Chapter Text
Hey guys, I just wanted to give a quick explanation of how this story works as to hopefully avoid any confusion.
(Edit: if you’d like to see a particular fandom before the others, you’re totally welcome to comment the fandom(s7 you want to see Munro in. If you do comment, the fandoms you guys want will be prioritised over other fandoms (unless there is a chapter I’m working on that needs to get published, or there is an idea I really want to get out there)
So, Munro wakes up in the body of an original character every day, she wakes up in a different fandom everyday.
When I say original character, I don’t mean any of Munro’s OCs, I just mean that she wakes up as a character that never originally existed in the show.
Fandom wise, it’s anime, cartoon shows, live action shows, cartoon movies, life action movies, books, manga, video games.
Munro will have until only midnight in each fandom. So say she wakes up one day, and she’s in supernatural. She’ll have the day in supernatural, and will be asleep by midnight that night. The next morning she’ll wake up in a new fandom (I hope that makes sense)
Also, she can wake up at any time. So she could wake up at ten in the morning, and have a while in that fandom, or she could wake up at ten at night, and only have two hours in that fandom.
She might come back to a fandom, even if she has already been in said fandom before.
She can be related to any of the characters in whatever fandom she is in.
She can be any age.
I believe I’ll have it so she can wake up as a male or female.
She is bisexual.
She can wake up with mental illnesses, disability’s and things like that, that she her self doesn’t have.
She can wake up with a missing limb.
Some things can change when she wakes up in a fandom. Say someone died in the actual show or movie, when she wakes up in those fandoms, the characters that died can still be alive.
I hope this all makes sense, I think this is all that needed to be explained. If I think of anything else, I’ll come back and add it.
Tags are to be added.
If you don’t see a certain character in the characters part, don’t worry, they’ll most likely be in this, I just didn’t want to have a shit ton of characters written down.
I’ll most likely add more fandoms.
I hope you all enjoy!
Edit: Munro can wake up anywhere, and in any situation (so, she could wake up surrounded by people, she could wake up and be tied to a chair)
She can wake up as a supernatural creature if the fandom calls for it.
Chapters will be short, and can be written in two or three parts. Sometimes I’ll write a part one and publish that, and then add to it later (which I know is an inconvenience and I apologise for that)
Chapter 2: Primeval
Chapter Text
Groaning quietly, Munro blinks, her head moving back and forth slightly as she eyes the blue sky above her. She closes her eyes tightly to get read of the last, heavy feeling, and then opens them again.
Wincing, she moves to sit up and quickly eyes her surroundings. The wake ups always suck, and she never knows what fandom she’ll wake up in, and where. She has woken up in the safety of a cosy bed, Wolfblood if she remembers correctly. She has also woken up in a vampires den. Supernatural.
So she tries to wake up as fast as possible, and get a grip on where she is.
Hearing a, chittering, sort of sound, she quickly stands up. She eyes the bushes around her, turning slowing, eyeing every nook and cranny she could see. Her eyes narrow at some bushes, the colours of said bushes looking different to the other bushes, when her attention shifts to another sound.
She turns, and she her eyes widen at the side of the familiar looking portal in front of her. The anomaly. She steps forwards, her hand reaching for it when she hears that same chittering sound. She sifts and turns slightly, her feet facing the anomaly, her head facing the noise. Her eyes widen.
“Oh fuck” she whispers before running through the anomaly with out a second thought.
She always wondered what it was like to go through the anomalies when she was watching primeval, and, it’s not that interesting. She felt kinda cold as she passed through it, and her hairs on her arms stood up as she got goosebumps, but that was it.
She blinks as she steps out from the portal, her eyes widening at the people she use to watch on her screen. Connor Temple, Abby Maitland, Nick cutter, Stephan, Becker, Danny. Wait, why were they all there? If Danny and Becker were there, it meant that she should of been around season three, but Nick and Stephan were alive.
Her confused thoughts are temporarily forgotten when she eyes the guns, her hands going straight into the air. Nick goes to talk, but Munro, who’s eyes were wide, quickly interrupts him.
“No time for chit chat there’s a fucking raptor” she swears before quickly moving to hide behind Connor, who at this moment looked the most friendly.
Nick’s jaw drops slightly, but he soon snaps out of it and looks back to the anomaly, where said raptor decides come out of.
The guards know what to do. Guns ready, just in case things go haywire, or if Stephan misses. But he never misses. But you know, on the off chance he did miss. Munro watches as he shoots the raptor once with a dart gun, and continues to watch as the raptor staggers slightly before falling, letting out a slight snore.
“Get this raptor back and then lock the anomaly” Nick orders before turning to Munro, who was still hidden behind Connor. slightly. Not that Connor seemed to mind.
“Now, who are you?” Nick asks, sounding curious.
“Munro”.
After revealing her name, Munro had wanted to curse at herself. She had always made it a rule not to reveal her name, not straight away at least. She’d normally pretend that she couldn’t remember her name, or she’d stay quiet. Occasionally she’d give a nickname, something random, maybe something that could be used as a middle name, as she herself was often called by her middle name, Jade. Giving her real name has gotten her into trouble in the past. Munro is her real name, but she wakes up in body’s that have a different name to her. Being caught out because she has given her real name is not fun.
