Summary
On the fifth night of their involuntary tadpole misadventure together, Monster Hunter Inara (Tav) clashes with the realm's most obvious vampire when he tries to take a clandestine bite of her. But as with every plan Astarion had come up in his unlife so far, it contains one step only. So what if this gremlin vampire cat actually is forced to face and deal with the consequences of his bite-y actions? Chaos and hilarity ensues, of course.
Or, tfw Astarion has slurped up the only person in camp willing to help him in spite of his vampie... everything, and now has to find a way to bring Inara back. Ideally before the others in camp wake up and bring out the stakes and torches.
A character-focused, introspective version of Bite Night and its events beyond with its serial numbers filed off, because canon is just a guideline anyway, and thus goes way beyond the mere scene. Because perhaps in between the hunger, flailing, misconceptions and bickering a first understanding between Inara and Astarion can be gained. One that actually transcended lifetimes.
Rating is for Chapter 1 only. Everything else is SFW.

Summary: A dream wakes Thomasin, finding that camp has become amicable after their long night. The gang splits up at the grove and Astarion proposes a bet to get new boots. Thomasin finds herself wrapped up the commotion of the Sacred Pool and pretends to be a full drow to defuse Kagha.

Summary
Sirenity is a Circle of Waves druid that hails from a secluded island off the coast of the Cionthar. As soon as she was old enough, she left her home to pursue the knowledge and teachings of other druidic circles. Her travels eventually led her to a cozy grove in the Emerald Enclave where she found herself taken under the wing of their archdruid. Halsin and Sirenity fell fast in love and were married shortly after, much to her overprotective father's dismay. Many years later, her husband abruptly disappears and Sirenity must call upon an unusual band of adventurers for help.
(Story begins prior to the start of the game but will ultimately follow the events of Halsin/Sirenity joining Tav's party as companions. This is just for ACT ONE of the game and I will post subsequent fics for the other two acts once they are completed.)

Just a little fun character building and au event in the grove. I love the tieflings. Part of series. More in the realm of character study, per usual, so also a lot about two elves that are bad at feelings. And an ounce of fighting.

The way she attacked him earlier that day was animalistic. She attacked him like a predator hunting prey. Yet, once she realized his main goal was just to get his questions answered, she snapped out of her aggressive state. She looked upset, even. The weirdest part about the situation was she never looked like some sort of beast. She looked quite the opposite...like a goddess. A goddess of nature.
From the short amount of time he spent with her, he knows she doesn't have the personality of a goddess. She's socially awkward and has a conflict constantly brewing within her. How someone can be so caring and cold at the same time was beyond him, but then again, it seems like she's never conflicted about helping him.
