Chapter Text

Hopes POV:
"You stupid bitch" jack said as he kept hitting me with his belt "I told you to have the house clean and dinner ready when I got home" he said as he started to hit me harder, more tears escaping my eyes . "you know what I need to do now" he said with a sick laugh "I'll meet you in the room" he said as he started to walk towards the room where I don't want to mention the things he does to me , thinking about it makes me sick. Jonah walked out of the corner he was hiding from, slowly walking towards me "you okay hopey?" He asked with a little tear escaping his eye, "yeah I'm fine buddy, go back to your room, I'll be there soon" I said as I slowly got up from the kitchen floor rubbing his dirty and crusty hair, somehow it was still smooth.

I had to go to jacks room or not he would start hitting Jonah and I will do everything in my power to protect Jonah even if I had to get raped by jack I will do it. I slowly walk to where Jack was waiting, but then something came over me as soon as I entered the room, I felt a urge to lash out and hurt him. Badly. I felt anger come over me. "Lock the door princess and show me a good time" he said with a sick voice. I decided to go along with it, I walked closer to him and then I felt like I needed to kill him, I slowly trained my fingers to his neck and I snapped it, him falling on to the bed. , a lot, I let out a scream and I felt the house shake. I need to leave.

I quickly ran out the room and went to go get Jonah "Noah pack your bags we're leaving" I said as I threw him his backpack while I grabbed mine "where are we going?" He asked while shoving his clothes into his backpack, "somewhere where we can have enough space to run and explore, we can probably even meet Harry Potter since you love him so much" I said as I booped his nose "yay we're going to hogwarts "he said while jumping up and down" now hurry and pack or we will miss the train "I said as I ran towards a secret safe that Jack had hidden where he kept all his money, I also found a gun which I took in case of emergencies.

I went back to the room where Jonah was done packing his bags, "okay buddy, to hogwarts we go" I said as I grabbed my bags and grabbed his hand as we walked out of the house, leaving this old life behind and in search of a new and better one. we walked down to the bus stop "hello i will have 2 bus tickets to Virginia please" i asked the old lady, she nodded me two tickets. "There you go dear, have a safe trip" she said with a sweet smile .i nodded and walked back to where jonah was sitting. "im sleepy" he said as he rubbed his eyes, "its okay noah, go to sleep in my lap, ill wake you when the bus comes" i said as he slowly laid down i my lap.

I then started to think about all the anger outburst i had when i was younger, sometimes i think im like some kind of supernatural but then i laugh it off because theres no way vampire, witches, or werewolfs exist.  i took out my phone that i hid from jack so he wouldint take it .when he first adoped me and noah with his wife ruth we thought they were really nice people but soon they started to abuse us, then ruth died and he would lash out on me and jonah and when he was drunk and horny he would force me to sleep with him, i was 14 when he first did it. i am now 17, running away with 8 year old jonah.

the bus stoping made me jump and pulled me out of my thoughts. "hey noah" i said as i shook jonah awake from his sleep. "the buss is here, ready to go, need to go to the restroom?" i asked making sure we were ready to leave. "yeah i got everything and no hopey i dont need to go to the restroom" he said as he slowly started to stand up.we walked into the bus and found some seats and we slowly drifted to sleep.

Chapter Text

Hopes POV:
My eyes open widely,slowly adjusting to the sunlight coming from the window , I look down at little Jonah who is still peacefully sleeping. I grab my backpack from my feet and dig around looking for my headphones, I plug them in to my phone and press shuffle on my music "idk you yet" by Alexander 23 started to play , I slowly relax and focusing to the lyrics,

I used to replay this song , wishing someone would save me from jack but no one ever did .

I turned my focus to outside my window , looking at all the other cars and the trees they past by , i felt Noah move a little on my thighs, i then checks if he woke up but he didn't, I starts to play with his hair twirling his Auburn hair with my fingers, slowly turning my attention back to the song as it slowly ends.

