It’s been 5 years since Cory disappeared to train with the Scarlet king and a year since he returned and killed Dr. Patience. Now Dr. Patience is back, and Cory is fragmented. Will the foundation be able to trust Dr. Patience again after witnessing his death? Will any of them be able to trust Cory if he is ever whole again?

TLDR: Cory and Dr. Patience die in the season finale titled “The end”, the world moves on without them, and a year later, a radio signal comes through from none other than Dr. Patience, who has Cory, or at least a part of him.
I’m putting myself to no less than 1k words per chapter. I know that’s not a lot, but it's my first actual fic that's not a script for a gacha series. I was VERY salty with the ending of Newscapepro’s SCP series, so.. Here’s what I think could happen if it continued.
