He will be a new asset for our Empire.”
Skywalker doesn't even flinch, “Yes, master.”
-Luke Skywalker joined the Dark Side of the Force during the Battle of Endor, where the rebels lost. He's now serving the Empire alongside his father and Emperor Palpatine. He has a duffel slung over his shoulder, also in black, and everything about him is heavy, as Rey trails behind him. His walk is heavy. His air is heavy. Everything about him is weighted, everything about him soaked in grief.
The man approaches a ship. It’s a rustbucket, two engines on either side of it, and the ramp lowers as he approaches. The man and Rey weave their way through the ship. It’s sparse, mostly one hammock and weapons lining the walls. The man carefully rests his duffel on the floor and climbs the ladder into the cockpit.