The song ended as a small tear escaped my eye , I quickly wiped it off and looked at a sign ,

"MYSTIC FALLS IN 6 MILES"

I think it was a great idea to stop here and probably stay here for a months or two , small town , no one will ever find us . I look down at Noah who is peacefully still sleeping, I never seen him sleep so much , probably because he would stay up all night trying to clean the house with me so jack wouldn't hit us .  I wish he was never forced to grow up fast , I wish he met mom, dad , uncle Elijah, aunt Rebekah, uncle kol, aunt freya ,and the rest of the family, but then they all just.... died. Leaving 9 year old me and 2 month old Jonah to foster care . We were moved from home to home just because of my anger outrages . And I never wanted to leave Noah's side , I was 12 and Noah was placed in a different foster home , so I ran away from mine taking my foster family's car and went to go look for him , I ended up crashing it against a light post and I got in a lot of trouble but I did find him. I promised Noah to never leave him and I will stay with that promises, just as I promised "Always and Forever " which was our family motto. The next song plays , making me relax a little , I look at the title of the really hyper song .

I then wake Noah up . " hey buddy wake up we're getting off" I gently shake him awake , "where are we ?" Jonah Asks , rubbing his eyes with the back of his hand ."where in mystic falls ,Virginia buddy, were staying here for a while" I say while rubbing his hair , he giggles "okay , I need to go to the restroom tho" he said "the restroom is at the back of the bus buddy , hurry quickly tho , we're almost at our stop" I say , collecting all our stuff , taking out some of the stolen money so I can buy food when we stop . He nods and goes to the restroom. After a few minutes he comes back "okay I'm back hopey " he said with a big smile . Okay buddy , when the bus stops we get off because that's our stop ,okay?" I ask helping him put his backpack on "okay hopey" . The bus then comes to its stop and we hop off . Here's where we start a new beginning.

Chapter Text

Hopes POV:
We walk around this small town , it's nice and quiet and hidden so if people come looking for us , they won't be able to find us,i think. I found out a house I can rent for a few months. I told Noah to shower while I went to McDonald's to buy some food , he wanted a happy meal so I told him I would get him one . I walked a few minutes till I was in what looked like town square, I was looking at my phone when I suddenly bumped into someone.

"oh my god I am so sorry I should have looked where I was going are you okay ?" I looked up to see a tall brunette, she looked really pretty and her eyes were beautiful, focus hope . "Uh y-y-yeah Im fine , sorry I should've looked where I was going " I say with a small smile ,rubbing the back of my neck."you look a little lost , you need help ?" The brunette asked ."uh yeah I just moved to town , I'm currently staying at the mystic home that was up for rent " I say with a little laugh, she laughed too "it's okay , not many people visit this town since it's so small, most people don't know about it,but welcome to mystic falls ......." she trails off not knowing my name "oh it's hope " I say, putting my hand out for her to shake, she then grabs my hand her hands warm and smooth , Hope focus .

"Well welcome to mystic falls hope , I'm josie " 

she gives me a small smile "nice to meet you josie " i say , giving her a small smile ,"so how long have you lived here for , don't mean to be nosey just curious " she gives me a small smile "well I was born here and I have been here my whole life so 17 years " she's also 17 "wow, well I really need to go but don't mean to bother you but do you know where a McDonald's is ?" I ask while looking down "It's fine , it's down the street to your left , I can take you , it doesn't bother me " i nod and follow her .

"So what made you come here ?" She asked while we were walking to the McDonald's. "That's personal, I would tell you if I could, you seem like a really nice person " I say not trying to be rude. "Oh well it's okay you don't have to tel me " she said "well I need to hurry, I have a kid at home who probably is waiting for there happy meal " I say chuckling a little , "oh your a teen mom ?" Josie asked , I look up at her shocked "oh no - no , Jonah is my little brother, we came together " I clarified."oh okay" she said "sorry it sounded like if he was your kid, how old is he ?, don't mean to intrude or anything." She said sounding a little nervous. "Oh  no your not intruding, he's 8" I say as I start to order , I finish ordering and sit and wait for my order to be ready , Josie sits with me , "well if you want to come to school , my dad knows the principle for the mystic falls high school, I'm sure he can talk to the elementary principal too for your brother" I look at her in shock , "actually that would be nice , I can finish high school and graduate, and Jonah can get to know people , that would be great but I don't want to disturb you" I say with a apologetic smile ,"no it's fine hope , it would be my pleasure " she said as she reached to grab my hand , I immediately flinched and quickly pulled my hands back to me
"sorry I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable " she said looking down, I felt bad .
"Oh no it's fine just , been through some stuff , kinda keep people at arms length " I say , she then seems to understand so a small smile comes back to her face , it's rally cute , hope get your mind back to focus . " number 362" a worker calls out. I stand up and grab my food , Putting it in my backpack, "well I got to go back home " I stop and think for a while "you can come and join us if you want " I offer her "uh sure why not, if it doesn't bother you" Josie said trying not to sound rude "no it's fine , Jonah will probably like you" I said giving her a smirk , she then becomes a blushing mess.

