The Skeksis' are nothing but alien invaders working together as an evil government to further their rule and harvest the Crystal's power for themselves. Now that all of Thra has rose against them, they grow more vicious and merciless with need to maintain their grip upon the Crystal of truth for it's the only way they can survive war against Thra.

Along the way, they must team up with a ragtag crew of sky pirates who seek to unearth Thra's treasures and must evade the Skeksis who seek to control Thra's destructive automaton armies.

SkekSil let out a wicked grin, his mouth curling upward in a cruel, sadistic smile, "Letting traitor Rian die is a mercy, yes? And guard still suspicious of Skeksis. Skeksis should give justice. Show gelfling Skeksis are innocent!"
SkekZok gave a small grunt, "And how do we do that?"
SkekSil laughed at their insolence, "Give traitor Rian trial. Let gelfling turn on him once and for all. Skeksis shall reign supreme!!!"
