And so Sakamata has been cleaning the beach for two days already.The third day, however, heralds a surprise. One in the shape of a small child. Admittedly, most people are small in comparison to Sakamata, but this one is most certainly a child on the younger end of the spectrum, not to mention the scruffier side as well. They look, to be entirely frank, homeless. Bushy curls, rough and brittle-looking, dark black-green at the roots but a weirdly faded-out ashen tone along the edges, cover a lot of a freckled face and bright eyes, tumbling around thin shoulders. They're so small. Sakamata could probably hug them with both arms and completely cover them.
(This title is a bad pun that I couldn't resist and I won't apologise for it-)