"Jonah it's hope , I'm home " I call out to the house , Jonah then comes running out of a room at the end of the hallway, he immediately stops and runs behind me "hopey who's that ?" He asks while looking at josie , "Noah this is josie , someone who is my new friend " I say while petting his now clean and still wet hair , he slowly walks towards Josie and he grabs her hand "she's really pretty " she said , turning back to me , I kneel down in one knee, about the same height as him now " she really is isn't she ?" I say , booping his nose , he giggles, I look at josie who is now blushing, I give her a wink and she starts to turn into a blushing mess , "anyways buddy here's your happy meal" I take the happy meal out of my backpack and hand it to him , "and here's the chocky milk it came with " I say , handing him his chocolate milk.

He jumps up and down then runs to the kitchen to eat , I laugh at how adorable he is . "You two seem really close" Josie's voice surprises me , making me jump a little I forgot he was here ."sorry I didn't mean to scare you" she said with a apologetic smile "it's fine , and yeah he's the only one I have left, i wouldn't trade him for anything " i say , a small tear coming out "oh my god I'm so sorry hope I didn't mean to make you cry , maybe I shouldn't have come , I can leave" Josie says while turning to the door,"wait" I call out , she turns around to face me "don't leave yet" I say , she nods and leaves her backpack in the sofa by the entrance and we walk together into the kitchen where Noah is happily eating his Apple slices. "Sorry I made you cry" she apologized again"it's okay , it's just that we have been through a lot " I say , "can I hug you ?" Josie asked , playing with her fingers "yeah" I say , she then Hugs me and I hug back , they were some orange growing lights that made us both jump back , "what was that ?" I asked , confused of what just happened, Josie just looks at me in shock , "I -I -I got to uh-I got to go, sorry hope , here's my number if you need anything " Josie says as she quickly writes her number in a peace of paper and goes to her stuff , she then walks out the door and she's gone . "What just happened?" I ask myself.

Hopes POV:
I went to bed , confused of what happened earlier with Josie ,where did that light come from ? , why did Josie leave after? , what was that glowing light? , I just shook it off and went to bed.

I woke up to the sun shining into my eyes , I forgot to close the blinds last night, I get out of bed and walk to close the blinds , I go to the restroom to take a quick shower , I turn the shower on , waiting for the water to warm up , after a few seconds it was warm , I quickly undressed myself and  grab my phone , putting on some music, I press shuffle and my playlist starts to play , I jumped in the shower , after a few minutes , I then hear the door open and then there was a scream " oh my god I'm so sorry I didn't hear the shower " I heard a familiar brunette say as she quickly walked out of the restroom, closing the door behind her . "It-it's okay.  How did you get in here anyways?" I ask , hopping out of the shower ,pausing the music , quickly changing into some clean clothes and drying my auburn hair. "Uh Jonah let me in , if that's okay" she said , sounding a little nervous "that's okay , what are you doing here?" I ask , unsure why she's here in the 1st place . "Well I knew that you and Jonah just moved into town and I know that you probably don't have food yet so I brought y'all something to eat " she said as she raised a bag with the words "mystic grill" written on the paper bag . "Oh Josie , it's okay . You didn't have to " I say , she's so kind . "No no I wanted to , plus I also came here to say that my dad talked to the principals, you and Jonah have to go and show up to sing up , my dad can be your legal guardian so you and Jonah can go to school , please accept it" she said slowly reaching out to grab my hands , looking at me for approval, I didn't move my hands , letting her grab my hands ,"fine but please don't buy us food , we can do that on our own " I say , she squealed and jumps up and down , she's so adorable. "Okay , I told Jonah to have plates out , he's probably starving , least go" she said as she pulled me with her , we ran down the hall where Jonah was sitting down , waiting for his food .

