looked down at her feet as they walked, "I highly doubt it!" Zander had a tint of annoyance in his voice.

Jake, Hailey and Zander were standing at their lockers when Lia and Sean came up to them, "Why are you with her?" Zander asked annoyed. "Well, um..." "I'm really sorry Hailey!" Lia seemed to have tears forming in her eyes, Haileys eyes widened, and she was confused. She hadn't seen Lia look so sad before, not even when they were friends. "I never should have started acting like a jerk! Zoeys not a nice person. Please give me a second chance." Hailey, Jake and Zander were stunned. Then they heard a certain pink haired girl's voice, "What the heck are you doing here!" Milly stormed up to them giving Lia a death stare. "Milly relax, she's apologizing." Sean put a hand on her shoulder and looked her in the eyes, Milly relaxed but still was angry at Lia. (I do not ship Sean x Milly) "Do you promise to be nice again?" Hailey looked Lia in the eyes, "Yes! I promise! I really do!" Hailey smiled, "Then I can give you a second chance." Lias eyes lit up, "Thank you so much!"

It was lunch time, and the music club didn't have anything to practice for at the time, so they just sat in the music club talking. Then they heard footsteps running down the hallway and what sounded like crying. "What's going on?" Hailey looked at the others, but they all gave looks that they didn't know, then all of a sudden Lia comes bursting in crying. "Oh my god! Are you okay?!" Sean ran up to her, Hailey following close behind. "N-no!" "Lia breathe, just breathe okay." Lia did just that trying her best to breathe and calm herself down as her brother had said. "What's wrong Lia?" Jake asked even though he knew it most likely had to do with Zoey. "W-well I told Zoey I apologized to you guys and wanted to be nicer she got pissed! She yelled at me and said a lot of rude things, and she brought up a lot of my insecurities!" Lia was sobbing again and couldn't control it anymore. "UGH! THAT B*TCH!" Milly stormed out of the music room as Luke and Jake ran after her. "Hey it's okay Lia! We are here for you!" Hailey hugged her tight and she could feel her tears sinking into her jacket. "I-I. I wish I had just stayed friends with you." Lia chocked out between sobs. "It's okay we can be friends now!" Lia smiled but still couldn't stop the tears. Then they heard people yelling in the hallway, "Milly! Get off her!" "NO! SHE NEEDS TO LEARN YOU CAN'T JUST SH*T TALK PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY DID SOMETHING YOU DONT LIKE!" Sh*t was the only thing Sean could think as he ran out there. He pulled Milly off of Zoey and dragged her back to the music club. Zoey was now crying into Drews arms as Jake and Luke ran back into the music room after Sean and Milly. "I'm going to be expelled, aren't I?" Milly was crying into Seans arms, she didn't want to get expelled she would miss her friends to much. "It will be okay Milly; we will try out best to explain what happened." Sean hugged her tight as she cried. Lia had stopped crying at this point and was now standing in the corner as they all tried their best to comfort Milly. (I kind of forgot about Zander in this part)

It had been a few weeks since Lia apologized and now, she came to the music room every day during lunch, they had become good friends with her by this point. Sean was able to convince the teachers to let Milly have one more chance and not be expelled, Wich in return she bought him some pizza. (Using her dads credit card) Anyways it was lunch time and the music club + Lia were talking when the door opened. "Oh god what do you want." Zander groaned when Drew entered. "Listen, I know I haven't been the nicest to you guys and I don't exactly deserve forgiveness but I'm here to apologize to you guys." Everyone's eyes widened (except Drews) "Really? Like are you serious?" Hailey crossed her arms trying to see if she could catch a hint of lying on his face, "Yes I'm serious. I had no right to treat you guys like that. You didn't even do anything to me. and Jake I'm sorry for manipulating you, I shouldn't have done that." Everyone looked at each other as if to find out what they should say. "I guess we could give you a second chance." Luke spoke up in the silence, "Yea I guess but if you do anything like that ever again you're never getting another chance." Hailey put her hands in her pockets and stared at Drew for a moment, "I promise I will never act like that again.." Drew gave a weak smile and Hailey returned it.

After Drew apologized it didn't take Henry and Liam long to apologize and join them. "Henry can you shut up for once?" Drew groaned as Henry was blabbering about something, he wasn't really paying attention as he was busy talking to Jake and Hailey, but his voice still filled the room. "Jeez man calm down." Liam chuckled as Drew rolled his eyes. The bell rang signifying that lunch was over, "Ugh math..." Milly groaned as she walked out of the classroom, Sean gave out a small laugh, "You better not skip young lady." "I wonttt." She groaned as they walked down the halls. "Bye!" Lia walked out of the room with a smile planted on her face, she had been a lot happier since she stopped being friends with Zoey. Everyone piled out of the music room into the crowded halls of Rose meadow high. Although there was one blonde who wasn't making her way to class, she sat in the bathroom, looking in the mirror. "Damnit Zoey. This is all your fault... Everyone left you because you're a selfish entitled b*tch who cant get over herself." Zoey looked at herself in the mirror as tears filled her eyes, she didn't like being alone. She didn't like who she was, she wanted to say sorry but she couldn't bring herself to. Its not like they would forgive her anyways, but little did she know there was a pink haired devil in the bathroom with her. "Why must I always do this to myself!" She put her hands in her hair and tears flowed down her cheeks. "Z-Zoey?" Zoey stiffened as she heard Millys voice behind her, Milly was shocked to see Zoey like this. She had expected that Zoey would always be a selfish brat who didn't care about anyone. "M-Milly! What are you doing in here loser?" "Zoey stop the act. I saw you, I heard you." "W-what do you mean?" Milly didn't know what to do, so she did the only thing she knew to do. She pulled Zoey into a hug and felt as she started crying, "I-I'm so sorry! Please f-forgive me!" "Do you mean it?" "Yes." "I can't forgive you, but I can try to give you a second chance, it will be hard." Milly pulled back and Zoey wiped her tears, Zoey gave her a smile and sighed. "I should never have treated you, Drew, Lia and everyone else the way I did." "If you feel bad about it then it's okay.." Zoey and Milly both smiled and walked off to their classes.

After that day they all became really good friends, in fact much to everyone's surprise Zoey and Milly became best friends. They stayed friends all throughout high school and even after they graduated. The music club started a band called "The Music Freaks" Their kids went on to start their own music club in high school and that's the end.
