Summary
Tragedy strikes when an SOS comes in moments before a Shinra facility collapses. While the losses aren't as extensive as they might have expected, the reason behind the incident is far worse than anyone at the company headquarters could have imagined. But Genesis, who sees his assignment to this mission as a twisted joke, doesn't have to imagine the terror. He knows better than most how dangerous these creatures-thought-myth truly are.
Once denial turns to acceptance turns to action, he knows there's only one person, if he's being generous, who can help contain—or preferably, destroy—this problem before it spreads too far.