I walk over to Jonah and shake his brunette hair," hey buddie , you sleep well?" I ask , he looks up and smiled " I slept better than ever , better than what we used to sleep at- " I quickly cover his mouth , not wanting to spill anything about our past . "Buddy you know the rules " I say slowly moving my hand away from his mouth , I look up at Josie who looked confused, and intrigued, "sorry hopey " he said looking sad "it's fine buddy, here Josie brought us food , you want to eat ?" I say trying to change the topic "yeah I'm really hungry " he said his smile coming back to his face , I turn over at Josie who is still staring between me and Noah. "Josie you good ?" I ask ,"oh yeah I'm fine , Jonah pass me your plate so I can serve you your food" she said as she reached out to grab Noah's plate , he hands her his plate and she stays to serve him food .

She finished serving our food and we start to eat ."so what was he going to say " I hear Josie whisper into my ear , her breath sending shivers down my spine . Hope focus. "Uh it's personal" I quickly say ."oh" she said as she took a bite of her fries. I nod and continue eating.when we finished we go to the living room to watch a movie , we scroll through Netflix and we pick a family friendly movie , we end up picking to watch "zathura" , "sorry about yesterday, I realized the time and I needed to get home " Josie said as she started to play with her fingers "it's fine , I understand " I say giving her a small smile , she smiles back and moves a little closer to me and Noah. By the time the movie ends , Noah is laying down , his head on my lap while Josie has her face buried inside the crook of my neck , I turn on my phone and look at the time and it's 9:43 pm , I turn my phone of and try to get up but I hear Josie say something " no dad I'm not sure............she probably is" I was interested about what she was dreaming about , I know it's bad but I really wanted to know what she was talking about so I stayed still and listen to what she was talking about in her dreams . "Lizzie I'm not sure , she's probably a werewolf.........I don't think she's a vampire " I feel stupid, she's talking about a movie ,I then feel her move her face closer to my neck and she starts to  suck on it , memories quickly jump back to my mind and I jump off the couch waking both Josie and Noah , Noah immediately noticed I was having a panic attack so he runs straight to get my room probably going to get my inhaler and my bear I hug when I get them , those things help me calm down , Josie just looks at me and slowly walks towards me , she kneels down and slowly moves her hand towards me , trying to touch me , i immediately back up .

"I'm just trying to help hope " I hear Josie say in a calm voice , it calms me down just a bit but not enough, "don't tuch me " I managed to say between my panicked breath . "I'm not trying to hurt you, I just want to help" I hear her say , I decided to let her have a go at it and I nod my head " okay I'm going to place my hand on your chest , I'm not going to do anything else , I will just stay there , got it?" I nodded and she slowly puts her hand on my chest ,"now I will slowly rub your back , is that okay? " I nodded and she moved her other hand to my back and slowly rubs it , I start to calm down and my breathing starts to even out , I then hear Noah running back to the living room , he's holding my red inhaler and my teddy bear ,he stops and looks at me , then to Josie "oh , you stoped it" Noah managed to say , still staring at Josie , Josie then let's go of me and I feel sad at the sudden lost of contact "yeah , I have a sister that also has panic attacks, I know how to calm one down " she said as she walks over to the couch to grab her stuff , "that's cool , I always tried to calm her down without her stuff but I never actually did it , can you teach me ?" Noah asked walking to Josie , Josie smiles and then moves a peace of hair from his face to the back of his ear ,"sure but it takes a lot of practice" Noah giggles "how long have you been doing it ?" Noah asked "NOAH , that's personal " I say , jumping into the conversation , Josie then chuckles , That sounded beautiful. "It's fine hope , I been doing it for as long as I remember so probably my whole life so it's been 17 years" she then puts her backpack on , "that's a lot" Noah said with his mouth hanging open . "Yep" Josie said "well I got to go , my sister is probably waiting for me to get home , nice seeing y'all again " she then waved and closed the door behind her .

