This is supposed to be more serious. This one is my actual first ever fanfic on Ao3, besides the joke one.
SUMMARY; Protagonist, lonely! What's this? Three men, but two with traumatic events?! What a day to be alive!... Not really, it's hell on earth with everything going on. And one just drinks, so that's gonna be a fun chapter to write.

At one point, the man had to move closer to clean the wound properly. He cupped the boy’s face between his palms, holding him steady, and leaned in to examine the damaged lips.
And just then... a voice spoke from behind.
“Damn, man, that’s a clever trick. Saliva heals faster, you know. Doesn’t matter whose it is, yours, someone else’s, all the same.”
Startled, the man turned sharply. In the doorway stood a funny looking, twitchy guy, the Stoner, grinning like an idiot.
The house owner froze, half in embarrassment, half in disbelief at the absurdity of what he’d just heard.
Meanwhile, the stitched-mouth boy - Wire Face, as he’d come to be called , just sat there, utterly lost, having no idea what was going on.
The junkie kept talking. “Yeah, saliva, man. Miracle stuff. Universal medicine.”

The homeowner awoke, slowly, to the sun's blinding rays scattering over his bed. The clock in his room dutifully counted the seconds, minutes, and hours, but it all seemed futile now. Outside of his bedroom, the house creaked and rustled quietly. Whether it was the house settling,(which seemed to have a mind of its own some days), or the other residents moving about was unclear. And, of course, the soft breathing of the man in bed next to him. The homeowner sat up with a start, as the man in his bed groggily opened his eyes, or what would have been his eyes, if he had any. Instead, the homeowner was left staring into two slightly swollen, almost pitch black hollows.
