Yet Mitsuki herself did entertain the thought on the inside. "Please tell him I don't plan on accepting proposals from people that I don't even know. I understand the Chief wants me to take it so they wouldn't have to leave their homes, but I know there's another way for us to make an agreement with them." Izuku said, and he tilted his head at Uraraka's face. She looked nervous before she spoke.

"I'm sorry you're Highness, but King Toshinori already accepted it. He's made preparations to bring The Chief's son here. I think it's because he's a  prime  Omega."

"I'm sorry, but he's was pretty serious about it. I really don't think he'll drop it. And I know you hate the idea of an arranged marriage, but this might be a good reminder for you. Your dad  is  getting older, and you're going to be taking his place. And people are gonna expect you to marry and produce an heir. You need to take responsibility for your kingdom." Uraraka spoke to Izuku sternly. Although she did take her hand off him, remembering her place.

The green-haired man took in her words and thought for a minute. She was right, he needs to be responsible. He's turning 21 soon after all...

"You're right... Thank you, you're dismissed." He smiled then Uraraka bowed to him before exiting the large room. Izuku forgot about the papers as he thought about the proposal.

The black-haired man respectfully bowed and paid attention to the older woman.

"Eijirou I want you to come with me and my son to the AllMight Kingdom."

"All right, I appreciate the opportunity. Did you plan a peace meeting with the King?"

"No. I found a way to insure the Clan's safety. I've already received the King's blessing, Katsuki will marry the Prince."

Eijirou froze and replayed her words in his mind. Surely The Chief wouldn't pass her son off like a present to the Prince would she? No, no of course not.

"Could you repeat that Chief?"

"I received a reply from the King early this morning. He agreed to my suggestion that we form an alliance through our heirs marriage. This will keep our land safe." She breathed out reminding herself of the positive outcomes.

The young man stood in frozen shock. His best friend, his partner, was being given away for the sake of avoiding conflict. Did Katsuki even know about this?

"Chief, is Katsuki aware of this?" He knew his Katsuki would never agree to such a ridiculous affair. The Prime would tear up the agreement and lead our Clan to victory. He would never betray everyone like that, he would never betray Eijirou.

"I have yet to inform him.." Her face filled with regret.

"How could think about this without his permission?"

His anger slowly brewed inside.

Neither were aware of the very small roots of his scalp, becoming a bright strong red.

"Eijirou, I don't think you understand. We couldn't win if we tried. The Kingdom is much stronger than you think."

He looked down, deciding not to fight her on the decision.

He repressed his true scent and urge to yell and bowed again.

"I'll respect your decision Chief. Please, let's continue."

It's a new year and I'm applying for college (future surgery technician here ayo) and I want to write more so I'm gonna start working on this old work a little bit everyday so I can say I finished a project for once in my life.
