He nods, “I am, my parents are both predators. My mother was a shark mermaid, which is like a siren but not using the secretive approach like sirens. Strong, ferocious, cannibalistic if a hybrid shark eating a human counts. My father, however, was a siren. And when they went out together and my egg soon hatched, I came out as a mix.”
The blonde just stared, he was fascinated about this siren.
“Before we part ways, here.” they say, ripping one of their scales off of their tail, a new one grew immediately.
“Oceanus, wha-”
“You’re another one of the people I’ve blessed with my scales, it grants you good luck and protection from danger. I advise you to be delicate, store it somewhere small and safe, do not lose it, and do not let anyone but you touch it.”
Purpled hesitates, but takes it anyway, holding it delicately in his hands.
