Chapter Text

Ingo wasn't feeling well he couldn't hold down his breakfast from this morning his been running hot as well, but he thinks it was probably just food poisoning but he couldn't do the double train battle with Emmet.'I hope Emmet doesn't overdo it.' he thought knowing his younger twin would be harsh to the trainers.

Ingo sighed through his nose as he went to the breakroom to lay down got a pillow and a blanket to lay down on the sofa in the room it wasn't the most comfortable sofa but better than the bed in the nurse's room ' I should bring that in the next budget meeting...we have plenty of money form the trainers and the passengers...' he thought as he places the pillow and blanket down and lay down.

It wasn't even 20 minutes till the pain in Ingo's stomach got worse making him bolt up and run to the bathroom and slam the door before he lean over and pants as he grip the sink 'what going on..' he thought as he held his stomach as the pain increase a bit, Ingo Look at his Refecleteion in the mirror the first thing he notices was his eyes were glowing a faint purple, "what..."  he mutter before another wave of pain hit him like a train oh no.

Ingo squeeze his eyes shut at the pain as held his stomach, Ingo ripped his shirt open Ingo's eyes widened in horror he notice his stomach was..fading? no...turning transparent what was supposed to show his Stomach  was a big purple flame burning bright  "w-what is going on.." Ingo panted as he grunted as pain shoot down his hands' claws burst at his gloves there were purple Ingo panted at the pain as he felt something crawl up his arm Ingo take his coat and rolled his sleeves up a dark purple that faded to a lighter purple.

"w-what is happening...?" Ingo muttered to himself before pain ripped down his spine as a long black tail with a lantern with a purple flame is lit in it the second it hit the floor  Ingo look at his reflection once more the pain seem to be dying down a bit now he can see the thankfully he can see the last painful change that happens mainly some making small x's were on his lips and under his eyes look like someone painted down to his chin almost looking like tears.

"w-what happen to me?"  Ingo took somewhat clumsy steps back to see the full change  his hair grew a little past his shoulders and the tips have the same purple hue to them, "...this has to be some kind of nightmare..." Ingo muttered as he went to pinch his arm "ow!" he looked at his hand a faint cut where he pinch himself at.

" Okay...not dreaming..." Ingo said before he cup his face in his hands 'this is probably so bad it might wear off soon...hopefully, ' Ingo thought as he look at the mirror again," Emmet would probably wonder what happen to me..." he muttered as he stood up.

A knock on the bathroom door caught Ingo off guard " yes? what is it?" Ingo asks " well...umm it's emmet something wrong..." his co-worker said before Ingo slams the door open " wait what's wrong with emmet?!" He said almost forgetting about his new appearance  the co-worker  blinks at the second subway master's new appearance  "um...sir what happened to you?" his co-worker asked, " never mind me what's wrong with Emmet?!" Ingo demanded bearing his teeth or well fangs.

30 Minutes earlier.

Emmet strangely has a boost of energy since he woke up this morning ' I should check on Ingo after this battle...unless there is another trainer..' he thought although his back was killing him ' did I pull a muscle?' he thought  as he cracked his shoulder to get rid of the knot that may have from  on his back Emmet let his pokemon back into it's Pokeball after the trainer lost again to him, ' Ingo always go easy on them...' Emmet wonders if he was as cruel as some people think he is.

Emmet wave the trainer off as he waited for them to heal their pokemon at the healing station that Ingo have install on the platform...' this is why people always take advantage of Ingo..his too nice to people....wish they were kind to him back.' he thought bitterly before he let out a grunt "huh..?"  Emmet looked at his gloved hands  his hands were shaking 'what this...' Emmet back started to Ache at the sudden pain in his back he warped his arms around his stomach as he fell to his knees as the pain grew he lean forward as it keeps getting worse emmet looked over and see the Emergency button,

" I-I need to call Ingo...!" Emmet crawled over to the button one arm wrapped around his stomach the other holding himself up as he crawl to the seat to pull himself up he took a grip on the pole and pant a loud snap which made Emmet gasp loudly as he gripped on the pole causing him to Arch his back Emmet shiver at the pain before he looks at his reflection in his eyes were a solid blue almost like his joltik a few extra set of eyes appear around his cheekbones.

Emmet panted in fear "what happening to me?!" he said with panic as he spams the button  the voice of one of his co-workers rang through " hello?" 

"I am Emmet where ingo? I...I Need help!" Emmet said his hand shaking as he look at it his gloves he notice his gloves were ripping through the fingertips dark blue nails started to poke through " help..."  he said before the pain ripped through his back causing him to scream out he quickly took his coat off and threw it on the chair which is a good thing he did so.