"Well buddy we need to go to sleep now " I say turning back to face Noah ." Awwwweee whyyyy??" He whines "because we need to get prepared for enrollment so we can go to school " I say picking him up putting him by my hip."okay " he said with a smile , I smile back and take him to his bed , I place him down on his baby yoda bed and tuck him in "goodnight my little troublemaker " I say as I kiss his forehead "goodnight hopey " he said as he got comfortable and fell asleep , I walk out and close the door behind me . I walk to my room and push play on my playlist,"falling " by Harry stiles starts to play . I get comfy in bed and quickly fall asleep.

Hopes POV:
I wake up , I then grab my phone from my bed and get out of bed , I get ready for the day and go to Noah's room , knock before I enter "buddy you in there ?" I ask as I slowly open the door open to see a mess and Noah no where to be found , "Noah ? , NOAH , Noah come out this isn't funny " I say as I'm running around the house , trying to find Noah but he was no where to be seen , I quickly start to panic , I want to call the cops but if I do , who knows what would happen so I decided to call Josie instead , I go to the peace of paper and quickly dial the number , the line Rings 2 times before she answers "who is this ?" Josie asks through the phone "I-i-its hope , uhh I woke up and I saw a mess and now I can-" she stops my rambling "hope calm down , tell me what happen" she asked with a now worried voice "I woke up this morning and went to wake Noah up but wham i opened the door his room was a mess and I can't find him anywhere , I looked everywhere, I think someone took him. I can't call the police because of s-s-something I did and I don't we at to risk it" I say as tears start to fall from my eyes .

"Hope I'm on my way , my dad and sister and a few other friends are coming to help you okay , don't worry you can trust us " she says with a calming voice "okay , please hurry " I say "okay we're almost there , I'll hang up now ". "No , don't please " I say , "okay I'll stay on the phone " she said ."I can't lose him too" I say almost a whisper "you won't , I promise " she said , "okay we're here " she said and then she hung up , I ran outside to see her and more people get off , I quickly run to Josie and hug her , she hugs me back and I immediately feel same in her arms and I start crying "shhh it's okay hope , we will find him , we will find him , I promise " she said as she slowly stroked my hair "Jed , mg  kalob look around and look for anything, Lizzie , penny , do the " locator map " , his room is down the hall to the left " Josie said still stroking my hair . "Dad I'll put her in the car and help everyone " she said "no Josie you stay here with your friend while we search for her...... " "brother " "okay then you stay with her while we search for her brother , got it jo?" I feel Josie nod her head "okay good , I'll help Jed kaleb and mg" . "Sorry I'm keeping you from helping " I say between sobs "it's okay , I am helping, I'm keeping you calm aren't I?" She said as she slowly pulled away to look down to me . I nod ,"I want to help " I say "actually you can't " she said unwrapping her hands from me, bringing them infront of her , she then starts to play with her fingers ."why not ?" I ask , getting a little mad because he is my brother after all "it's uh its personal" she said as she looks down , still playing with her hands "trust me if I could tell you I would it's just that if I do , I'm exposing everyone " she said as she was still playing with her hands .

"Well I'm still helping " I say as I run to the inside of the house , I then go to jonahs room , there I see a blond girl sitting down holding hands with a short haired girl , between them was a map with blood leading to a place called "Lockwood cellars " but the weirdest of all was that there hands were glowing , just like the first time Josie hugged me " what the fuck is going on ? " I say feeling mad, comfused , surprised and shocked . "Hope calm down " I hear Josie say "calm down ? YOU WANT ME TO CALM DOWN " I say getting angrier, my eyes then start to feel different, like if they were glowing or something "oh my god , your a fucking werewolf " Josie says looking at me , like if she just received some shocking news "what ? " I ask before I hear someone say something before I passed out .

