Sandra was glad the case was over she was happy her boys had behaved somewhat better than they usually did she thinks it may be due to her being pushed by the suspect as they were very overprotective of her and when Robert found out he made sure the suspect had a bit of a bump into a wall on his way to the interrogation room.
The boys had warmed up to Strickland a bit more especially with how he made sure to be the one to help Sandra interrogating and made sure to have the suspect in his eyesight as a warning every time the suspect would let a smirk slip when he looked in Sandra’s direction.
When the suspect finally confessed it was a smug Sandra that walked out of interrogation with Strickland at her side and now in her office collecting her things she paused as she looked out at the boys who had told her they were treating her to a drink that was well deserved at the pub and was so happy her three old dinosaurs were on her team and now she also had Robert who would look out for her too.
Jack looked over to where Sandra was and made his way over to her as he would always see her as his daughter and wanted to make sure she hadn’t sustained any injuries.
“Sandra you really ok? And don’t give me the bullshit line of I’m fine and there’s nothing wrong so out with it”
“I really am Jack I promise I only have a slight bruise on my side but I’m really ok”
“Come on then let’s go then and thank you for being honest with me”
Once Sandra had her bag they were off to the pub for a well earnt drink and possibly food if Gerry had any say.
