Chapter 2: Gregory asleep fluff

Summary:

As requested! Sorry if the length isn't good enough in any way! (BTW the next chapters might take longer)

Chapter Text

It's been a few hours since the entrance door closed and Gregory's chance to escape vanished. Now he had to wait until 6am and somehow not get killed by that weird bunny lady, he still had to figure that out too. All this obviously took a huge toll on a kid like him, especially since he hasn't eaten or properly slept in a while now. His exhaustion even started to show on him as he moved slower and had to sit down a few times already. Freddy did ask him a few if he wanted to rest in his room, but the boy was too stubborn to just accept it...

That's also kinda how this situation came to be.

"Freddy, hey!" exclaimed Gregory as he turned around. "I hear someone coming, let me inside your hatch!" The bear nodded and swiftly did as he was told. He let the boy quickly climb inside and started walking towards the noise maker. He noticed Roxanne stomping angrily around as he approached closer and tried to carefully move around her to not get noticed.

"Goddamnit...Where is that annoying kid!?" She kicked a garbage can in frustration and started stomping to a new location.

Freddy took one last glance around his surroundings before turning his head to his stomach. "Gregory, it should be safe now!" He waited a few seconds for an answer but received none. Had he accidentally hurt his superstar in any way!? He tried to communicate with him trough his fazwatch but no avail either. He slowly opened his stomach hatch, still glancing around during it and smiled softly at his discovery. Gregory was sleeping soundlessly inside him, sometimes turning around a bit. The boy opened one of his eyes in confusion and rubbed them tiredly. "What's...wrong?" His voice sounded groggy since he just woke up. Freddy chuckled shortly and patted his head carefully. "You can go back to sleep, superstar. Nobody can hurt you."

The child in response nodded smiling and went back to resting in his hatch. "Okay, thanks...dad." He yawned a last time before fully falling asleep again. But that didn't matter to the bear. Did...Gregory see him as a father figure? If he did, he wouldn't even mind. His superstar means a lot to him, even if they've only known each other for a few hours. He would do anything to protect him, he felt like the boy meant more to him than the usual customer children. He will get Gregory out of here, he promised him so. Nothing will stop him from bringing his superstar home.

"Rest well...son."

Chapter 3: Sick Gregory & sunrise

Chapter Text

Gregory quickly ran trough the door, legs hurting already. He held his head as he tried to calm his dizziness down and decided to sit down for a bit. He doesn't know when it started, but his nose wouldn't stop running and the lights on the ceiling seemed brighter than usual. They also hurt more to look at. He didn't mean to exactly immediately end up at the daycare, but that's better than being stuck in any vent.

He carefully looked around before sending a glance towards the slide. Oh boy, that will surely be fun for a sick boy...He sat down at the entrance of it and pushed himself down towards the ballpit. His head felt awful during it, as did his stomach. He had to rest for a while when he finally arrived and groaned in pain. Of course, now his nose also started running again! He tried to contact Freddy but his signal was blocked by something unknown, weird...

Gregory looked around the room while trying to maneuver his way out of the ballpit.
"Hoo hoo hoo!" exclaimed a voice from above. Gregory quickly sent a look to a sort of balcony high up on the wall and started moving faster. As he came to the end of it, two hands grabbed his shoulders and held him high up. "Hellooo, new friend! You're sure up late! Are we having a slumber party? Where are- Hey, are you okay, friend?" Gregory started becoming dizzier the longer he was in the air, he closed his eyes shut in annoyance of the bright lights and rubbed his nose clean. "Can you...put me down?" mumbled Gregory quietly.

Sun was quiet for a moment, an unusual thing and softly set him back onto the floor. The boy appreciated the action and tried to stand on his own legs. The animatronic although noticed his trembling and helped him with a soft smile. "You should rest, new friend! You don't look too hyper!" He laughed happily but stopped when Gregory covered his ears. "Am I too loud? I'm sorry, buddy! Do you want to paint? Do arts and crafts?" He jumped around excitedly before noticing that his new friend collapsed. "Oh no!" He quickly helped him sit up and gave him a worried look. (Well, as worried as an animatronic can look.) Gregory shook his hands off and leaned against sun's legs, who giggled in response. "I'm...sick. I think." He coughed in pain and rubbed his eyes again.

He couldn't rest too long before Sun picked him back up and carried him to another room. "Hey, where..." They both entered a room full of beds and couches with a few nightlights standing around. "I'm not exactly sure what...sick really feels like or is, but you seem tired!" He softly sat the boy down and handed him a blanket full of star patterns. "I can't exactly turn the lights off, but...You should still rest!" He akwardly rubbed Gregory's shoulders before jumping away back to the daycare.

"Huh..." He looked down at the blanket and back to the doorway. "I guess a few animatronics can be nice..."

