Being the sole inhabitant of Purgatory is, 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨. You get to meet a lot of people, fun little characters with all their individual quirks and kinks but they never stay so there was no point in letting yourself be too close with any of them. All of them had places to go and your role in their short stay would only be limited to documenting them and giving them a small pep talk before sending them to their door.
At least it was as simple as that. Imagine your surprise when Lucifer - after so long - barges into your little office, asking you to be a patron of a hotel in his kingdom for the sake of his child. Offering you a brief respite in your monotonous routine and unbeknownst to you, an upheaval from everything you were ever used to.

Alastor. Radio demon, murderous asshole, smiling freak. All this, a perfectly crafted persona, a mask, a way to shove his emotions deep down so they never see the light of day. But now, this persona is starting to crack because he's starting to find himself attached. Attached to the souls he owns, to Charlie, to the hotel. But before he can let down the walls, she returns.
Lilith is back. The queen of hell herself, Charlie's mother, Lucifer's ex, the person who owns Alastor's soul. And, unlike him, she keeps her souls on a very, very tight leash.
Alastor isn't the only one suffering; Husk and Angel are dancing around the truth, Niffty has been acting more unhinged than usual, Vaggie is struggling with herself, and Lucifer is spiraling. As for Charlie, she's trying to mend her relationship with her mother while keeping her friends from destroying themselves.
As if things couldn't get worse, Vox is starting to rise to power a lot faster than he should be. Alastor knows exactly why... and how dangerous this is for all of Hell.
The fate of the hotel, and the future of Hell, hangs in the balance. -

Over his many decades in hell, Alastor can say he has become quite the influential figure—even after his so-called 7 year sabbatical. He was feared, a respected overlord who plays his cards right and only gave away information when necessary. After all, any sign of weakness in Pentagram city could be exploited and Alastor knew better than to be on the receiving end of the exploitation.
It was only when Charlie started bringing up those wretched Classifications during her group exercises did he fear the other hotel residents would discover his well kept secret.
Probably not—nobody in their right mind would assume the sadistic, cannibalistic Radio Demon is a little.
(Basically I love age regression fics and I don't see enough of them. Feeling inspired by the Classification AUs I've read in this fandom and others so I'm writing my own!)
