Ortho: prefect if you sign here, you'll get free food, very fast internet, access to high tech gadget, house and companion(s) for life. But the drawback is that once you sign there's no way to break the contract.

Yuu sign it without reading through the contract. And Ortho just smiled as he accepted it back and signing too in one of the four signature needed.