“I’m Nick Cutter, and this is my team. The man you’re hiding behind is Connor, the blonde is Abby, that there is Stephan, Becker, and Danny” Nick explains, pointing to everyone as he introduced them. Munro gives Connor a sheepish smile as she moves out from behind him to look at everyone. She shifts slightly as everyone stares at her, different emotions varying form person to person. Connor was happy, intrigued and excited. Abby was curious and mistrusting. Danny was curious and intrigued. Stephan was curious and wary. Becker was just, curious.
“We better take you back to the Ark” Nick speaks up before moving towards a car. Stephan and Abby follow him, while Danny and Connor go to the other car, Becker moving to walk Munro to the car. Right, Munro knows she’s innocent, but Becker and the others don’t know that, so they have to be cautious.
Back at the ark, Munro meets an easily excitable Jess before getting checked over by one of the Arks doctors.
“You’ve got a clean bell of health”. Mary, the doctor that was checking Munro out, smiles. Munro smiles back at her.
“So Munro, how did you know that that creature was a raptor?” Nick asks. Crap. Crap. Act nonchalant. Munro shrugs.
“I like dinosaurs, I’ve seen movies” she answers. Nick nods.
“How old are you?”. This time it was Stephan who asked. God damn it. Her name and age were two things she always had to avoid revealing. Whenever she woke up in a new fandom, if she was able to, her first priority was to find out the name and age of the body she was in, to avoid any trouble when she came across people. Well, time to pretend that she somehow doesn’t know.
She shrugs, and watches as Nick and Stephan narrow their eyes before looking to the doctor.
“There’s a chance that she could have forgotten due to the shock and stress of going through the anomaly, and being chased by a raptor” Mary explains. Nick and Stephan nod.
“Do you remember anything from your time on the other side of the anomaly? How you got there? What you were doing there?” Nick asks. Munro freezes, what does she say? The complete truth? Lie? Take advantage of the situation? Munro suddenly thinks, stopping herself from smirking. Nick has gone through the anomaly, he and his team deal with anomalies, dinosaurs and creatures everyday. Whatever Munro was to say, wouldn’t necessarily be that weird to them.
“I, I just woke up, heard a noise, got up, heard another noise, saw the raptor, saw the anomaly and ran” she answers with a shrug. It was the complete truth. Nick nods.
“Ok, well I’d like you to go to Abby’s house with her and Connor” Nick starts. Abby looked liked she was about to protest, but stopped with a look from Nick.
“The others will stay here, Connor and Abby, I’ll give you the day off, and I’ll see the three of you tomorrow” Nick states. Munro frowns as Abby and Connor nod. She wouldn’t get to see Nick tomorrow.
After saying their goodbyes to the team, Connor and Abby take Munro home with them to Abby’s flat.
The car ride to Abby’s house is silent, but Munro could tell that Connor was just buzzing to ask her questions. He’d turn slightly every now and again, but every time he did it, Abby would give him a look, stopping him from asking whatever it was he wanted to ask. A part of Munro, the part that had a crush on Connor, that wanted so badly to talk to him, thought it was unfair that Abby was stoping him from asking her questions. But then she remembers what happened with Carolyn, and she understands.
At Abby’s flat, Munro looks around in amazement.
“I know right” Connor speaks, talking to Munro for the first time. She grins and continues to look around before catching Abby’s eye. The blonde eyes her before eyeing, oh my god. Rex! God, it was so cool to see him in real life!
Eying Abby, Munro cautiously steps forward, holding her hand out for Rex to sniff. She grins to herself, Hiccip Haddock the third who?
“So Munro” Connor suddenly speaks as Munro let’s Rex nuzzle her palm.
“I thought I’d introduce us properly. I’m Connor Temple, and this is Abby Maitland. We work for the Ark. We deal with dinosaurs and creatures that come through the anomaly” Connor explains. Munro nods, acting like she didn’t already know what they did.
“Connor!” Abby hisses. Connor holds his hands up in surrender.
“What? She saw a dinosaur, ran through anomaly and can’t remember her age. I don’t see why we can’t tell her what we do” Connor shrugs before turning back to Munro.
“So you really just woke up on the other side of the anomaly, you can’t remember anything?” Connor asks, sounding curious and intrigued. Munro shakes her head.
“No I, pretty much, just woke up. I don’t, I, um”. Munro cheeks flush as her breath quickens. Her hands shake as she blinks. What on earth was happening? She was sure it was a panic attack, which she has experienced before. But she wouldn’t have a panic attack over lying to a character. She’s lied before. Maybe it has something to do with whoever she woke up as? Maybe the owner of the body was prone to panic attacks?
“Munro? Munro!”. Munro doesn’t registers the voice speaking to her until two fingers hook under her chin, lifting her head up gently. She catches Connor’s eye. His eyes are soft, but he’s concerned.
“Hey hey, Munro, you’re ok, focus on me. Look at me. I need you to breath ok? In, and out, in, and out” Connor breaths in and out, Munro following his lead until she’s finally calm, though she has tears in her eyes when she catches his eye once again.
