In the soft afternoon sun, gently filtering down, Doi-sensei stopped grading and absentmindedly gazed out of the window. The buds of plum blossoms were faintly swelling, softly heralding the arrival of spring.
Doi-sensei recieves a surprise.

Though it was good to see him serious during class, Doi felt a certain uncertainty and turned his attention towards Kirimaru. "Kirimaru? I don't think a map was necessary for the assignment I gave out..."
Startled, Kirimaru abruptly closed the atlas, hastily trying to laugh it off. "Um, well, you see, this, um, it's for a geographical perspective..."
Kirimaru was reading an atlas in class, for reasons that Doi-sensei recognizes far too easily.

Under the moonlight, different from the endless shadow he found within the bushes, Doi Hansuke looked down, once again, at the face of the hostage in his arms, astonished.
―― Don't you think such times shouldn't continue forever, Zatto? ――
"...Huh? ...Ah... Rikichi-kun... you've grown...?"
Indeed, the young man in his arms bore a striking resemblance to the 12-year-old he had once known― Yamada Rikichi.
Losing his memories and becoming the tactician known as Tenki was bound to have consequences on Doi Hansuke.
