A battle rages in Busan- Null Sector is at their door, and the MEKA squad is ready to bring them down. In a final push to win the fight, D.Va detonates her mech, bringing down the omnic army's leader.
Forced to recover from the battle, Hana Song is sent to repair the omnic and gather intel. Before long, however, Hana and Ramattra find they have more in common than they realise.

Summary
Hana "D.Va" Song is the co-captain of the world-renowned Gipsy Danger, a Jaeger tasked with keeping Kaiju at bay by any means possible. Her and her co-pilot, Park Dae-hyun, are well-respected in the Shatterdome, although Hana is seen as reckless after losing her sister to a Kaiju attack. An undisclosed experiment by a sneaky scientist brings one more person into the Drift, throwing the stoic pilot for a loop.
Join Hana as she explores what it means to be alive, all the while the Kaiju threat becomes more and more dire.

At the Shambali Monastery, it is customary for everyone to lend a hand. Human residents and Omnics work together, and tasks are distributed fairly. Unfortunately, this gives you and Ramattra a headache, because what are you - the monastery's cook - supposed to do with a grumpy Ravager as your kitchen assistant?

"I am not without my faults." When you catch up with Ramattra, his voice is less cold than before. You feel a little sorry for calling him arrogant - it's not like he chose kitchen duty. And to be honest, he'd probably be better off in the archives! "But I think it's an exaggeration to call me arrogant."
"We all have to work on ourselves a lot," you agree. "And we have to do things we don't like. But let's be honest -" You give him a sideways glance, which he deftly ignores. "Sometimes you think you're better than the rest of us, don't you?"
"I-" At first he seems to miss the soft, playful undertone in your voice, but then he relents. "Like I said, I'm not without my faults."

Since Ramattra's leave of the Monastery, you have done your best to keep your thoughts under control about him and the pain that comes with his absence as you travel with your small daughter, moving from one country to another in an attempt to escape the past and keep a buried secret from the wrong ears. Though you had not expressed your love to him and bore a guilt for letting him leave the monastery, only to witness what he had become, you cannot help but desire to be reunited with him as your daughter so dearly wishes to as well.

Years later, an estranged weaver fears their deteriorating body and mind. It is likely the only thing within them strong enough to entice toward the unconceived. A history of dead men and the generations proceeding them, existent but dormant, stirs within the fog. He briefly walks a lonely frigid path along the edge of a cliff, contemplating both his past and his future. Mondatta struggles with PTSD, self-loathing, and severe self-imposed isolation.