“Come here” he speaks softly pulling her into a hug. She hugs him tightly while one hand rests on her back, the other resting on the back of her head. He just suddenly had this overwhelming need to protect the girl.
Abby, who has watched the scene in front of her, frowns guilty. Because of what happened with Carolyn, she was instantly suspicious of the girl. As time went on, she had this feeling that Munro was hiding something, and she still thinks that, but seeing her have a panic attack like that made her wish that she hadn’t judged her so harshly. While she still thinks that something was going on, she decides to be nice to the girl, to stop glaring.
“I, I’m lying to you both. To the whole team. I can explain everything, but you may not believe me” she speaks, frowning guilty.
“I’ll call the team, get them to come here” Abby speaks before grabbing her phone from her back pocket and turning away from Munro and Connor. A part of her wanted to be mad. She was right, Munro was hiding something. But she had seen how guilty she looked, and she just couldn’t be mad at the girl.
Around ten minutes later, the main team arrived at Abby’s flat. Standing in the living room and staring at Munro, who was fidgeting. Telling the truth was never easy, expect for that one time in supernatural of course. Sam and Dean weren’t even surprised when she told them the truth. At first they had shrugged it off. ‘Honestly? Not surprising. Not even a little’ Dean has said, but then he and Sam were curious, and asked her questions, listening, fascinated as she explained everything. How she just randomly woke up in a show one day. How she always had to find out the name of the body she woke up as. They listened as she told them about the different shows and movies she had woken up in. She woke up in Wolfblood, as Maddy’s sister, Mortal instruments as Clary’s brother. The 100, the walking dead. They ask if she’s ever been in the same fandom twice. She says yes. “If you find yourself back here, find us straight away, let us know. You know we’ll believe you” Dean had said with a smile. Munro had hugged him so tightly that day. “You probably won’t believe me. But I am telling the complete truth” Munro starts as she continues to play with her hands. Connor sees this and moves to stand next to her, giving her a soft, reassuring smile. Munro smiles back before turning back to the team, still feeling nervous.
“I am from the year 2020. My real name is Munro Jade Evans. Everyday I wake up in a different show or movie. I wake up in the body of an original character. This body I’m in? It’s, she’s, not me. This isn’t my body. I’m short, with dyed hair. I can wake up as someone of any age, gender, race. I can be someone’s sibling, friend, partner. I never know what show or movie, or fandom as I call it. I never knew what fandom I’ll wake up in, who I’m going to be, whether I’m going to be in danger or not when I wake up. I always try to find out the name of the body I’m in, so I don’t get in trouble. I wasn’t sure whether I’d tell you guys the truth or not, but I did make the mistake of telling you my real name. Telling people my real name or age gets me in trouble. Everyday, I have until midnight in each fandom, and I can wake up at ten in the morning, or ten at night. If I can I write notes to the people I woke up as. Just in case I guess. And, I have this bag here, with a notebook and pens. For some reason I almost always wake up with it. In the notebook I write down my rules, and keep track of who I’ve been, and what fandom I’ve been it. I tend to take on the personality of the person I wake up as, which explains my panic attack I had today. Um, I’m pretty sure there would be more to say, but that’s it for now”. After her long explanation, Munro looks up to see the team looking at her in utter disbelief.
“How, how do you expect us to believe all that?” Nick asks, stepping forward.
“Claudia Brown” Munro suddenly says without thinking, watching as Nick freezes, paling.
“W-what?” he chokes.
“So, you’re saying, the life we’re in, is a tv show?” Stephan asks. Yeah, he definitely didn’t believe her. She nods anyway.
“What’s it called?” Connor asks, sounding excited. Munro grins at that.
“Primeval” she answers.
“This is really hard to believe. Can you tell us stuff? Stuff only you would know if we really were in a show that you watched” Nick speaks. Munro nods.
“Connor came to you with the newspaper that mentioned a monster sighting. You and Stephan ignored him until he mentioned the Forrest of Dean, that’s where your wife, Hellen, went missing. At the time, it was ten years ago. That night you met Abby, saw a dinosaur, and saw the anomaly” Munro speaks.
“That’s oddly accurate. Anything else?” Connor asks, sounding curious as the others looked at her in surprise. What she said was the complete truth.
“Stephan was meant to die. Hellen had manipulated him into working with her” Munro speaks,
“The creatures” Stephan mutters before looking up an Munro.
“You, watched me die?” he asks quietly.
“I did. Nick too. You both died because of Hellen. I watched you both die, but you’re here, I’m talking to you. How is this even possible” Munro rants. She could feel her breath quicken as she's suddenly pushed into another panic attack.
Stephan, who had started to believe her, and felt guilty as she had to watch him die, steps forward.
"Munro? Hey" he starts softly, gently cupping her cheeks.
"Eyes on me" he speaks, watching as the still rapidly breathing Munro meets his eyes.
"There we are. I need you to breath ok? Follow my lead ok? Can you do that?" Stephan gently asks, smiling as Munro manages to nod.
"That's my girl. Now breath in, and out, in, and out". Munro follows Stephan's lead in breathing in and out for a few minutes before she's finally calm.