Chapter 4: Moondrop helps Gregory

Summary:

Next request done! I will probably take some time for the next ones since I want to finish multiple ones and then post them

Chapter Text

"Gregory, we should be safe here while we wait for 6am. Nobody should be able to disturb us here!" explained Freddy as he opened his stomach hatch for Gregory to jump out. "Are you...sure?" asked the boy unsure. "Can't they just see us trough the glass or vents?"
Freddy hummed shortly and walked over to the window to shut the blinds closed. "Now we're invisible!" He smiled amused at Gregory and walked back over to him. "Are you doing okay, superstar?"

The boy in response nodded but shifted around on his legs akwardly. He tried to hide something on his leg with his short pants but failed miserably, making Freddy more suspicious of it. "What's wrong?" The bear ducked a bit and came closer. He noticed a fresh, clean cut on the boy's leg, that looked like it had been inflected not too long ago.

"Gregory! You're hurt!" shouted Freddy in shock. He was worried for his superstar and hoped he wasn't in too much pain. "Freddy, don't be so loud! What if-" As he tried to shush the animatronic, a loud sound was heard, almost as if something opened. Gregory looked up towards one of the doors before noticing a very familiar robot approaching.
"Naughty, naughty friends! It's past your bedtime, you should rest and stay quiet!" giggled Moondrop as he spinned grinning around. Gregory immediately hid behind his bear friend who was ready to protect him.

"Hehehe! Do not worry, friends! I'm not here to harm you..." He cooked his head giggling and held out a hand towards the kid. "Are you hiding, child? I managed to hear a bit of your talk!"
Gregory looked up at Freddy confused who just shrugged his shoulders. He wasn't sure why the animatronic was so kind to them, but he didn't mind.

Moondrop inspected Gregory closer, carefully looking him over for injuries. When he finally noticed the cut on his leg, he just shook his head and spinned his head around. "No, no! That's not good! No child should be injured, even if you're naughty!" He picked the boy up, stopping a bit when Freddy almost snatched him back and sat him down on the couch.
"You need bandaids! Ooh, maybe those ones with animals on it! Yes, yes..." He snickered at his idea and looked back up at Freddy. "I can help you get the first aid kit, naughty children should always be helped!" He took the boy's hand and dragged him towards the door.

"Wait!" Freddy quickly held Gregory back and look around. "Where...are you bringing him? We should stay here, in case Vanny returns!" Moondrop shook his head at that and continued dragging the kid with him. "It's fine, hehehe. I won't let 'em touch you!"
Freddy gave up, trying to get them both back into his room and just followed Moon to the daycare. He helped them both get in and quickly shut the door behind him
"Now! Let me find the bandaids for your hurt leg!" He disappeared into the back of the room while Freddy started speaking to his superstar. "Is everything alright, Gregory? Are you sure we can-"
He couldn't even finish his sentence as Moondrop came back, grinning and hands full of bandaids and sanitisers.
"This will sting a tiny bit!" He carefully cleaned up the wound and put the sanitiser and bandaid on. "There, done!"
Gregory looked over his leg, smirking a bit. He thanked the animatronic mumbling, giving both robots a smile.

"I like him."

Chapter 5: Sick gregory + freddy

Summary:

I felt some motivation to write more requests

Chapter Text

Gregory knew something was wrong the second he woke up. He didn't feel as energetic or hyper as usual and his forehead felt hot. He slowly moved to stand up and tried to move over to the mirror to check how he looked like. He couldn't come very far though, before Freddy stormed into the room and started explaining something quickly.

"Good morning superstar! How are you?" Gregory almost couldn't understand him by how fast he spoke and tried to answer, before being interrupted. "That's great. Listen, I will be pretty busy today with a girl's birthday party. I won't be here for a while, but you can always hang out in the daycare or with...the map bots. Anyways, I have to leave now. Please be careful and don't visit places you shouldn't see, okay?"
Gregory slowly nodded to all his rambling while trying to understand all the information he was just told. He wanted to hug the bear goodbye but he was gone when he looked back up.

"Oh..." He sniffed slightly as his nose started running again and sat down on his couch. He sighed quietly, trying to figure out what to do now. Should he really visit the daycare? No...Sun would just try to make him fingerpaint for hours again. Was he really this bored without Freddy? His buzzing head didn't help either...

He started leaving the room, taking his flashlight and fazwatch and made his way towards the backroom behind Freddy's room. He had to lean against the wall a few times, everything was spinning and his whole body hurt. He felt like a bulldozer ran over him, god, today would become awful.

He kept checking his fazwatch for the time, and upon seeing that only 15 minutes passed, groaning in pain. He can't even stay alone for this short amount of time without needing help! How pathetic...
Gregory decided to just sit down on the cold, hard floor and wait a bit until he felt better atleast. This was better than the usual cardboard box and awful temperatures outside at night atleast. The floor felt even kinda nice on his fever, even if only a bit. He couldn't enjoy it for too long although, before his head started hurting immensely and he started crying a bit.

