Summary
A year has passed since tragedy befell the Ragnvindr clan, its scion crudely coordinating a rampant dismantling of Fatui strongholds across Teyvat. Despite each triumphant collapse, Diluc Ragnvindr’s ire can only sustain his resolve for so long, now strained by the relentless campaign. But on one fateful night, the furnace with a vendetta was eventually apprehended in one of the very fortresses he swore to eradicate.
Now contained in the Dragonspine region of his home nation once more, a plot executed by the Regrator, Ninth of the Fatui Harbingers, has successfully latched the ex-Knight captive into its pernicious jowls. Until a masked savior, the Executioner, aids—or rather coordinates—his escape. As Diluc’s hands barely grazed Fatui torture and subjugation, the Executioner procured an unexpected sacrifice that not only was a key to his freedom, but poured the cement that paved his way to a new path. Inducted into the "organization from the north," follow Diluc as he uncovers the identity of his prolific savior, and dives into the wake of his journey that has just begun.