Stephan smiles again and finds himself kissing the brunette's forehead gently before turning to Nick.
"Look at the way she reacted Nick. She's not faking it, this isn't some trick" Stephan states, watching as Nick nods.
"So, this is real. You really wake up in different shows?" Connor asks, watching as Munro nods.
"Is it fun?" Abby asks, finally speaking up. She was curious, and after seeing Munro have a second panic attack, she couldn't help but believe the poor girl.
"Yes and no. The fun part is getting to meet my favourite characters, my crushes, my idols. That's all good and dandy, but the rest isn't. I never know what show or movie I'll wake up in. I never know the age and name of the body I wake up as and I always have to find out for myself. I can't give my real name or age because it's just too much trouble if I tell a character that knows the body's actual name or age. Today, I just wasn't thinking when I told you guys my real name" Munro starts.
"I never know how I'm going to wake up. like today, I woke up on the wrong side of the anomaly. What happens if I get attacked? What happens if that raptor gets to me. That's another thing, I haven't died yet in any shows or movies', but can I? That's a question I ask, it's something I do worry about cause I can wake up in a dangerous show or movie. Supernatural has a bunch of very dangerous creatures, and I woke up in a vampires den. Primeval, Terra nova, Jurassic park and world, all has dinosaurs. And as you know today I woke up on the wrong side of an anomaly with a bloody raptor of all things. I have to be cautious and on edge whenever I wake up, cause who knows if I'll be safe or not" Munro sighs, wandering over to the window, ignoring the sympathetic glances.
"I never know who I'll be. Will I be someone's kid? Sibling? Will I have kids? I wont know my age, name, not even my sex. will I like boys? Girls? Both? What happens if the body likes just boys but I like both and I ruin everything? Or make things awkward? What happens if I have a crush on someone who ends up being my sibling? I can't do much with reactions until I know for sure who I am, who I'm related to. Will I have powers? Will I be ordinary? What if I'm important? What if I'm a princess? A leader, a warrior. I can't do any of that. I trip on thin air and mix my words up" Munro huffs, smiling slightly when she hears a few chuckles.
"Sometimes the hardest part is waking up in a show or movie, and seeing a character that I watched pass away. Characters that I really liked. Characters that were my idols, my crushes. Characters that meant to world to me, that I wanted to protect. Characters I fell in love with". A tear falls down Munro's cheek as she speaks.
"A movie I watched when I was eight, a character I really liked, that was my idol, that I felt sorry for. A character I wanted to protect, that went through so much bullshit. That dealt with too much. That was treated like shit and underrated. A character that knew what was going to happened but was ignored, that lost his friends, his team. A character sacrificed his life to save the world. I was eight when I first watched his movie, twenty when I watch his character die" Munro speaks, not seeing the horrified looks on the teams faces.
"I sobbed. I wanted to scream. I cried myself to sleep for three nights in a row" Munro sighs before turning around, only to be knocked back slightly when someone suddenly hugs her. She's too short to see over the person's shoulder to see who was missing from the team, so she just smiles and hugs the person back.
The hug lasts for a few minutes, not that Munro minded. She really liked the hug, and was happy to find that the person who was hugging her was Connor. She had always wanted to him. He looked like he gave really good hugs. He did.
"Connor?" she asks gently, worried when she sees the tears falling down his cheeks. He blushes slightly when Munro holds her hands up to cup his cheeks, gently wiping his tears away with her thumbs.
"I'm sorry, it's just. Everything you said, how can you go through all of that Everyday? Not knowing who you'll be when you wake up, what show or movie you'll be in. Fearing for your life as soon as you wake up. Seeing the characters you watched die. Seeing Stephan and Nick must be hard". Connor suddenly winces.
"Sorry" he mutters. Munro smiles and takes her hands away from his cheeks.
"It's ok Connor. And yeah, it's really hard. It's is. But, it's also kind of amazing that I get to meet you guys, even though you did pass away. I could have woken up in shows, where the deceased stay deceased, but I've been given this chance to meet you guys" Munro smiles, watching as Nick and Stephan nod.
"So, what do we do then?" Abby suddenly asks, watching as everyone looks at her.
"Munro has until midnight, it's twelve thirty right now. We could just hang out here, and get to know Munro. She can tell us about the shows and movies she been in" Connor suggests. Everyone nods, liking that idea.
"Thoughts?" Nick asks, turning to Munro.
"Sound's like a plan" she grins, watching as everyone smiles.
So they hang out. Munro tells the team a bit about herself. Her age, her favourite colour, her birthday, where she's from. She talks about her hobbies, the shows and movies she's been in. She geeks out with Connor over Marvel, and explains that bad news to him. She talks about different dinosaur shows, and Ark, a dinosaur video game. She talks about this one character that had been in Primeval, Nigel, and explains that he was actually in his own dinosaur show the year before primeval was made. She explained that Nigel basically played himself in primeval, and how it was kind of amusing that he was eaten by a t-rex, as in the show he was in, he brought back two baby t-rexes from the past to save them.