Josie POV:
"Lizzie!" I say as I run to catch hope from hitting herself. "What it's not my fault that new dog could get her anger in check " she said , I rolled my eyes at her and then looked at Penelope "don't look at me I didn't do anything but to witness your new friend show her werewolf side , plus how did you even meet her , last time I remembered you only had the super squad as your friends " she said as she crossed her arms " I met her in town square , she bumped into me and we started talking, she never said anything about her being supernatural, she probably doesn't even know , I knew she was supernatural but I didn't know what exactly, now we know , plus she was going to need help soon , the full moon is tomorrow " I say as I put hopes head in my lap , I that to play with her hair. "What about the kid we're looking for ?" Lizzie said , getting intrigued "Jonah is hopes adorable little brother , she also said that it's the only one in her family left ,so of course she's acting like this right now , plus Jonah is was to little to be a where wolf , he's only 8" I say "who did she kill then ?" Penelope said , I turn to look at her "I don't know , she is to closed to that , last time Jonah was going to say something about there background, hope quickly put her hand over his mouth to stop him from saying anything, and every time I try to bring it up , she quickly switches the topic" I say looking down to see that hope was slowly waking up .

Josies POV:
I see that hope is waking up so I decided to put her back on a sleeping sleep while we search for Noah and go back to the school "hey can y'all help me carry her back to the jeep please ?" They both look at me like if I was crazy "absolutely not, your girlfriend, your mess" Penelope says , "penny she's not my girlfriend " I say she just shrugs and walks away I huff and look over at Lizzie , giving her my puppy eyes, I know that most people can't resist it. "Okay fine but we're using magic because I don't feel like carrying a midget " I laugh a little at the nickname, but at least  she's helping me . We carry hope to the back of the jeep, making sure she's comfortable. "I'll text dad to see if he found anything on her lost....... whatever " I nodded and she went to make a call , I found Penelope hanging out by a nearby tree . "Hey what are you doing up there ?" I ask as I look up at a branch she's sitting on "just thinking " she respond as she jumps off. "About?" I ask . "Well there's this girl at school , won't tell you who I is tho, so don't dare ask , well I think I like her " she said as she starts to kick a few pebbles on the floor "well if I won't tell me who it is at least give me some clues " I say as I softly punch her shoulder. "Well here's a hint and you get one every day, she has blond hair " she says with a smirk , "that's penny , that's like more then half the school " I say as I roll my eyes. We both start laughing and head back inside where I see everyone, including Noah , "NOAH" I screamed as I ran to where he looked a little dirty "JOSIE" he screamed back as he ran up to me and gave me a hug ."hey where did u go ? Hope was worried " I ask as I shake some dirt off his shirt. "Well I heard something at night and I woke up , but then I start felt sleepy and I went to sleep , when I woke up I was lost in the woods " he said "where's hope ?" He asked as he was looking around "she's outside, let's go show her that your here , but dirt go shower because your a little dirty " he perks up "okay " he says as he goes to his room to get some clothes "I'll go wake hope up " I say as I walk out the house .

Hope's POV:
I wake up in a blanket and a pillow in the back of a ...jeep? "We found Noah, sorry I mean Jonah " I hear Josie say "it's okay you can call him Noah , just where is he ?, where was he ?"  I ask hopping out of the back of the jeep "well he's taking a shower because he was dirty and he told us that he heard something,woke up, felt sleepy, and passed out , I think someone might have made him pass out. My dad is invited you and your little brother to come to our school, he realized that you and Jonah would probably do better at our school than mystic falls elementary slash high school " I look up "oh thank you Josie " I say as I go hug her "now will you excuse me I need to go see Noah " I say as I walk to the house "oh yeah sure go ahead " she said as I enter the door .

Hopes POV:
"Noah" I call out. "Hope" I hear him say as he came running , I got on his level and ha ran over and hugged me "where were you buddy , where did you go ?" I ask as I tighten my grip on him , not wanting to let go . "I don't know , until I saw these two guys " he says as he points at josies dad and this other kid "they said that you were looking for me and told me that they could bring me back home , at first I thought they were lying until they said that Josie was also looking , so that's when I came with them " I let go and grab his face with my hands "don't ever leave without telling me again , promise ?" I say as I take my pinky out "promise " he said as he wrapped his finger around mine "always and forever " we both say at the same time . I get up and look at everyone, all of there faces have mixed expressions Josie has a shocked face just like the other kids while josies dad has a shocked,and horror filled expression, why are they all looking at me like if I just killed a puppy ?