Because electric rods then ripped out of his back as yellow fur spread up his arms and stop around his neck to make some kind of scarf and spread down his chest a bit which busted out a bit out of his shirt then a sudden charge ran through like a lightning bolt and he screams as electric bolts ran off of him and fried the lights and the emergency call button much to the co-worker dismay. 

Ingo see the power down train as he went up to the door where his co-worker was prying open the door once so ingo went in he heard sobbing " Emmet?" Ingo called out as he walk down the train he see someone curled into a ball " emmet?" Ingo goes on his knees and went to touch emmet's shoulder before emmet flitches and crawls away.

" Emmet it's me..."  Ingo said using his tail to light up the dark train to see Emmet " Ingo...what happen to us?" Emmet asked as he look at him  Ingo looked at his brother for a minute "...I do not know..." he said as he rubbed his neck as still have questions.

" WHAT?!" a loud shout case the blonde female to cover her ear with one hand before an annoyed sigh left her " easy with the Volume control guys..." she said before she opened one of her golden hazel eyes at the Autobots and the visiting Elite guards she just informed them about her twin brother that is visiting this city for a case.

" Natsume is coming back to Detriot?!" Bumblebee asked, " yeah he is...his bringing shadow with him too." 

"shadow..?" Sari asked tilting her head to the side with a risen eyebrow " My brother's pokemon you haven't met him yet huh?" Hana asked sari and of course, the elite guard shook their heads " well I for the one have the ...somewhat Honor on meeting this shadow." Prowl said remember seeing the blonde male shadow was a little...warp the last time he saw him.

"yeah, Shadow doesn't come out unless Natsume calls him out the fact you saw him probably means he can sense my brother's trust towards you guys?" Hana wonder " well it's nice that shadow thinks that way." Prowl nods with a slight smile on his face" am I the only one who doesn't know what you're talking about here?!"  Sentinel shouts at the top of his lungs.

" am a little confused myself, man..." Jazz said as he rubbed his neck 'oh right they weren't here when the whole pokemon thing went down in Detriot...' Hana thought before she went to explain to them what a pokemon is which interested the jet twins and jazz but not Sentinel mainly when she told him they were also spider-type pokemon as well.

Hana brought out her Partner Mimikyu or what she called the pokemon Kagami  " it looks like it trying to Mimic something?" Bumblebee said looking at  Kagami " they can hear you ya know..." Hana said picking them up in her arms.

"ah, sorry ..." Bee apologized when he saw the look in Hana's eyes  till a laugh caught them off guard " Same old sis the second someone picked on Kagami Hana start throwing punches!" Natsume said leaning in the doorway his heterochromia eyes  Prowl chuckled to himself and notice his shadow was wrapped and don't look normal till Sentinel comes over and the shadow then well morph back into the blonde normal shadow.

" well, we know Shadow doesn't want to reveal themself too..." Hana whispered to the bots Bumblebee chuckled softly at this as Natsume walk over to the group " so what brought you back to Detriot ?" Ratchet asked " there a Case someone Hire me it a missing person and...some kind of paranormal case as well...I could bust this one once I find out what caused it..." Natsume muttered the few last bits under his breath.

"hm? what case is it?" Hana asked looking at her twin," you know that mass missing person case?" Natsume replied " yeah My client is one of the families that went missing ...and to be honest I think it connected to what some people are saying they saw..." Natsume said as his sister took his arm" all right detective  what did you find..." Hana said as she took him to talk in Private even though the bots had probably been through worse.

"....Melody?" Bumblebee the Raven hair female who came with Natsume sighed and summon a monitor where the twins can be seen" alright  what is it?" Hana asked once they got to the med bay, " alright so I ask people some questions mainly what they saw and some kind of portal open up and just shallow the person up." Natsume explains.

" like the space Bridge?" Hana questioned " no not like the space Bridge it ...well not fully like the space Bridge but, what am trying to say. it not fully normal in a way.."

"you think a Pokemon is behind this?" Hana questioned leaning on the wall "...yeah a powerful one...but the question WHY?!" Natsume ran his fingers through his hair "...some kind of kidnapping?" Natsume wonder.

" maybe people that went missing saw something and whoever is behind this wants to keep silent? " Hana question "...I ask my previous client before he went missing but according to him, His twin brother was acting off before he went missing...like he would stare off somewhere almost like he was in a trance or something."