She talks about her favourite dinosaurs, and explains that primeval was cancelled and left on a cliffhanger. She almost burst into laughter when she saw how outraged the team had looked at that news.
At ten that night, she starts to say goodbye to everyone, as she normally drifts off a bit after ten, even though she does have until midnight in each fandom.
She hugs Becker, who is slightly awkward with the hug, but hugs her back none the less. She hugs Danny, who hugs her tightly in return. She hugs Abby, who laughs when Munro tells her to stay spunky. Nick gives her a tight hug and a soft smile. She hugs Stephan, who hugs her for a while before letting her go and kissing her forehead.
She and Connor move away from everyone for a bit of privacy.
"I'll miss you you know, even though I only knew you for a day. You seem really cool" Connor states, smiling slightly awkwardly. Munro grins.
"I'll miss you too Connor. So much. It hasn't happened before, but I really hope I wake up in this body again".
"Say, you said before about how you get to meet your crushes and stuff. I was just wondering, did you have a crush on anyone in primeval?" Connor asks as he scratches the back of his head sheepishly. Munro's eyes widen before she smiles and nods.
"Who is it? If you don't mind me asking?" Connor asks, looking away.
"He's standing right in front of me" she grins, watching as Connor turns to look at her, eyes wide and cheeks red. He grins before leaning down to kiss her. She couldn't believe that she was kissing Connor, but she smiles and happily kisses him back, wanting to laugh at the cheering in the background.

Chapter Text
When Munro wakes up, it’s dark. She puts her arm out to try and feel for something, and winces when she hits something metal. Carful this time, she ever so slowly inches her hand forward before she gently touches cold metal. She navigates her hand until it grips something. Frowning, she slowly moves her hand to the left. It hits cold metal, and once again Munro moves to grip. A bar? A metal bar? She carefully moves her left hand around, letting it touch what seemed to be several metal bars. Her next move was to slowly put her hand up until it touched something. A, ceiling? A lid? Was she in a cage? She’s jostled slightly before she could think about panicking, and that’s when she realises that she was, or the thing, cage, she was in, was moving slightly, like she was being carried.
“Oh fuck, it’s the avengers” a voice speaks. She’s suddenly dropped. She wants to cry as her back hits the metal bars behind her. That was going to leave bruises.
Once the pain in her back dulls slightly, she focuses on the sounds she could hear, bangs, scrapes, cursing. A, hissing sound possibly? Buzzing?
She flinches and shields her eyes when a bright blinding light suddenly hits her eyes. She blinks, letting her eyes adjust to the light before focusing on a figure in front of the cage. Holy fuck, it’s Tony Stark. Is he not dead? Is it before he died? Holy crap she was in the Marvel universe. Would she really get to talk to Tony? Would she get to meet Peter Parker? Her thoughts are interrupted when she hears metal moving and scraping together quietly. She looks up, tilting her head slightly when she sees that Tony had kneeled down.
“Shield your eyes darlin” Tony orders lightly. Munro follows his orders, looking away and shielding her eyes, flinching at the sound of the lock on her cage popping and dropping to the ground.
She looks up again, watching as Tony lifts the lid off of her cage, moving to put it on the ground before staring at Munro and dropping his faceplate.
“Hey there, I’m Tony. Let’s get you outta there” Tony smiles gently before moving to help Munro out of her cage.
She’s grateful for his help, and goes to stand, only to wobble and fall. She’s caught by someone before she could hit the ground. Someone who wasn’t Tony. She turns, her eyes widen at the sight of Spider-Man. Oh my god. Spider-Man, Peter Parker, Tom fucking Holland.
“Hey, you’re ok” he speaks, sounding kind. She wanted to smile at him in thanks, but it feels more like a grimace.
“Hey there sweetheart, we’re gonna take to back to the avengers tower where our doctor will check you out. Is that ok?” Tony asks, and Munro wanted to cry at how gentle and kind he was being. She nods. Tony smiles.
“Hey spidey, you and I are the only familiar faces so far, so how about you join her in the car ride back to the Avengers tower?” Tony suggests. Spider-Man, Peter, Spider-Man? Nods.
“Of course Mr Stark! Come on, let’s get you to the car”. Munro had a feeling that Peter was smiling kindly under his mask.
At the Avengers tower, Munro is looked over by Bruce Banner, and she was so damn excited to meet him.
“So Amelia, do you have any nicknames you prefer?” Bruce asks as he sees to her cuts and bruises she didn’t know she had. She looks at him in surprise. How did he know her body’s name? Wait, it doesn’t matter. It’s not often she literally gets told her name, so take advantage of it.
Amelia. She liked that name. It was pretty. And she’s pretty sure she’s never been Amelia before. She thinks things through nicknames. A, Amy, Amy with an E? Meme? No, because people would most certainly pronounce it as Meme, and not Me-me. Lia. Yeah, Lia, she liked that.
She goes to tell Bruce her nickname, but finds herself croaking. Bruce gives her a sympathetic smile before reaching over to grab a plastic cup that was sitting on a nearby table. He gently offers it to her. She goes to reaches for it, but finds herself hesitating. What? Why was she hesitating? She huffs, frustrated, and looks up when Bruce chuckles.
