El mundo siempre giró en torno a lo mismo desde que tiene memoria: Aprender, estudiar, la ciencia y desde que tiene a Xeno atrás de el como su mentor, su mundo se vio aun mas reducido dedicado casi por completo a mejorar las habilidades. Aunque pasaran años, experiencias y logros juntos y podía decir que "lo conocía" nunca fue verdaderamente cercano a Xeno, un experto en alejarse de las personas y de mantener una clara distancia emocional con quien fuera.
Toda su visión de Xeno, de su alrededor y su perspectiva del amor se ven destruidos por una nueva persona, un chico demasiado cercano a Xeno para el gusto de ambos lo que inicia como una serie de encuentros casuales con ese chico, culmina en una amistad que solo fortalecen el inicialmente flechazo y luego amor platónico que siente por el. Sin embargo, este Gen y Xeno ocultan mucho mas de lo que Senku esperaba y que sin darse cuenta se vera en medio y afectado por estos.
