Summary
Julie's thought process was cut short, when the power suddenly went out in the entire building.
"What the hell?" she wondered out loud, instinctively standing up. Isabelle was right behind her on their way out of the kitchen and grabbed her arm pulling her back before she could cross the threshold.
Julie turned to look at her confused, but Isabelle placed a finger in front of her lips, signaling for her to stay quiet. She tapped her ear and Julie strained to listen for whatever she had. She really wished she had the runes to help, but after a few seconds she finally spotted the faint footsteps in the background.
It could be the guys. But no one was calling out for them...
