“Did you want to meet with me?” Onestar couldn’t imagine a reason why Mudclaw would want that.
Mudclaw apparently agreed with the sentiment as he gave a snort. “Hardly. But I did imagine it would only be a matter of time before we ran into each other. Star Clan is smaller than you’d imagine.”
“Large enough for Tallstar to avoid me,” he muttered.
“Well, you don’t need to take it so personally,” Mudclaw said. "Ì mean you did completely spit in the face of everything he wanted for the future of Windclan and reveal to have betrayed him and the warrior code while he was still alive, but I’m sure it’ll be wind over a hill in no time.”
Onestar wondered what the rules about fighting were in Starclan.
