Summary
Ysayle raises one arm, the other bent, and she is encased in Shiva's ice. The Word of the Mother raises a hand and gives almost everything to stay the uncaring tide of light. Ryne's heart races as she risks her life to pull what corrupted light she can from Olivier's prone form. From the uncaring cold comes a new primal fed by hopes she can never achieve, but one that burns to do so at any cost. Amidst deepest despair, light everlasting.
