Summary
The year was 2005-
Wilbur and John hoped to get a relaxing weekend getaway before Wilbur had to step into the portal. It was supposed to be perfect. Unfortunately, fate had other plans. A disaster within the P.E.I.P. headquarters arose. Scientists who had been working on the portal for the last few days seemed to have gone crazy. Brutally attacking anyone in sight. They were unresponsive, violent, almost like animals. The portal was switched off, yet it seemed that whatever it did drastically affected the people around it. not a single one of them acted human, or seemed human. Months after, the world seemed to fall into horrific chaos. It began in America and spread fast. How? Why? Was there a cure? Wilbur, John, and a few others met along the way to try to answer that exact question. but with that, another question arises: will they live long enough to find out? Or are they going to submit to the lethal outbreak that had taken hold of the world?
