Humans are mostly vile, loud and untrustworthy beings, so it takes becoming a worser manipulative, scary-smart cryptid to fit in their society.
Nedzu succeeded in this. Now adults are smart enough to not cross his road and teens are scared enough of him to not seek out further contact.
Children, on the other hand, are a problem. Curious, touchy and snot-covered little problems. Nedzu maybe have a rat genes in his DNA, but he does not enjoy getting dirty, thank you very much.
Unfortunately, that one toddler living in a garbage bin didn't get the memo.

Also I should mention that this is a rewrite of my first fanfic so it will slightly follow parts of that fanfic but it will grow to be a completely different ffrom my old five chapter fanfic.

The whirlpool swirls, a final burst of static, and then implodes into a single point, black hole condensed. The ottomans stop floating, the desks stop vibrating, and everything sinks back down towards the vomit-coloured floor.
Bakugo Katsuki stands in front of them, eyes wide. His skin is painted with raised skin, eyes sallow. His mouth parts, and he blinks very quickly, in rapid succession. His hands curl and uncurl into fists.“Well,” he says. “That’s not fucking ideal.”
And then collapses onto said vomit-coloured floor.
[Or, due to time travel shenanigans, Bakugo Katsuki (2nd Year) meets Bakugo Katsuki (1st Year). Everyone has many questions, but- where did he get those brutal scars from? And why is he acting so...normal?]
