Summary
After his dark (terrorism, suicide attempt, he truly wasn't the best person) past, Wilbur Soot found God. A year in prison is the perfect place to be pulled into belief, as he found new meaning to his previously seemingly meaningless life. There was nothing to live for, and now he has something to live for. To redeem himself, he found his way into the church, spreading the word of his lord.
He seems to actually be getting better. Up until he notices someone out of the ordinary near his place of worship. A simple conversation with the local "sinner" Quackity makes his mind run wild.

Tommy's been a vigilante for a good couple months and its fantastic. The famous superhero Dream coming in to town could never mess this up for him. Nor the crackdown on vigilantes. Nor the more and more laws regulating the use of superpowers. Nor the family secrets his brother keeps buried under his nicotine patches. No. None of that could mess this up for him at all.
Note: This work is abandoned. Chapters 1-3 are fully written, 5-7 are partially written and the rest of the chapters are outlined. I had planned for this work to be a series and sequels are loosely plotted out.

If Quackity were kinder, he would lend pity to Wilbur and make himself scarce or the kind of angry that doesn’t have Wilbur memorizing the shape of his lips.
Of course, Quackity is not kind. He is categorically selfish, unrelenting in his dedication, a force of nature that bends his wants into needs and closes his eyes to the reality that someone else may not be able to. Wilbur finds himself wanting to bend.

Summary
A glance through the door’s peephole made Wilbur do a double-take. There was a kid on the other side, a girl with a backpack and a beanie that was so big on her it almost covered her eyes.
Wilbur wasn’t a total asshole, so he opened the door.
“Uh, can I help you?” he asked.
The kid looked up at him, and Wilbur was acutely aware of his height in a way he hadn’t been before. She barely came up to his waist, and she had to tilt her head back so far it looked like it hurt to look into his eyes. Her beanie slid off her head and landed on her backpack, but she didn't seem to notice.
“Hello,” the child said, “are you my papá?”
Wilbur’s heart stuttered with a feeling he couldn't describe. “What?”

And now he was going to die in this prison, with the man he hated more then anything in the world. He could feel his throat growing hoarse from screaming at Dream to stop, but he could no longer hear anything over the intense ringing in his ears. It didn’t matter. Dream wouldn’t stop. He never had before. His body going numb, Tommy realized that he was going to die the same way as he lived.
Powerless.
Abandoned.Alone.
His vision went black.
Or, after Tommy dies in the prison, he gets to rewatch his life before he goes to limbo. Hindsight is a bitch, and he finds himself understanding more than he did before.

After being crowned, Wilbur is forced to take the role as the next King of The Antarctic Kingdom, despite his brother Technoblade being a better pick. Now that he's older, he must go through the struggles of such a title. With Wilbur being so difficult, The Emperor should haven given up at trying to find Wilbur a wife and fit him into the mold shape of his own, but he peruses. But when things start getting weird, and Wilbur seems to be the only one who can see it, he has to try to get through all of this whilst still being the best soon-to-be King his kingdom has ever seen! (Without dying, hopefully).

Wilbur has to train to be the next King whilst freaky and weird shit happens that only he can see. But hey, maybe those things won't kill him, and his overbearing father and responsibilities get to him first! Let's see!

“I don’t know why you keep hanging out with me.” Wilbur mumbled to himself, a slight haze of smoke hanging in the air, and the strong scent of alcohol clinging to his clothes. His chest grew tighter. The thought caused him to raise an eyebrow. What was it about him that was so appealing? He couldn’t help but wonder as he took another drag on his joint.
"Because you mean the world to me." Alex answered, his gaze turned shyly to the floor. He knew that their relationship was complicated, especially with Wilbur's tendency towards drugs, but he still couldn't help but feel this tugging at his heart. He was willing to do anything for Wilbur, even if it meant tolerating his bad habits.
