Summary
V never wanted to be a Disassembly Drone. J never wanted to be responsible for keeping them both alive. Zara and Tessa never asked to be solver vampires.
But after the gala massacre and the subsequent fall of Copper-9, the company is scrambling to clean up its image—by repurposing thedisassembly drones turned by the solver into enforcers and sending human hunters to deal with the growing Solver threat. As V and J learn to navigate their new roles under watchful eyes, Zara and Tessa take on a dangerous bounty: stopping an underground ring selling Solver-infected drones and humans alike.