" Is everyone okay ?" I ask confused on why everyone is still quiet "Hope what is your last name ? " josies dad asks me .crap I need to lie "uhh it's uh jo Wilson - crap - I mean Wilson " I say the first thing that popped into my head "Hope we all know that's a lie , it's okay we don't care if your running from the fbi or your the most wanted , we just want your last name" I look over at Josie with pleading eyes "it's okay hope we just want to check something, it's okay you can trust us" she says , and I believe her "before our parents died and got put in the system our last name was mikaelson " I say ,all there mouths opens in shock.

"Wait mikaelson like in klaus's mikaelson , Elijah mikaelson, freya mikaelson and Rebekah mikaelson?" The blond , josies twin I think  says , I look over at her "yeah , how do you know my dad and my aunts and uncle ?" I ask stepping closer to her . " we used to know all of them before they all suddenly died for a unknown reason and we still don't know who killed them " josies dad says "  . "Can you tell me more ? " I ask "yes but if someone tried to kidnap your brother brother , there's no doubt that they will try again , pack some clothes, y'all are coming with us , your not safe here anymore " I honestly don't care where we're going I just nodded and went to pack with Noah .

Josies POV:
"Okay do she said dad meaning her dad is ether Elijah or klaus's " penny said "but she's a werewolf, the only werewolf in the original family was klaus's , meaning there klaus's kids " I say ."hopefully she's not as danger as her dad " my dad says "dad she's not , she's kind and nice and caring, she's just a little off because she triggered her werewolf curse plus she doesn't know anything about the supernatural world , meaning klaus's wanted to keep her and Noah hidden " I say "okay but how do they exists, last time I knew vampires can't have baby's because there dead " Lizzie said "this is so confusing " Kaleb said "yeah I'm with kaleb " mg said . "But who's her mom , who did klaus's have kids with ?" My dad said "Hayley marshal " I heard Hope said by the hallway , we all turned to look at her and Noah "Hayley marshal is our mom "she said as she grabbed jonahs hand and walked up to were we all were "okay well we're all ready so let's go back to the school " penny said , we all then went outside and sat in our seats , my dad then drove back to school.

Josies POV :
We finally got back to the school , we all got down and started to enter the school "woooooow, it looks cooler than hogwarts " Jonah said looking around  . Everyone chuckled ,"yeah Jonah , this place is cooler than hogwarts " I said .he gave me a big bright smile and continued looking around . My phone then ringed ,"sorry I need to take this really quick " I said to everyone before I walked out and answered the phone.
"hey jos" I heard jade say through the phone
"hey jade, how's París?" I asked .jade is one of my friends , I have known her ever since I was 5 , after she graduated she wanted to explore the world . We always kept in touch , she was a witch before she got in a car accident and she had vampire blood in her system witch turned her into a vampire.we dated for 2 years but we lost feeling for eachother but we stayed really good friends. "It's really cool , the food here is amazing, I wish you actually accepted my offer of coming with me for a week , you would have loved it ." She said with a small chuckle.
"Yeah but you know I'm more of a Hawaii girl , perfer going to the beach " I say
"Yeah i remember , anyways say hi to everyone for me and tell Lizzie I'm still waiting for my apology " she said as she started to laugh
"She would never forgive you for scaring us to death when we were 8 so you will never get your apology but I will tell her anyways "
"I said I was sorry " she said
"Yeah i know anyways good luck on your trip and bye "
"Bye jos" she said before hanging up . I walked back inside and went to my dads office knowing they were going to be in there ,  I knocked before I heard my dad say come in , I then walked in and found a seat next to Lizzie . "So who did you kill recently hope ?" My dad asked ,she started to shift in her chair uncomfortably "it uh it was my abusive adoptive dad , he used to sexually as-as-assault me , one day he hit Noah because the house was not cleaned and anger ended up taking over and the next thing I knew I was over his dead body " she said as a small tear escaped from her , I got up and went to go sit next to her , I grabbed her hand and rubbed it trying to calm her down ,she then got up and sat on my lap , that took me by surprise but she then started to cry harder, she was sobbing at this point , I was just rubbing her back trying to calm her down .

