Dell is an American student-turned-wanted-criminal studying in Europe during the outbreak of World War II. After having his life saved by a mysterious stranger he finds himself plunged into a world of espionage and brushes shoulders with partisans, communisms and rebels while trying to return home.
Basically a pre-canon engie/spy thing set in 1941 Europe written by a history nerd. Shipping definitely won’t be the main focus and can be ignored if it’s not your cup of tea.

About a year ago, I wrote this story in Chinese. and later, I realized that for my compatriots, a story set on the American mainland during World War II felt a bit too distant—and why would I write such a distant story? It ought to have nothing to do with me.
I did my best with the translation, using whatever resources I could find—dictionaries, translation software, grammar books... My English is about as good as that of any 16th-century peasant woman in rural China, perhaps slightly better than Stalin's. I hope it hasn't caused too much inconvenience.

After World War I, over 70 German ships interned at the British naval base Scapa Flow mysteriously disappeared…
More than two decades later in 1940, the world is engulfed in a new war against the Mundus Empire, an invading force from another dimension. Having conquered the Southern Hemisphere and steadily expanding its territory, the Mundus Empire has finally set its sights on the Northern Hemisphere.
The United States Pacific Fleet is annihilated off the coast of Hawaii, and the Imperial Japanese Navy’s vaunted Combined Fleet suffers a crushing defeat at the hands of the Mundus Empire’s fleet that has invaded the Truk Islands.
Cornered, the Combined Fleet is relieved by the arrival of a secret fleet of battleships and warships that were supposed to have been sunk as targets under the Washington Naval Treaty, including the battleship Tosa and the German ships that scuttled themselves at Scapa Flow.
Resurrected and transformed by the Magitek Research Department, these ships and weapons are Japan’s new hope against the otherworldly invaders.

The royal family took you in and helped you recover but you missed earth. So on your 17th birthday, they let you live in Brooklyn on your own. There you met Steve and Bucky. Some stuff happened, Bucky got drafted, you lost a bet and had to join the army with skinny Steve and fell off a train. The recover process was slow but its okay with Bucky at your side. One day you hear of a party that the avengers are throwing and Steve and Thor will be there. So what’s the harm in going?
