Summary
In this corner of the multiverse, what had once been considered a pivotal moment in time has been reshaped. The usual rules of hero allegiances have grown skewed, less of a single, clear-cut conflict. Introduced to the Avengers by Thaddeus Ross, the Sokovia Accords took a different hold on Earth's mightiest heroes than expected.
With Natasha Romanoff, Thor Odinson, Bruce Banner, and Stephen Strange all playing different parts in the narrative of what would come to be known as the 'Civil War', New York is considered an unpredictable, and sometimes dangerous place for those who did not agree with the Accords. Old rivalries flare up in new contexts, unlikely alliances are forged, and the fate of the world is constantly being rewritten by characters forced to choose sides in an entirely new way.
Instead of being on Sakaar, the God of Thunder and the Incredible Hulk have been roped into the feuding. Where Thor sees such a Governmental push as foolish human squabbling, Bruce feels deeply that he above all people should be held accountable for the blood on his hands. Natasha, knowing that Steve had the right idea, but wrong steps toward solution, would join her friends on the run.

Bucky and Alia have fully-transitioned to life in New York at the tower, and Pietro & Wanda Maximoff have made progress in their own rehabilitation under the watchful eyes of Steve, Sam and Natasha. Thor prepares to take Loki's sceptre back to Asgard, with Tony and Bruce stewing in their seeming-failure to utilize the knowledge gleaned from it to realize their secretive Ultron project. Little do they know, they actually succeeded...
...And the chain of events their success kicks off will prove to be the catalyst that ultimately rips the Avengers apart, once and for all.
Peace is at its most fragile, after all, when everyone believes it is already secure.

According to Captain America: Civil War, the Sokovia Accords are a set of regulations for the activity of the Avengers and Enhanced Individuals. The Accords are based off of the Superhero Registration Act from the Marvel Comics, and were ratified by 117 countries. But are the Accords really the best solution? Who was right, Team Iron Man or Team Cap? How can the Accords be modified to truly make the world a safer place.
Disclaimer: I am firmly Team Cap and anti-Accords due to my own morals and political views (at least in the way it was presented in the movie), but I will try my hardest to remain as objective as possible and will not tolerate any negativity. However, feedback is greatly appreciated.
