It was while watching Mother’s grief that Damian decided it would be better to never fall in love. Love made you weak, and as the Heir to the Demon’s Head, Damian had never been allowed to be weak. When he married, he would choose someone with the strength and devotion to stand by his side and assist with the ushering in of a new world. Ladybug and her team join the Justice League, and honestly, she should have expected that this level of organization would require a ton of meetings. Frazzled but surviving it, Ladybug gets to her meeting way too early after her computer fails to update time zones. Robin, who considers 15 minutes early to mean punctual, shows up in a good mood after some big life news and they get to talking.
Unfortunately, the second their fingers touch they become soul bonded.
TL;DR: Ladybug and Robin navigate suddenly being spiritually married, the whole watchtower somehow finds out and wouldn't you know it, they make a great pair. Power couple bullshit, Secret identity shenanigans, and lots of calling each other husband and wife. But like, casually.

After hearing a brief description of the class dynamic of the Akuma Class, Mayor Bourgeois all but blackmails Bruce Wayne into sponsoring a trip to Gotham for the summer semester, believing that it will lead to fewer akumas. Word travels to Talia al Ghul, who decides to give an old friend a visit and literally and figuratively throws an engagement at Marinette.
Marinette was having a normal day in Paris- doing her guardian duties, training with Su Han over a video call, and creating clothes for her clients. What she didn't expect was to be forced out of Paris for the entire summer and sent abroad to Gotham. After running into a few assassins, she's a little bit confused about why her Aunt Talia gives her a box, and Batman is confused about why the world's greatest detective team can't find out anything about Paris.

They would tell each other who they are and fall in love all over again, safe in their victory.
Then it turned out Ladybug was Marinette, so that went out the window.
Because Marinette only had eyes for Adrien, and Alya was way more invested in that ship than any superhero stuff.