"Hey hope calm down , try to match my breathing, in........out.......in.......out" i say trying to calm her down,she eventually calmed down and hot up and sat back on her seat "sorry" she said "don't worry about it " I said . "Well since you did it in self defense and didn't mean to kill them , we can make an acceptance for you to stay here" my dad said breaking the silence ."thank you " hope said before she went to go get Jonah from my moms office. I walked with her plus I needed to speak to mom about her doing test to find out what Jonah was and hope just to make sure ."hey sweetie , you need something?" My mom asked me ."just wondering if you can do test on both Jonah and hope just to make sure about there werewolf side" I said .she nodded and told me to go get Jonah and hope so we could start the test , I then walked out and went to my dads office , I asked him what room hope and Noah were , he told me the room number and I was now walking to go tell them .i was walking down the hall before my stomach started grumbling, I then went to the kitchen to go get something to eat ,the kitchen was in the other side and going by the woods was a little quicker so I decided to take the wood path .

I was walking through the woods when I heard some branches break , I quickly turned around to see a red headed woman standing still , I rubbed my eyes to make sure I wasn't hallucinating, when I opens my eyes there was no one there , I internally laughing because I feel dumb and just continued walking. I then got to the kitchen and started to make myself a quick sandwich, I then continued walking to hope and Noah's room , when I got there I just stood outside the door for a while debating if I should knock or not , I decided to just knock .i heard some shuffling from inside before the door opens "hey josie , do you need something?" Hope asked "uh my mom wanted you and Jonah in her office so she could take some quick test , just to make sure about your werewolf side " I said , she nodded "Noah come here " hope said into the room , I then heard Jonah run up to the door "yes hopey?" He asked with a adorable smile . "We're going to MRS.parker-saltzman office,okay?" She asked him "okay "he said  as he walked out of the room.

Hopes POV:

"Mom we're here " Josie said as we walk into MRS. Parker-saltzman's office " did you bring them " I heard her say as she came out of the corner of the room "yeah" Josie said ,MRS .parker-saltzman  then sat down in a chair , she motions to some chairs in front of were she's sitting motioning us to sit , we all sit down . "Welcome , Jonah . We will just draw a little bit of your blood to take the test , you don't have to do them if you want to . We do this just to make sure okay?" I look over at Jonah and he looks at me , he nods his head "yeah well take it " I said "okay well let me go get my materials ready she said before she got up and left the room .

Josie's POV:
I walked out of my moms office and decided to take a little stroll around the woods since the weather was nice and the sun was still out, I texted penny if she wanted to come with me ,she said she was busy so I ended up inviting Jed , most people think Jed is an ass -well he is - but he actually has a soft side to him , he just keeps the "bad boy werewolf " image to keep the pack members in check and so the vampires won't mess with the pack , he's actually a big baby . "Hey Josie " I heard Jed say , I turn to where I heard his voice coming from , but there was no one there , weird. I then turned back "BOOO" Jed screamed , "AAAAAAAA, WHAT THE HELL JED !!" I screamed out as I put my hand over my heart to calm it down . "Haha got you " Jed said as he pointed at me , I swatted his hand "haha very funny Jed , you almost made me have a heart attack" I said as I lift my hand from my heart "meanie " I say , "sorry that your little witch heart couldn't take a little scare " he said as he shook his hand in front of his face like jazz hands , I then syphoned from him and threw him into the pond .

Jed then came out of the pond , soaking wet. "Really josie " Jed said as he pointed at his wet clothes, "Sorry your little wolf self can't take a bit of water " I said with a straight face , acting all innocent. "This is war then saltzman " he said as he started to laugh , "yeah a war you will lose " i said as I started to walk , Jed then started to get out of the pond and quickly jogged up to me . "So why did you invite me out here with you ?" Jed asked as he was shaking his shirt , trying to dry it , i did a quick spell to change him into some new dry clothes, "thanks" he whispers, I just nod. "Well I saw that it was a really good weather to take a walk around and well I was coming with penny but she was busy, kalob is probably with Cleo , Lizzie and mg are together doing -I don't wanna know- wade is doing a game marathon with Landon and that leaves no one else but you " I said as I stop walking and turn to him ."wow that's sad " he said with a straight face , i chuckle a little "yeah" , i then looked at my phone , 3 missed calls from my mom "hey Jed i really need to go , I'll see you tomorrow tho" i said as I started to run back to school.

Josettes pov:
I finished drawing blood from hope and her brother and went to the lab to get them inspected, when the results came back I was shocked.there is no way , it's impossible.
