Summary
When a mysterious new mayoral candidate wins the Okhay City mayoral election by default and then declares himself president, transforming the city into a grim dystopia, Dog Man and his friends fight back! However, President Snowy the Snowman will not be thwarted so easily, and will try to pit Dog Man's friends against each other in a televised blood sport.
