Pressured by the Council and his constituents, Councilor Jayce Talis is burdened by the responsibility of restoring peace between Piltover and Zaun. When he proposes a risky and tentative agreement with industrialist and chemtech baron Silco for a seat at the table and an independent Zaun in exchange for Jinx's arrest, he had thought that the crime lord would have easily accepted his terms. After all, the deal was overwhelmingly in Silco's favor.
But when Jayce and the Council are met with radio silence -- what happens next? Old plans are thrown in disarray and new deals are made. Some without Jayce's approval... or his partner's knowledge.