“Hey it’s ok, I know it will be hard to trust people, and I know it’s frustrating when you have inner battles when you want to do something and you’re scared, but you need to drink” Bruce reprimands gently. Munro nods and grabs the offered drink, sipping slowly. She sighs. God she does not appreciate water enough.
Once she was finished drinking, she looks at Bruce again.
“Lia” she whispers. Bruce eyes light up as he smiles.
“Lia, I like it”. That makes Munro smile happily, even though the nickname didn’t technically belong to her, just to the body she was in.
“How’s our patient doing?” a voice suddenly speaks, startling Munro, who looks up with eyes wide.
“Hey hey, sorry sweetheart, didn’t mean to scare you”. It was just Tony. Tony was good. Tony was kind and gentle. She breaths. What the hell was going on with her?
She looks up, sending a small smile to Tony to let him know that she was ok.
“So little missy, you need to have a bath and get changed into some new clothing. There’s some woman around that can help you bath, you can choose who helps out. There’s Pepper, my wife. Natasha, Maria Hill, Nebula, Gamora, Valkary, Carol, Hope Pym, they’re all very nice” Tony explains. One minute, Munro is thinking about why there’s so many people in the tower, and the next minute she’s pouting, tears threatening to fall down her cheeks.
“Hey hey” Tony soothes, his fingers reaching out to gently move some hair out from her eyes. She counts not flinching as an achievement.
“I know you want to be around familiar faces, but legally it would be weird if I was to help you bath and dress. What I can do is put a privacy screen up in the bathroom and stay in the bathroom with you while someone else helps you?” Tony suggests. Munro nods. She liked that idea. Tony smiles.
“Great! Now, do you have anyone in mind to help you?” Tony asks gently. Munro thinks, her thoughts going to Hope Pym and Pepper. Tony was going to be in the bathroom anyway, though hidden by a privacy screen, so Pepper would makes sense. Plus she feels like she would be the most comfortable around pepper.
“Pepper” she mutters, her voice croaky. She wanted to curse at the fact that her voice was croaky and quiet. Tony smiles.
“I’ll get Friday to let her know. Now, we better get you into a wheelchair. Do you mind if I pick you up and put you in the wheelchair?” Tony asks. Munro smile slightly, really appreciating the fact that he always offers or asks, and doesn’t push. She nods.
“I don’t mind” she speaks, voice still quiet. Tony smiles gently before moving to pick Munro up, gently dropping her into the wheelchair that Bruce had moved towards them.
“We’ll take you straight up to your room so you won’t have to see anyone” Tony speaks. Munro wanted to swear in surprise. Her own room? Was she staying there? Apart of her was excited because she had always wondered what it would be like to live with the Avengers, but a part of her was sad because she’d leave them tomorrow, and she didn’t even know how much time she had with them today.
She hides her frown as Tony wheels her into the elevator and up to her room. The room is spacious, with a double bed laying centre against a wall, two bedside tables on either side. A tv on the opposite lines up with the bed. There's a large window, and she can see two doors. One is near to the right of the bed, near the corner. Munro thinks that it might be a walk in closet, while the other door must be the bathroom.
A few seconds later she realises she's right, as Tony wheels her towards the door, opening it. Inside is a pretty blonde woman. Pepper. Her eyes are kind as she gives Munro a gentle smile.
"Hi sweetheart. You must be Lia, I'm Pepper" Pepper speaks. Munro nods and find her self smiling shyly.
"So Tony, you're going behind that privacy screen, and I am going help you Lia, get undressed, bathed and dressed, is that ok?" Pepper asks, smiling as Tony goes behind the privacy screen while Lia nods.
Munro spends the next twenty minutes feeling only slightly awkward as Pepper helps her into the bath. She saw Pepper wince once, and looks down to see that she was covered in bruises. Man, poor Lia.
"So, how old are you Lia?" Pepper asks casually as she helps Lia get her shirt on. They didn't have any clothes that fit her besides her old dirty smelly ones, so she borrows a shirt from Tony, that hangs on her like a nighty.
Munro thinks about Pepper's question. She find's herself thinking of two numbers. Fifteen and sixteen.
"Sixteen, no fifteen, sixteen, um" she speaks, stumbling over her words.
"Hey, hey sweetheart you're ok" Pepper speaks softly, calming Munro down before she could push herself into a panic attack. She appreciates that as she already had two panic attacks yesterday when she had been in the show Primeval.
"It's not surprising that you can't quite remember" Pepper sighs before smiling.
"Well, you're done. We have a surprise for you if you're up to it" Pepper speaks as Tony comes out from behind the privacy screen.
"If you're up to it, you can meet everyone. But we're not gonna pressure you into meeting anyone if you're not up to it" Tony states, smiling softly. The body she's in is shy, but Munro wants to jump for joy.
"I'd like to meet the others" she smiles, watching as Pepper and Tony nod and smile softly.
