New Hope. Nueva Esperanza. En su centro, una resplandeciente joya cuyas torres de cristal perforan las nubes de tormenta; en la periferia, una pesadilla urbana superpoblada y caótica donde la lluvia se tiñe de humo y luz de neón. En New Hope, la esperanza en el privilegio de unos pocos y Grantaire no es uno de ellos.

Summary
By some stroke of fortune, Éponine survives the barricades. Bearing the physical and psychological scars, she has to decide what to make of her newfound chance at life, as the messenger "boy" of a mysterious employer in Le Havre. Over time, she finds that there is, indeed, life after the barricade – and that she is not the only one granted it.
This story is an exploration of a what-if universe, focusing on identity, meaning in life, personal growth, forgiveness, and moving forward even when it seems that there is no forward to go.

There in the doorway stood a figure. Tall, imposing. Clad in a black space suit, one-way glass in the helmet obscuring the face so that all Combeferre could see was his own terrified reflection staring back at him. The figure held a gun—a large, wide-barreled laser which looked more than capable of tearing through any solid matter it encountered. It was pointed directly at Combeferre.
Combeferre tried to swallow some of his fear. "Who are you?" he asked.
The figure didn't reply. They took another step forward and disengaged the safety toggle on the gun.
"On your knees."

Combeferre, a fugitive carrying stolen cargo on the run from a corrupt intergalactic government, comes face to face with the leader of the largest rebel group in the solar system. The philosophy of the revolution battles with its logic.

The stars were burning in the night sky. The hallways were dark, only lit by the pale emergency lighting above the doorframes. They tinted the hard wood floor and walls green, leaving the rest of the corridor in black shadows. The staircase beyond the glass door across the hallway, on the contrary, was floodlit and drenched in yellow. The harsh light there hurt the eyes of the late passers-by, the single young man who made his way upstairs was squinting against the lamps suspended from the ceiling. He yawned and padded further upstairs, passing one hallway after another, setting one foot in front of the other.
Grantaire makes a late night discovery that tips his world upside down as he enters unknown territory.

It's an old fashioned love triangle: Éponine loves Marius, Marius loves Cosette and Cosette loves Éponine. As the two girls get closer, scars from the past threaten to break them apart. Not to mention, there's a rebellion in the horizon.

In 1904, with Moscow’s very own Bohemian Revolution in full swing, Marcelin Enjolras moves into a cheap apartment in Khamovniki with no plan. As he is dragged headfirst into the Moscow burlesque clubgoer culture, he falls fast and hard for a mysterious courtesan named Grantaire.
In a shallow world of sparkles, feathers and chandeliers, things are not always as simple as they seem. Enjolras and Grantaire must fight to prevail as they figure out the inner workings of a concept neither of them ever really believed in - true love - in a world that keeps getting more and more dangerous by the day.
A revolution is a simple thing.

His revolutionary spirit, ever undying, urges him to try again, but this time, with all the lessons of the past... and also very conveniently, a cheat skill that lets him instantly become liked by anyone (not that he needed it before).

“You should really quit smoking, you know,”
Grantaire takes another long drag from his cigarette and blows smoke over the edge of the fire escape, pretending to look like the sudden interjection hasn’t startled him. The rest of the Amis have trickled into the emergency post-protest meeting, filling the room with shouts and anger, and Grantaire has stepped out for a minute. He tells himself it’s because he doesn’t care, not because he’s still shaking from adrenaline. The nicotine helps. What doesn’t help his growing anxiety is when Enjolras sits down beside his careful perch, a good couple of inches between them. Please don’t yell at me again.
“You should stop organizing protests.”
Enjolras’s sharp intake of breath is palpable, and Grantaire can practically feel the frustration emanating from the man. He refuses to look at that face, which is undoubtedly flushed red against Enjolras’s golden curls. Instead, he regards the view from the fire escape with an attempt at an artist’s gaze; he studies the way the unusually bright, October sunlight casts on the run-down apartment building across the street’s crumbling, burnt orange bricks. -

Combeferre was a man haunted. Perhaps not in the traditional sense with some unseen force opening doors or a Spector appearing on the edge of your vision that flees when turned to, in those instances the haunting involves something being there that shouldn’t be. In a sense, there was that feeling for Combeferre; there should not be this much space in his home.