"Goddamnit, Greg...Stop crying like a baby." whispered the boy at himself. He was old enough to just take care of himself and be strong! He's done it many times already, he didn't need dumb adults or animal robots! But even these thoughts didn't stop him from sobbing from his pain. It hurt so much, and wouldn't stop.

"I-It hurts...I-I want Freddy...I want my...d-dad..." He tried to rub stronger at his eyes to keep the tears from falling but failed again and again. He suddenly stopped at the sound of static and shot a glance at his fazwatch. It turned bright and a voice appeared from it.
"-ory? Gregory, what's wrong? Can you hear me?" Oh shit. He forgot to turn that off...

The boy quickly wiped most snot and tears away and shakily spoke into the machine. "U-Uhm...yeah! I'm completely fi-fine!" He knew the bear would notice the trembling voice and audible sniffing, he really messed up now.
There was silence for quite a while, somehow comforting to his hurting head, before Freddy's voice popped up again.
"I'm on my way, superstar." Wait. What?
But his guardian was busy with some kid's birthday party! He shouldn't interrupt his job just to care for him, he wasn't that important!

It took Freddy quite a few minutes to arrive and find him, but when he did, he just hugged him silently. Gregory hesitated before returning the action, raising an eyebrow at him. He felt sweaty and gross, but the cold metal felt quite nice on his body. The bear grabbed the boy's face, scanning him shortly and wiping some tears away.

"Oh superstar...I'm so sorry. I didn't notice you were sick, I was so distracted by my work..." explained Freddy carefully. He smiled sadly at his kid and picked him up in his arms. Gregory wanted to protest, but he felt way too weak to even move his arms. It was nice to be cared for, to have someone think you're important enough.
"Thank you...dad." Gregory hugged the robot closer and closed his eyes to avoid the bright lights.

Freddy grinned a bit at the name and carefully put him on the couch. He left for around a minute, returning with a glass of water and some pills.
"I'm really sorry. I should've noticed, you're too important. Please tell me next time if you're feeling bad, I will listen."

He helped him swallow both pills and water and put a blanket over his small body. He wouldn't leave him alone for the rest of the day, making both the family of the birthday girl and staff members of the building angry. But he didn't care, his superstar was more important.

Chapter 6: Monty + Gregory fluff

Chapter Text

Monty really didn't think that babysitting would be something he'd ever do in his life. Sure, he liked kids. He was made to entertain kids! But actually having one live with them is something else. He couldn't blame Freddy though, Gregory could be fun to hang out with sometimes, especially when he could help him pull pranks. That's also why right now, he was carrying named kid while trying to find the bear animatronic.

"How can you even lose him?" snarled Monty. "You can hear his stomps from miles away!" Gregory clutched his arms tighter while trying to stiffle a laugh and let out an annoyed groan. He checked his fazwatch again, checking for any signs of Freddy on the map, but failed to find any.
"I dunno. I just wanted to get something to eat, but got lost in the kitchen." explained the young boy with a small snicker. The gator just rolled his eyes in response. This kid was way too much of an airhead. He turned around a few times before noticing Roxy in front of her own statue, admiring it.

"Hey Rox, have you, uh, seen Fred' by any chance?" Monty asked her in a hushed tone as he didn't want people to notice him carrying Gregory.

It's not like he didn't have a reputation to keep, which he remembered too late as Roxanne started laughing at the scene.

"BAHAHA, WHAT'RE YOU CARRYING THE KID FOR?" She wiped a small tear away from the laughter and smirked at both boys. "Well, I did see Freddy over by the gift shop. Why are you searching for him? You finally wanna ask him on a date or w-" Monty quickly covered her mouth with his hand and sent her an angry look. It truly was a bad idea to ask the wolf, but atleast they knew where Freddy was now.

He softly punched her shoulder, she should really stop with those dumb jokes...
Monty started walking again before noticing Gregory grinning at him. He really screwed it up now, didn't he...He flicked the kid's head, snickering at his whining and entered the gift shop.
Inside was Freddy, who was currently talking with a security about something, looking quite stressed. That stopped although when the bear looked up, noticing Monty carrying the familiar boy.

"Hey there Freddy, seems like you lost your kid." He carefully handed Gregory over to the animatronic, trying not to hurt him with his claws. The robot thanked him quietly in response and gave his kid a small grin. "I lost you there for a second! Where did you go, superstar?"
Gregory started ranting about food and the kitchen for a minute, adding a few details to make the story more interesting.

Monty wanted to leave the two and their conversation but was stopped when Gregory pointed his thumb at him and whispered something to his guardian.
Freddy sent him a glance, having a surprised expression and almost looking like he was blushing before softly smiling at the gator. That goddamn kid...

He won't ever babysit again, he really hated kids. Well, Freddy's superstar was okay he guessed, as long as he didn't get lost anymore.