After confirming that she did want to meet the others, Munro is taken down a few floors to the common room, as Tony called it, where everyone hangs out. She learnt that the Tony and Pepper had their own floor, along with the main Avengers, Steve, Bruce, Thor Natasha and Clint. A lot of the others had their own floors too. Spider-man, Harley, Vision and Wanda shared, Pietro, Loki, Bucky, Shuri, T'challa, Okoye, Carol, Valkyrie. Hope and Scott shared. Doctor Strange, Rhodey, Sam, Nebula, Peter Quill and Gamora shared, Groot and Rocket shared, and Drax and Mantis shared. There were still plenty of floors left, and guest floors if anyone visited. MJ, Ned, Phil, Maria, Nick, May, Korg, Darcy, Happy. There was even a floor for Deadpool. Some of the team members did have their own floors, but occasionally shared with their partners. That intrigued her. Tony and Pepper were married, as were Steve and Bucky, no surprise there, the others that were married were Bruce and Thor, Wanda and Vision, Valkyrie and Carol, Gamora and Peter and Scott and Hope. The members that were dating each other were Natasha, Nebula and Okoye, Spider-man and Harley, MJ and Shuri, Drax and Mantis, Happy and May, and Sam and Rhodey. That was a pleasant surprise.
It seemed that every everyone was alive as well. She definitely couldn't complain about that.
In the common room was, well almost everyone it seemed. The only people she couldn't see was Phil, Maria, Nick, Deadpool, Doctor Strange, Ned, Korg and Darcy.
"Everyone" Tony suddenly speaks, gaining everyone's attention.
"This is Amelia, or Lia, Lia, this is everyone" Tony grins, watching as Lia blushes as everyone happily greets her.
She soon finds herself sitting on the couch, Peter Parker on one side and Shuri on the other. Next to Peter is Harley, and next to Shuri is MJ. On the couch opposite the couch she was on was Thor, Bruce, Clint, Natasha and Carol. Everyone else was sitting at the kitchen table or standing and talking to each other.
"So, how old are you Lia?" Peter asks, sounding curious. She remembers her confusion when two numbers popped into her head earlier when Pepper asked that question, and stops to think.
"Fifteen, turning sixteen" she answers, watching as Peter nods.
"Who's your favourite superhero?" Clint asks with a grin. Natasha, who was sitting next to him, roles her eyes, making Munro grin.
"Iron man" she answers. And she could swear that she heard Tony choking.
"Spider-man too" she adds, side eyeing Peter, who's eyes light up as he smiles happily.
"You know Peter, you remind me of Spider-man" she states, feeling her shyness start to slip away. She watches as a few people pause, while Peter straight up freezes.
"What about me reminds you of him?" he mumbles.
"Well, there is a few things. But I think the main thing is the fact that I learnt earlier today that Spider-man and Harley are dating" she smirks, eyeing Peter and Harley's conjoined hands. Harley snorts.
"Busted" he grins as Peter blushes.
"Ok, you got me" he smiles sheepishly. Munro smiles.
"So Lia, I have a question, but it might make you uncomfortable" Shuri's accented voice speaks up.
"You can ask me anything princess, I'll try my best at answering" Munro states. Shuri smiles at the princess comment.
"Just Shuri is fine. I was curious as to why you were kidnapped" Shuri speaks, watching Lia, or who she thought to be Lia, freeze. She wonders if she shouldn't have asked. Munro frowns, not knowing the answer. She wanted to be able to give Shuri an answer of course, but she didn't have anything.
She goes to tell Shuri that she didn't know, but stops when she feels her fingers tingling. She looks down and sees sparks fly from the fingers on her rights hand. The sparks soon turns to flames as she, and everyone else looks at her hand with wide eyes. She hold her hand up.
"Um, that's why" she speaks, smiling sheepishly.
"That's so cool!" Shuri shouts, smiling in delight.
"Lia, do you mind if we test your powers?" Bruce asks politely. She could see the excitement in his eyes.
"I don't mind at all" she smiles. She wanted to test her powers as well.
That's how she find herself in a large gym with the entire avengers team, plus others, watching as she tests her powers. Bruce, Tony and Peter stand closer, writing things down.
She finds out that she can light her whole body on fire, or just the top of her pinky. She can shoot sparks or flames from her hands, and can make fire balls. Both small and large. She can breath fire. That has her, Harley, Peter and Shuri laughing hysterically. She can create a ball of fire around herself or others. And her hair lights fire as well. And, the coolest thing to her is the fact that she can make weapons out of fire, or use fire with weapons. So she can light the end of an arrow on fire, but then she can create a fire whip, or a fire sword, like Hiccups sword from HTTYD. She also learnt from the others that her eyes change colour as well. They can be red, orange or yellow, or any combinations of the three colours.
As the others watch in fascination, Munro smiles. She knows she only has a few more hours with everyone, but she finds herself not minding. She'll miss them of course, but the fun she gets to have today makes up for it. And who knows, she may get to see them again one day.

Chapter Text
Munro had a bag. An army green messenger bag. In that bag was a pencil case and book. The pencil case had pencils, pens, an eraser and a pencil sharpener. The book was a note book bound in purple leather. It was gorgeous.
Munro doesn’t know what was up with the notebook. She had gotten it on her third day of fandom hopping, as she decided to call it. She got it while in the shadow hunters fandom.