" A trance?" Hana tilts her head at this "yeah when My client went to check on him he was gone the camera feed went static so it didn't show who or what took him." Natsume said as he pace " Shadow the Darkrai floated out of his shadow and put a hand on his shoulder "dude you're making your pokemon worry about you...did you sleep?" Hana asked with a raised eyebrow.

"....uh when was the last time I sleep?" Natsume asked looking at shadow who held up 3 claws " 3 days..." Natsume said

"try weeks...' shadow signed with an annoyed look in his eye.

"THREE WEEKS?!" Hana shouted at her brother "  Natsume lightly glare at shadow " thanks..." he said with a sarcastic tone shadow did something that look like a chuckle the amusement in his eye was clear as day.

"why you haven't slept in three weeks, Nat?" Hana asked looking at her twins and looking at the bag that was under his eyes " well it's because my client was desperate for answers..." Natsume said as he rubbed his neck " if it were one of us we would do the same thing..." Natsume replied as he lean on the wall " we still don't have an answer on what happens when we were kids...that year we were missing.." Natsume continue Hana bit her inner cheek ' that's right...he wasn't here when...' Hana shook her head a bit at the memory as she look at Natsume.

" wouldn't you want answers?" Natsume asked Hana remained silent " of course you would !" Natsume said as he fail not to notice his sister was trying to figure something out " Anyway I found this cliffside where there was a reading." Natsume continued as he holds up the reading from his bag " look!"  Hana look at the reading "something is going on.." Hana said " your lack of sleep .." Hana said as she cross her arms over her chest.

"oh come on sis!" Natsume stomps his foot a bit " how many missing person cases were left unsolved..." almost pleading " I can find them...please sis I would love your help..." Natsume said as he hold the reading to his chest Hana sighed " alright...but you're going to sleep on our way to the cliffside alright?"  Hana said pointing that out.

" Yeah yeah I know thanks, sis!" Natsume said with a big smile Hana walk out of the room and sighed "yeah yeah don't get your hopes up if you hit a dead end." She said as she rubbed her shoulders " you didn't tell him?" Jazz asked, "...eavesdropping are we now?" Hana raises an eyebrow at him " his going to find out sooner or later you know..." Jazz replied  " Look I know he's going to find out sooner or later but...I picked later for a really good reason.." Hana said as she walked over to where Sari is.

" and the reason being?" Prowl questions" he would wonder how much of his memories are a lie or would remember something...unpleasant..." Hana said  just as Natsume  walk-in " you guys ready!?"  he said with an excited smile "let's not make things harder for him than they already are.." Hana whispered to Prowl and Jazz. 

Jazz offered to give Natsume a nice drive while he rest in the seat  Shadow of course fully revealed himself once he saw that Natsume was asleep inside and peaceful which means he trust Jazz.

" So shadow...what you two been doing?" Jazz asked Shadow went to sign something but realized Jazz might not know sign language  Shadow went through Natsume's bag one claw in the air almost like saying ' one minute '  a small bracelet with a silver 'gem' at the center  Shadow place it on his wrist " just freelance mostly...I worry about the little prince's health..." shadow replied " his health?" Jazz question as Natsume slept " yes he always Neglate his well-being for others...seeing his last Client state brought out the worse in him though..." Shadow replied.

" I think I know what you're saying my man...the little lady is the same way," Jazz said  Shadow sighed " yeah...I still wonder who they got that form.." Shadow questions looking at Natsume as he sleeps peacefully "this is the first time I see him sleep this calmly in a while.." the shadow said.

The Cliffside

" So this is where the reading comes from?" Hana asked Natsume who was awake " yeah..." Natsume said as he place what equipment he has down on the ground  " this is where the reading picked up form..." Natsume started the scan "if we can find out what cause the reading the last time I Scan here it would help." Natsume muttered as he started to look at the screen.

After a few hours Sari let out a groan of boredom " how much longer...?" She said, " till something new happens..." Natsume said Bulkhead was painting the area  "so what's your theory on this...thing?" he asked Natsume hums a bit" I think...someone or something is trying to get someone or something attention ... " Natsume muttered, " uh who attention...?"  Bulkhead asked, "... that's what I like to know..." Natsume muttered a bit Sari turn on her jet pack and went flying around " so someone is taking people to get someone or something Attention ?" Sari asked tilting her head to the side while she hover in mid-air.

"...yeah..don't know who or what though...maybe...Arceus?" Natsume thought, out loud" who?" Sari asked, " they the god of all the pokemon pretty much the reason why they are here.." Hana explain, "it's like how the Cybertron has all spark." Natsume nods " only it not a stone ...it more of a deity..." Natsume Conuiend  "or well A thought... Natsume pulled up a book and open it to a random page and read from it.

" 'thought to have created the Sinnoh region and possibly the entire Pokémon world, the lake guardians Uxie, Azelf, and Mesprit; and the creation trio Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina.' " Natsume read " Giratina?"  Sari look at Natsume Before he looks at sari " they trap in another dimension by Dialga and Palkia and hold a grudge against them for that."  Natsume explain  sari notice  something shiny she flew a bit closer Hana noticed this " sari?" Sari looked over her shoulder  before looking back at the shiny light " there's something-" however she was cut off by hitting one of her wings causing them to break and Sari to fall " SARI!" The bots shouted at Natsume as he bolt over and Jump over the cliff and put a whistle in his mouth the whistle itself was black and red.

" Is he nuts?!" Sentinel shouted, " he got this..." Hana said  a loud whistle can be heard Shadow jump out of Natsume's shadow and grabbed them " see? he got this." Hana took a slight sigh of relief " well that was risky!" Optimus prime said, " yeah Risky runs in the family..."  Hana replied then something sparky caught Hana's attention " a thunder ball?!" the ball struck Shadow Natsume and sari which shock them unconscious and they fell..down till a portal opened for a second then it is close.

" what just..happen?" Hana asked not believing what had just happened where's Natsume, Sari, and shadow?

In the void(?)

Shadow was the first to wake up and look down and see Natsume and Sari in his arms unconscious ' just what happen ...was it a wild Pokemon?' he thought as he try to recall no ..he heard a faint voice shouting 'thunder ball' ' was it Parred?  he thought as he looks around "...where is this place...I need to get these two home..." Shadow mutter as he floats around  a low groan can be heard Natsume was the first to wake up " ugh, what happen?" Natsume groans out,

"I think we were ambushed..." shadow replied, " hm? by who?" Natsume's question " I do not know..." shadow replied, " if they were after us why attack Sari she is Innocent in this!" Natsume looked at him "I'm not sure why perhaps she was bait to lure the both of us into the opening?" as shadow looked at the void around they were in" as someone follows us here found out who would do what?...that creepy...that someone was following my friends and family." Natsume mutter.

"We did make Enemies... a lot of them when your working freelance..." Shadow said as he thought for a moment " but although...we made worse enemies when we befriend the Autobots....." shadow replied. 

" now how do we-" Natsume was cut off by a voice and a blinding light which made Natsume cover his eyes " calm my child." the voice rang from the light Natsume's phone slipped out of his pocket and the light took it and did something to it.

"you must find all pokemon..." the voice said before the light engulf them and then... darkness.

" Hello? are you two alright?" a male voice called Natsume flitch a bit " Hello! are you alright young man young lady!?" Natsume opens his eyes and sees...3 pokemon and a professor "where am I?" Natsume groan as he slowly got up.

"oh good you awake..." the Professor said taking a  breath of relief  Sari woke up not long after " ugh, what happened.." 

" oh, your friend is awake too!" the Professor said as he help her up " who are you? " the Professor realized he didn't Introduce himself " oh am Professor Laventon." he said as he look at the two "you're not from here I take it.."  he asked.

Natsume raises an eyebrow " yeah ...we form...from..." Natsume put a hand on his forehead 'where was I from...' he thought anxiety started to fill he remembers people but not their names or barely their faces they were like scratch out.

"...are you alright...?" Laventon asked Natsume placing a hand on his shoulder " I-I can't....remember..." Natsume muttered as tears welled up in his eyes 

" wait don't you remember me?!" Sari asked tugging on Natsume's arm " your Sari Sumdac ...Isaac Sumdac Adopted daughter... " Natsume mutter sari took a breath of relief " okay then it...that good maybe..." Sari muttered as she thought about something.

" well you did take a hard hit when you fell I was worried you wouldn't wake up." Laventon said as he close his eyes Sari looked at the three pokemon that was with him " oh wow, cute !" sari said then this made the professor start to explain to the pokemon that were with him....then they ran off.

" Oh, not again can you help me get them back..?"

Natsume nods "alright.."  Natsume said as he went to get them after the Professor give him some Pokeball but they look different.' where are we...or when..' Natsume thought and after a while, he got all three of them back " well done my boy!" the Professor said with a smile.

Natsume smiles softly before his headache for a bit and an Imagen flash.

"well done little one." a gentle voice said with a gentle smile as he ruffle his head " Thank you Mr.-" 

and just like that, the memory was gone  "...what was that just now..." Natsume mutter.