For whatever reason, she woke up almost every day with that bag. There were some occasions where she didn’t wake up with her bag. Like when she woke up in the supernatural fandom, bound it a chair in a vampires den. Her bag had been sitting in a corner. Another time, was when she woke up in the marvel world, in a cage. Her bag wasn’t on her, and none of the avengers had it. But she woke up with it the next day.
She had many things written down in her notebook. Rules, the fandoms she’s been in, who she has been in each fandom.
She had her rules to stop her from getting in trouble.
Rule 1) Don’t tell people your real name. For obvious reasons, telling people her real name was a big No no, and it has gotten her in trouble in the past.
Rule 2) Don’t tell people your real age.
Rule 3) Don’t tell people any information about your real family, where you’re from, or anything about your life.
She likes to keep track of things. So she writes down fandoms she’s been in, the date if she can, the name and age of the person she wakes up as, any any little details, like addresses, phone numbers, about her family, things like that.
She wrote down what she knew about her fandom hopping. How she can wake up as a male or female, someone who is transitioning or has transitioned, someone who is gender fluid. How she can wake up as any age, any race, how she can wake up in any situation. In a bed, in a vampires den, on the other side of an anomaly, she also writes down that she can wake up with powers.
She also writes letters to the people she wakes up as, explaining the situation, and what happened during the day.
Yeah, fandom hopping was so much fun.

Chapter Text
Out of all the ways Munro had woken up, this was probably the most unpleasant so far, and she had woken up in a cage, tied up in a vampires den, and on the wrong side of an anomaly, with a dinosaur hot on her tail.
She had woken up with a gasp, panting and sweating. She felt like someone had stolen the breath from her lungs, and she had just gotten it back. Ignoring the voices from above and around her, she blinks, letting her eyes adjust to the world around her.
Finally letting herself look around, her eyes widen at the sight of Clarke Griffin. She was in the 100!
"Damn it Noah! Don't scare me like that. And what did I say about wearing your binder all the time?" the blonde girl scolds. Munro had wanted to just stare at the girl, and take in how pretty she was, but she had to do that later. Her main focus was working out who she was, and what situation she was in. Going off of the fact that she was laying down and Clarke was crouching next to her, looking scared, she believes that the body she was in must have fainted. Wondering why the body had fainted, her mind wonders back to what Clarke had just said about her, the body, Noah, wearing a binder all the time.
Binder? There was a few reasons why she could be wearing a binder. She could just be a girl that doesn't like her chest, she could be non-binary, or she could be a trans boy that wasn't able to have top surgery.
Shifting, she remembers hearing multiple voices and looks up, freezing at the amount of people that were looking at her in concern. Octavia, Lincoln, Abby, Kane, Indra, Raven, Bellamy, Harper and Monty, with Clarke crouching besides her. She wants to smile. All these people seemed to really care about the body she woke up in, Noah.
Letting herself smile softly, she eyes Clarke.
"Why did I faint?" she asks curiously. Clarke sighs but gives her a small smile that makes Munro's heart flutter.
"You fainted because you had been wearing your binder for too long. I had to cut it so you could breath" Clarke explains. Munro nods, and then freezes, her hands suddenly flying up to cover he exposed chest as she blushes. At that, a few of the people that had been worried about Noah look away.
"Come on, we better get you inside so I can check you over. Plus, we don't want to give anyone a free peep show" Clarke says with a grin as she helps Munro up. Munro has to chuckle at that.
Sending the worried group a soft look, she follows Clarke inside, where she leads Munro into a private room.
"I know that this makes you uncomfortable, but but you know I have to do this. I have to make sure you haven't cracked a rib" Clarke states as she helps Munro off her top and binder. The top had been ripped open, and the binder had been cut up the middle.
Munro blushes as Clarke touches her. She knows it was just to check for injury's, but Munro had never been touched like this before. And it didn't help that Clarke was so attractive.
"You have a bit of bruising, so you'll have to go a few days without wearing a binder. I know that you'll hate that, but we can get you one of Raven's sports bras and a tighter top, and one of the guys will lend you a looser top to wear" Clarke states with a smile.
"Thank you Clarke" Munro smiles softly.
"Of course" Clarke grins.
Munro finds herself staring into Clarke's stunning blue eyes, and slowly leans in sighing happily when her lips meet Clarke's.
"Oh man" Clarke mutters when she leans back. Munro frowns, wanting to panic. Was that a good 'oh man' or a bad 'oh man'?
"I've wanted to do that since I first laid eyes on you" Clarke admits, a blush blooming on her cheeks. Munro breaths in relief before surging forward, cupping the blondes cheek and kissing her, blushing slightly when Clarke moans into the kiss.
Her ability to make Clarke moan with just a kiss boots her confidence, that is until someone clears their throat.
"So, you moved the peep show to in here huh? How much do I have to pay?" Bellamy jokes with a grin. His smile softens as Clarke moves to shield the person he thought to be Noah.
"I just wanted to make sure that Noah was ok. I'm glad you guys are together. I really am" Bellamy states with a gentle smile before turning and walking off, leaving behind the new couple.
